The MMA, a Pakistani religous alliance that holds sway in the northwest border region between Afghanistan and Pakistan calls for an end to Pakistan's terrorist hunt in Afghanistan.
RAWALPINDI: Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal here on Tuesday called for winding up the Wana operation, which it alleged, was launched at behest of the US. In an emergency meeting of the MMA district leaders, which was presided over by the vice-president, Muhammad Abbas Butt, a resolution was adopted.The resolution said "daily blood is being spilled out of the innocent people and of those, who sacrificed every thing for Afghan Jihad." The resolution said now America wanted that those, who loved Jihad should be eliminated.
The country's rulers are following the US agenda and Wana operation is a conspiracy in the name of national security and defence, the resolution said, adding that the operation must be wound up immediately.
Meanwhile, the meeting urged the MMA top leadership to observe protest day with full force on March 26 against the operation. The meeting reviewed the arrangements being made in connection with the protest in Rawalpindi.
A press release issued by Jamaat-i-Islami stated that the central leaders of MMA would lead the protest day processions on Friday after Jumma congregations in the twin cities.
The MMA is the group whose leader said, "Taliban and al-Qaida members are our brothers."
Taliban and Al Qaida members are their brothers? Wow....since we know that, I guess we can keep this all in the family, and wipe them out too...

By delivering to you a two verses from the Qur’an:
And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah." But they did not kill, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was created to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge of it except the following of assumption. IN THE PASSAGE ABOVE MOHAMAD TRIED TO DISCOUNT THE CRUCIFICTION AND SAY BUT ANAOTHER WAS CREATED TO RESEMBLE HIM. WELL GOD THEN WENT A VERY LONG WAY TO CREATE ANOTHER JESUS. THEN MOHAMMAD WANTED TO THROW DOUGHT ON TOP OF HIS STATEMENT SAYING THERE IS O CERAINT KNOWLED OR PROOF THAT IT HAPPENED EVERYON JUST ASSUMES THAT IT HAPPENED AND THEY DID NOT REALLY KILL JESUS HE JUST RAISED JESUS UP TO HIM. WELL LETS TALK ABOUT THIS. IF MOHAMAD WAS SUCH A GREAT PROFET THEN WHY DID NOT GOD RAISE HIM UP JUST LIKE HE ROSE JESUS. I WOULD SAY FROM THIS STATEMENT ALONE THAT SOME EVIL IS BEING PERPATRATED. IF I WERE READING THE KURAN AND CAME UPON THIS STATEMENT I WOULD SAY WHAT TYPE OF TRICORY IS BEFALLING ME.? THIS IS A BAD RELIGION THAT JUST IS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE FOR THE WHOLE WORLD. IN THE PARAGRAPH BELOW IT SAYS THAT IF YOU ARE NOT MUSSLIM THEN YOU ARE FORBIDEN OR IN OTHER WORDS EVENTUALLY THEY WILL GET RID OF YOU. I BELIEVE THAT IS WHY THEY WANT THE JEWS GONE FIRST. THERE ARE SO MANY CONFLCTS IN THIS RELIGION THAT THEY BELEIE IN THE FATHER OF MOSES BUT THEN WANT ALL JEWS DEAD. JUST EVIL. IF THEY BELIEVE IN THE OLD TESTIMENT THEN THEY WOULD ALSO BELIEVE THAT GOD SAID THE JEWS WOULD BE ON THE EARTH UNTIL THE END. SO WHY ARE THEY TRYING TO KILLL THEM? JUST AN EVIL RELIGION. MY THOUGHT ARE THAT THE DEVIL AFTER CHRIST WAS CRUCIFIED NEEDED A WAY TO COMBAT THE GOOD THAT WAS HAPPENING BY CHRISTS FOLLOWERS SO HE SWAYED MOHAMMED TO DO HIS EVIL BIDDING. THE DEVIL IS AT WORK TODAY, THREW THIS RELIGION. WITH INTOLERANCE AND HATREAD OF THE LIFE OF OTHERS.

Anyone posting here know how many FAEs it would take to clean out the "autonomous tribal northwest frontier" in Pakistan? Ie., what would be their lethality in clearing out valleys of terrorists? Watching the Pakistanis fumble about is just no end frustrating.
Somehow the old "Kill 'em all, let God sort 'em out" comes to mind.......... When you discover a nest of snakes in your back yard, you don't pick through it to see which ones make good pets. You wipe out the entire nest, then see which ones make a good pair of boots.
