WE THE UNDERSIGNED wish to bring to the attention of the World Community the continuing plight of Coptic Christian Citizens living in the sovereign Nation of Egypt:
1.Coptic Christian Citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt have been continually persecuted in Egypt. More than forty cold-blooded massacres have been committed against Coptic Christians in recent years, resulting in the injury and murder of men, women, and children, and untold loss of businesses and property.
2. On Friday November 7, 2003, in the village of Gerza-Ayiat-Giza, eleven Coptic Christian Citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt were injured, and dozens of homes and businesses were burned by a mob of approximately 500 radical Egyptian Muslims armed with knives, sticks, kerosene and benzene. Fields and crops were also burned by this violent mob. Many of the injured who were bleeding and suffering with broken bones were unable to leave their homes to seek medical attention as they feared to leave their children while this violent angry mob was permitted to go unchecked. The local Police refused to document this event, and refused to allow local Coptic Christians to file complaints against the perpetrators of this attack. Not a single individual to date has been arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
3. In October of 2003, more than 22 Coptic Christian Citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt were arrested, many of them converts from Islam to Christianity. These Christians were beaten, interrogated and tortured. The women among them may have been raped. All of this has been done in an attempt by the Islamic Authorities to persuade these Christians to renounce their Christian Faith and return to Islam. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
4. On August 19, 2003, over 300 Egyptian Soldiers were ordered by the local governor to destroy a fence surrounding the historic 4th century Monastery of St. Anthony in El Zaaferane, Red Sea Governorate in spite of the fact that this fence was authorized and constructed by the previous governor of the Red Sea, State Security and the Ministry of the Interior in 1991-1992. The monks in
residence at this Monastery used their bodies as shields to prevent the Egyptian Government Security Forces from attacking the Monastery.
5. On April 5, 2003, an Egyptian Army Unit attacked the Charity Isle of Patmos, a Coptic Christian Center, the sole purpose of which is to provide treatment and support for mentally and physically handicapped children and orphans. This Center is legally registered with the Egyptian Authorities. This attack was conducted with armed vehicles, a bulldozer and tear gas, against unarmed helpless children. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
6. On February 11, 2002, a newly constructed and completed Coptic Christian Church was stormed by dozens of radical armed Muslim Egyptians. These individuals set fire to this newly constructed house of worship, and additionally set fire to 35 homes and 3 automobiles belonging to Egyptian Coptic Christians. Ten Coptic Christian Citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt were wounded in this attack. In addition, these radicals also attacked two buses carrying parishioners to the church. Local police failed to arrive on the scene for more than four hours. Muslim radicals were observed preventing fire trucks from entering the village to extinguish the fire inside the Church. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes with one notable exception. The Church Priest, Father Luka Ibrahim Sargious was arrested and questioned.
7. On February 24, 2001, over 100 Egyptian Policeman stormed and destroyed with bulldozers the Coptic Church of St. Bola located in Shobra Elkhaima after the local Bishop had asked for permission to hold prayers.
8. On Friday, December 31, 1999, New Year’s Eve, a dispute between a Muslim trader and a Christian shop-owner in the village of El-Kosheh erupted into violence, which resulted in the deaths of 21 Coptic Christians. Over 260 Christian homes and businesses were destroyed. During the violence local Police forces either stood passively watching the mayhem, or worse, became actively involved in the attacks. 96 suspects were arrested and “prosecuted” by the Egyptian Courts, however an Egyptian State Security Court acquitted all 96 suspects on February 5, 2001. The Sohag Criminal Court found four men guilty. One Muslim perpetrator received a sentence of 15 years for the killing of the sole Muslim victim, which in fact was in another village and not part of the El-Kosheh massacre. The other three men received two and one-half year sentences for setting a truck on fire. Not a single individual responsible for the deaths of these 21 Christians was brought to justice. This miscarriage of justice may now be viewed by the Muslim community as a green light to kill Christians in Egypt.
9. On August 14, 1998, two Coptic Christians were murdered, again in the village of El Kosheh. The Egyptian Authorities’ response to these murders was to arrest 1000 Coptic Christians, many of whom were tortured in an effort to force confessions. Local Coptic Christians insisted that the murderers were Muslim.
