Al-Qaida terrorists leaving Iraq?

In Onward Muslim Soldiers I detail how Muslim leaders worldwide declared the Iraq war a jihad -- whereupon Muslims streamed into Iraq to fight the Americans there. But a report in WND today suggests that now they may be streaming out again. Why? Too many Muslims are getting killed. No one, apparently, is concerned about non-Muslims getting killed.

Al-Qaida's campaign in Iraq has backfired politically due to large numbers of Muslim deaths, prompting the terrorist network to take its holy war elsewhere, according to counter-terror experts.

An Internet magazine published by al-Qaida, Sawt al-Jihad, or "Voice of Jihad," urges Osama bin Laden's supporters to stay away from Baghdad and instead hit U.S. military targets in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, terrorist expert Rita Katz told the New York Post.

Katz' SITE Institute monitors al-Qaida propaganda on the Internet.

An article titled "Do Not Go To Iraq," by Muhammad bin al-Salim, says: "My instructions to the people of the peninsula [Saudi Arabia], young as old, men as women, is to fight Americans in their homes and the people of Yemen should fight the Americans in their bases, battleships and their consulates."

The Post notes this is a change in strategy by bin Laden, who reportedly in October shifted some resources from Taliban renegades in Afghanistan to Iraq in order to battle coalition forces.

Katz sees growing evidence bin Laden's foreign fighters no longer are welcome in Iraq, the Post reported.

"It's clear that the killing of a lot of Muslims in Iraq is something al-Qaida now wants to avoid," she told the New York paper.

This story is simply a repetition of other mosques, all over dar al-Harb. Mayor Menino stoutly defends the fire-sale price of Boston land for a large mosque whose chief backers, Alamoudi and company, turn out to be up to their necks in terrorist connections. Yet he refuses to seriously reconsider the use of taxpayers' money (the sale itself, the tax-exempt status of a "house of worship" which is also a center of geopolitical intrigue, propaganda, and the inculcation of hostility or hatred to all non-Muslims -- unless of course the Mosque, and its Imam, are monitored (at great expense) constantly by agents, inside and outside its premises. By now only a fool, or a traitor, would allow a mosque to be built that has any connections to militant Islam. Is reality to be constantly ignored? Is sentimentalism about "religion" or "one of the world's great religions" going to substitute for evidence of quite different, much more sinister goings-on? Why such reverence for the word "religion"? Why not instead "belief system" -- just as Communism, Nazism, with their geopolitical aims, also "belief systems"? Spare us, please, the folly of naive city fathers.

Of course they'll leave Iraq. Heaven forbid that they do any fighting face to face with American troops. We would destroy them in quick fashion and they know it. Al Qaida are thugs and bushwhackers, not fighters.

Them being in Iraq ties them to Hussein. Terrorism expert Rita Katz stated in the article that they're "no longer" welcome in Iraq. This tells me that when the "Butcher of Baghdad" was in power, they were welcome there.

With them leaving Iraq, it would appear that they're not as willing to die for their cause as they claim to be. Bin Laden and his cave mates really should be looking for other rocks to crawl under. America is coming for you, your brothers in mayhem are being arrested on a regular basis here in the U.S., and we WILL find you. It's only a matter of time for you. We found the pig Saddam in his 6'x6' rat hole, didn't we?

Word has it you, Usama, or Osama or whatever the hell your name is, have kidney and heart problems. You should be so lucky as to expire due to your ailments, because it will be a day of Hell on Earth for you if we do find you alive. You murdered 3000 INNOCENT people on 9/11/01. We have not forgotten.

Redemption will belong to America, despite your civil rights activist buddies over here trying to provide smoke screens for you.
