In the article they refer to a team called the "1988ers" . I believe the team was really called the "88ers". Which in Internet white supremacy speak means " Heil Hitler ". I would like to think of it as a coincidence, but logic dictates otherwise.

1988er's could be a reference to their date of birth. They look to be about 15 years old or so.

It would serve all of us well to look into our hearts and weight the intentions of our hearts. Jesus Christ completed Jihad for us against sin when he died on the cross and rose again. All of those that accept Jesus Christ as Lord will have sufficiently prevailed with Jesus Christ on the Jihad against sin in our lives. We can only hope that others will recognize the hatred they are so prone to walk in, reflective of the degenerate state of their soul and rejection of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior,and make an intelligent decision to accept Jesus Christ into their lives thereby waging effective Jihad against the enemy of their souls and thereby ensuring for themselves Eternal Life with Jesus Christ. Think how wonderful our world would be if we all had an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, recognized the enemy as the sin within ourselves, and loved others--especially those who seem to be beneath our religious, cultural or social status.