10. On March 13, 1997, hundreds of radical Egyptian Muslims attacked the village of Bahgoura, Nagi-Hammady. Nine Coptic Christians were killed. The homes and businesses of Coptic Christians were burned and destroyed. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
11. On February 12, 1997, a group of radical Egyptian Muslims attacked and murdered 12 Coptic Christian Sunday School students praying inside their church in the village of Abu Quorcas. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
12. On February 25, 1996, hundreds of radical Egyptian Muslims attacked the Coptic village of El-Badary, Asyut, looting homes, animals and crops, and destroying homes and fields. Seven Coptic Christian citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt were murdered. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
13. On October 10, 1994, a mob of radical Egyptian Muslims attacked the village of El-Qousya, Asyut, looting and destroying homes and businesses, resulting in the deaths of seven Coptic Christian citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
14. On March 11, 1994, at St. Mary’s Monastery in the village of El-Mouharak, Asyut, a mob of radical Muslim Egyptians attacked and killed an Archpriest, a Monk, and three laymen in front of the Monastery. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
15. On May 4, 1992, in the village of Manshyet El-Nasr, Dairout, Asyut, a group of radical Muslim Egyptians attacked and murdered 12 Coptic Christian citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt in their field, looted their animals and crops.
Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
16. On May 12, 1990, in the city of Alexandria, a group of radical Muslim Egyptians ambushed and murdered a Coptic Priest and six other Coptic Christian citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
17. On June 17, 1981, 22 Coptic Christian citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt were burned inside their homes and businesses in the village of El-Zawia El-Hamra, Cairo, during religious rioting. The Egyptian Internal Minister at that time, General Hassan Abu Basha declared after his resignation from office that 81 Coptic Christian citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt were killed, over one hundred were seriously wounded, and 80 homes were looted and destroyed. Not a single individual was ever arrested or prosecuted for these crimes.
1. 1. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT
Coptic Christian citizens of Egypt do not differ from their Muslim neighbors either ethnically or linguistically. All speak Arabic. All are Egyptian citizens.
According to the Islamic sharia Law, anyone who denounces his religion of Islam should be executed, his marriage annulled and his children and property confiscated.
The Egyptian constitution, second article states that “Egypt is a Muslim country and the Islamic Sharia law is the main source of legalization.” This statement contradicts article number forty as contained in the Egyptian constitution, which states that all “all citizens are equal regardless of color, creed, or religion.”
The Sovereign Nation of Egypt is a Signatory to the United Nation Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted on December 10, 1948 by the General Assembly of the United Nations without dissent, which states in part that:
Article 1: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of persons.
Article 5: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, not to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 18: Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship, and observance.
Article 20: (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and
(2) (2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
WE CALL UPON THE GOVERNMENT OF EGYPT to educate it’s Muslim population as to the rights of their Coptic neighbors to live in peace and security, free from harassment and violence, and to ensure that it’s Coptic Christian citizens are afforded the same rights as its Muslim citizens.

To reveal to the World Community ‘the whole truth’ concerning the persecution of Coptic Christian citizens of the Sovereign Nation of Egypt, to identify all those responsible, either actively or complicity, for these continuing atrocities;
To arrest and bring to trial’ all suspects implicated in the murders of 21 Coptic Christians in the village of El Kosheh in 199/2000;
To provide all victims of the violence of El Kosheh with reparation and support for material and emotional loss;
To lay the foundations for Egypt which respects and promotes Human Rights for all its citizens without distinction.

WE, THE SIGNATORIES OF THIS PETITION, CALL UPON THE UNITED NATIONS TO ESTABLISH AN INQUIRY COMMISSION TO FULLY INVESTIGATE THE EL-KOSHEH INCIDENT OF 1999,2000, AND TO PROSECUTE THE GUILTY THROUGH THE INTERNATIONAL TRIBUNAL.
WE, THE SIGNATORIES OF THIS PETITION, CALL UPON THE UNITED NATIONS TO ENACT A RESOLUTION DEMANDING THE IMMEDIATE CESSATION OF VIOLENCE, HARASSMENT, DISCRIMINATION AND RELGIOUS INTOLERANCE PERPETRATED AGAINST COPTIC CHRISTIAN CITIZENS OF THE SOVEREIGN NATION OF EGYPT.

The Egyptian Government?s Daily Terrorism and Criminal Activities Against the
Bistawros Family in America
Dear concerned Christian. : (WE CRY FOR HELP FOR TWENTY YEARS).
