BOSTON -- Local officials are again reacting to news Thursday that stowaways on LNG tankers that docked in Boston several years ago may have had terrorist connections.NewsCenter 5's Lynn Jolicouer reported that federal documents recently released by the Department of Homeland Security show the illegal Algerian immigrants, who were involved with drug smuggling, may have had ties to terrorists indicted in a 1999 plot to blow up Los Angeles International Airport.
Wednesday Massachusetts Congressman Ed Markey publicized the memo, which said, "In early 2001 there was some suspicion of possible associations between stowaways on Algerian flagged LNG tankers arriving in Boston and persons connected with the so-called 'Millennium Plot.'

I think it would be amusing if the information can only be passed between the groups thanks to the PATRIOT act.
Angry Infidel, I believe the Constitution guarantees freedom of religion. As long as you don't blow up buildings to fufill your religious obligation you are A-OK in the USA.