President Mubarak of Egypt is a ruthless dictator. He ruled Egypt with iron fist for
the last twenty years. He is using all his forces of Egyptian intelligence agencies, Security
forces, police officers and other Muslim militants groups against the Christians, who were
involved in murdering Christians, kidnaping Christian girls, raped and forced them to
Islam, burning churches and shops of Christians, exhortation of money and property of
Christians. This are just a few of his crimes. And in America he sent the Egyptian
intelligence agents to oppress Christians, attempt to murder to, harass and persecute us. It
is the time now for the American government to discover the truth and bring Mubarak and
his forces to justice.
My brother Baheg and I are American citizens and we came to America seeking
Religious Freedom, because of the persecution we faced by the Egyptian government and
radical Muslims while in Egypt. But we found that the Egyptian government through its
agents is engaging in a daily campaign of criminal activities against us in the United States
since 1983 to the present. We have been denied our basic rights as American citizens. It?s
a sad day in America that we have to struggle for our own freedom here.
One of the evil policies of the Egyptian government is the persecution of Egyptian
Christians at home and abroad, especially in the U.S. How? By unleashing the Egyptian
Intelligence Agency to do its evil work inside and outside the country.
The reason the Egyptian government is not caught in all the terrorist and criminal activities
against us which described below, because the Egyptian government uses money, insiders and
corruption to subvert the laws of the United States. While there are many revenues in the U.S. by
which any American can redress wrong and get justice, however, Egyptian agents already
infiltrated both the Police and the FBI and as a result we are unable to get any help of any
kind. They are able to intimidate and harass many of our American friends, public officials, even
judges. Incredible, but it?s true. In fact, Egyptian agents tried and succeeded to isolate us
from communicating with U.S. government officials in every turn for 20 years, even today.
The police departments described below did nothing to uphold the law and indict the suspects, to
the contrary, the police caused trouble and committed crimes against us. Now you understand
why we are turning to you for help. No American should fight for his own freedom in America.
We are left alone fighting for our own lives, freedom, and survival every day in America.
The following are some of Egypt?s terrorist and illegal activities against us in America:
1. Assault & battery. We have been assaulted more than ten times, causing bodily
injuries, some required emergency medical care: Beverly Hills Police #8306962, Altadena
Sheriff #184-02753-0774-144, Pasadena Police #38700186, #8906-4454, Temple City
Sheriff #485-05755-059-053 and Virginia Beach Police #97-17787 and #97-066237.
2. Planning and causing two car accidents against me to cause bodily injury or death:
Pasadena Police #348827, #142835 and Wilmington Police #30-97-26441.
3. Breaking into our home and theft of documents including evidence against it: Pasadena
Police #34862, #3342262, #85002076, #3511889 and Virginia Beach Police #97-039802.
4. The illegal use of firearms and the firing over 100 gunshots in close proximity to our
home: Altadena Sheriff #184-01470-0774-444.
5. Hit and run, which caused damage to our cars: California Highway Patrol #9-71-84 &
Prince William County Police #01-160104.
6. Vandalizing our cars: Arcadia Police #843723, Altadena Sheriff #184-0774-261,
Pasadena Police #840117081 & Prince William Co. Police #01-159759.
7. The poison of eye-drops and nasal-spray, to cause blindness/loss of vision and heart/
breathing problems when using nasal-spray.
8. The illegal tapping of our telephone line & placing us under surveillance 24 hours a
day at home, using also hidden cameras: Virginia Beach Police #96038395.
9. The stealing of hundreds of mail sent to U.S. government officials detailing Egypt?s
terrorism, Pasadena Post Office in particular failed to protect and deliver our mail.
10. Constant harassment every day: Harassment on the telephone, store, street and in the
neighborhood and following us everywhere we go: Virginia Beach Police #60322734.
11. The daily practice of witchcraft against us. They communicate with evil spirits and
broke into our house and sprinkled human blood on the bedroom wall, causing us to suffer
irritation, annoyance, physical pain and sleeplessness: Virginia Beach Police #6622104.
12. Creating financial hardship by obstructing employment even free food. This
inhuman tool is used to cause despair and to destroy our will to defend ourselves.
13. Obstruction of justice and the due administration of law in U.S. courts: They
communicate with some judges who engage in judicial tyranny where the law becomes
meaningless. L.A. Superior Court Case #C664-901.
14. Making telephone threats to kill some of us: Pasadena Police #40359 and #323411.
15. Attempt murder of Samuel by poisoning food while in Egypt.
16. They Forged my brother Baheg?s signature in an affidavit and changed some of the
facts to obstruct his asylum case in the U.S.
17. Sending people to harass and threaten us while demonstrating against them.
18. Using spyware to monitor our activities on the Internet and to obstruct communication.
CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE FOLLOWING POLICE DEPARTMENTS AGAINST
US:
PASADENA POLICE DEPARTMENT, PASADENA, CALIFORNIA:
1. Sergeant C. E. Gray, Officers A. Peinado and T.S. Stremel made false charges against us
willfully, for exposing police abuse and crimes. Pasadena Police Report #88000624.
2. Officer K. Hunter refused to arrest two suspects identified by name for unlawful entry to
our house and for sprinkling human blood on the bedroom?s wall.
3. Officer Wilson refused to arrest a suspect charged with assault and battery even thought
he admitted to the officer. His car was blocking the driveway when the police showed up.
4. Officer A. O. Anderson refused to issue a ticket, remove the car blocking the driveway or
arrest the suspect. He promised to write a report, but never did.
5. Officers D. E. Ryan and P.S. Hettma refused to arrest Alexander Herb, a suspect charged
with disturbance of peace, hitting the floor on the 2nd floor daily for hours at a time and for
conducting witchcraft against us. We were living on the 1st floor.
6. Police officers falsified our statement in several police reports, made-up statements and
distorted the facts. Pasadena Police #87001860.
7. Sergeant M. Vandergrift, Officers B. E. Potekian and T.S. Stremel released a suspect
charged with assault and battery, refused to take him into custody or even questioned him.
No charges were ever filed in court: Pasadena Police #87001860.
8. Pasadena Police harassed us by following us around the City using police cars.
9. Failure to arrest suspects and/or write reports about many crimes committed against us
(i.e., use of illegal firearms, breach of peace, assault, the invasion of privacy, witchcraft
and tapping our telephone line) to name a few.
10. Failure to present the evidence to the District Attorney to persecute suspects charged with
criminal offenses as required by law.
11. We have more than ten additional names of officers, including former Chief of Police
James Robenson and several sergeants from Pasadena Police Department who were
involved in other crimes against us and/or refused to enforce the law.
BEVERLY HILLS POLICE DEPARTMENT, BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA:
Three police officers from Beverly Hills Police Department mistreated my brother and me.
Officer Takahashi, ID #387 twisted my arm without any reason. The Officers refused to arrest
Raymond Wilbur, a suspect charged with assault and battery of my brother even though he
admitted to the Police. I took my brother to the Emergency Room of St. Luke Hospital in
Pasadena, CA.
ALTADENA SHERIFF STATION, ALTADENA, CALIFORNIA:
1. Deputy Sheriff S. James and another deputy from Altadena Sheriff Department falsely
arrested me. No complaint ever filed in court against me. Neither officers were charged
for making the false arrest. Altadena Sheriff #184-01772-0773-399.
2. Several deputy sheriffs came to the house for an incident involved assault and battery and
damage to property. The officers saw the damage done. After arresting Fred Eslick, they
came early in the morning and deceived me in signing a form, to change it from sheriff?s
arrest to citizen arrest. They failed to file charges against the suspect. Deputy District
Attorney was forced to appear in Court after I filed a criminal complaint against the
suspect. He asked the judge to dismiss my complaint and promised to file a complaint, but
never did. Altadena Sheriff #184-01470-0774-444.
SALEM POLICE DEPARTMENT, SALEM, NEW JERSEY:
Officers from Salem Police Department in Salem, New Jersey followed me for
approximately two weeks, every time I drove my car in the morning.
WILMINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT, WILMINGTON, DELAWARE:
Officer J. Burns, ID #6274 of Wilmington Police Department falsified my statement in a
police Report #30-97-26441 and testified falsely in court of an accident that happened at 16th and
French Streets in Wilmington, Delaware.
NEW CASTLE COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT, NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE:
Officers H. E. Cochran and J.J. Steinburg of New Castle County Police refused to arrest a
suspect who assaulted my brother, his blood was on the telephone, the rail and the floor, broken
glass was all over the kitchen floor and the mat. The Police Officers upon arriving were making
fun of my brother while he was in pain and state of shock, adding problems to his diabetic
condition. No charges were ever filed. Sergeant D. K. Booker refused to enforce the law and/or
charge the two officers. New Castle County Police Report #32-97-138522.
VIRGINIA BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT, VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA:
1. I witnessed someone who tried to break into our home through a window on the second
floor, and was on the top of the shed. Upon calling Va Beach Police, they refused to send
a police officer. The officer answering the telephone said: ?We can?t do anything since the
suspects left.?
2. A driver blocked the drive way to our house with his car. The police refused to come to
remove the car or issue a citation, instead I was told: ?wait until he removes his car.? I had
to wait several hours until the suspect drove off to get out of my house to drive my car.
3. Virginia Beach Police refused to document and/or write a report of an incident involved a
theft of someone?s purse where he dumped the purse and the content in our yard. The
Officer refused to do anything, he wanted me to keep the content which I refused.
4. Officer P.J. Stewart, refused to arrest a suspect who was conducing witchcraft against
Sam. She promised to get an arrest warrant, but failed to do anything, incident #6222104.
5. Officer Y. K. Manigo, ID #1008 refused to arrest John Cruze and Mike Mason who were
following Samuel after he left Harris Teeter Grocery Store, they were harassing him using
profane language. When Sam refused to respond to their malicious harassment, They
grabbed his grocery bags and throw them on the ground and proceeded to attack him.
With the Police Officer present, he identified the picture of both students at Princess Ann
High School 1996' School Book, Pages 91 and 96. Va Beach Police Report #97-017787.
6. Officers MPO R. Mireles and K. N. Bailey were waiting for us across the parking space.
Upon getting out of the car with my brother and going to Sam?s apartment, both
immediately proceeded to stop us and insisted on searching our items. We refused.
Officer Mireles started to use force to search our items, we insisted that he was only
allowed upon obtaining a search warrant. After over half an hour of confrontation, both
left. The Chief of Police refused to do anything.
PRINCE WILLIAM POLICE DEPARTMENT, WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA:
Two suspects who live in the neighborhood identified by me to the police, who broke the
back fence to the house and dumped used oil in our yard and left orange pan. Officer R. J.
William, ID #0349 came after six hours of waiting, refused to arrest or question the suspects,
tried to justify the incident, he said: ?I can?t believe that someone left a good used oil pan.? The
Report which supposed to contain the facts of the incident were erased. Prince William County
Police #02-72581.
Another recent incident: Egyptian agents entered into our house and stole a book: ?Islam
and Terrorism? and two computer disks has information about Egyptian government terrorist
activities against us in America. Police Officer B.F. Grantham, I.D. 1413 came to the house and
talked to me and my brother Baheg but he refused to write a police report, he wrote a log No. #
04-19121 and took my brother Baheg ?s letter about criminal and terrorism activities of Egyptian
government against us in the U.S. And against Christians in Egypt. A few minutes later, I talked
to First Sgt. Howard via the telephone (703)792-7200 but he refused to write a police report
about the incident.
The facts in this letter constitute a fraction of the crimes committed against us. We have
documented most of the crimes and illegal activities of the Egyptian government against us. We
have more than one hundred documents, more than fifty police reports, and letters, names, etc.
The Egyptian government in desperation might try to kidnap my brother, me or
other members of our family in the United States. Egyptian agents also may try to poison
food, medicine, or beverage. They may also try to cause car accident or other criminal means to
silence us as they have tried many times in the past and failed. The Egyptian government has a
long history of that. When an investigation is initiated by Congress, the Justice Department or the
FBI, the Egyptian government will try to obstruct it, using all means. We are writing from
experience. Egyptian agents have used many of their criminal methods against us. They hire and
train people who carry out their terrorist and criminal operations against us.
Dr. Kameel Fawaz Farag, M.D., a friend in Los Angeles delivered a message to us from Egyptian
agents some years ago when he told us: ?The Egyptian Intelligence Agency will never
leave you and you have to live like this the rest of your lives.? They think that they will never be
caught.
We have done everything humanly possible to live in freedom in the U.S. No human being
should go through what we have gone through and continue to go through. Can you imagine the
hurt, pain and wound inflicted on us by the Egyptian government each and every day with no end
in sight? Do you know what it means when your life is under siege every day in America? Is
it possible that we will die before we live in freedom and witness justice from the horrible
crimes committed against us by the Egyptian government inside the U.S.? We never tasted
freedom since we came to America, while we are living in the country of freedom.
Our Country is fighting terrorism every day both at home and abroad, while the Egyptian
government commits terrorism and crimes against us each and every day in the United
States with impunity. To defend and protect the rights of Americans, we need your help now.
We urge you to act immediately and bring Egypt to justice and free us from this oppression we are
struggling to overcome every day in America. We desperately need your help in this serious
matter. We ask you to initiate an immediate investigation to hunt down Egyptian agents
operating illegally in the U.S. and bring them to justice. This is part on the ?war on
terrorism.?.
We appreciate that you are taking the time to respond to our need to be free from
the oppression of the Egyptian government which trample on our laws here in America.
