The FBI says that there may be a possible terrorist link to Rochester. Law enforcement officials have arrested a local man whose being accused of lying to the government about a suspected terrorist who lived in Rochester.Mohamed Subeh is free on $20,000 bond. He told News 10 NBC that he came to the US 15 years ago to start a new life. He has 5 American born daughters and says he has “no reason” to lie. But, the government isn’t buying it.
Subeh is a business owner and lives in a quiet Rochester neighborhood, but Friday the US Attorneys Office indicted him on 3 counts of giving false statements to the FBI.
The indictment claims Subeh knew a man interested in becoming a suicide bomber in Israel with the al Aqsa Martyr’s Brigade. The terrorist group has claimed responsibility for numerous suicide bombings in Israel.
Subeh told News 10 NBC that that man is his 20-year-old brother Ismaeel. Subeh says the FBI has been questioning him about Ismaeel since he left the country for Israel last may. He says Ismaeel left to marry a woman in the West Bank, not to help a terrorist group.
Subeh’s attorney, Miguel Reyes says ... “we as a nation need to decide and to be honest that if we have changed our minds and we don't want Arabs in the US, we should be honest and tell them.”
Boy, I don't have to read too far to come up with a comment:

Then maybe the lawyer should be arrested too if he keeps trying to play the race card, and is PROVEN wrong. This lawyer should be charged with supporting terrorists.
If the FBI arrested this guy, they must have had good reason. I trust they have more important things to do than arrest innocent people. Technology is good enough now to aquire the "goods" (evidence), on a person before requesting an arrest warrent.
Squawking "Racism" is a liberal socialist tactic. It worked for O.J Simpson (He was guilty)...I hope we learned something from that case.

The lawyer's last statement is both right and wrong, its not Arabs we do not want, its the islamic political system of hate that seeks to destroy everything around it, that no one wants.

The answer lies, in part, with the false beliefs Bush holds about religion's intellectual, historical and political roles in the West.

Just because you have children in America doesn't mean you have loyalty to America. Many bite the hand that feeds it, including those who support jihad. I find it hyprocritical to use inventions created by the infidels, such as the internet, guns, cars, American money to further their cause. If jihadists really want to fight their war as Saladin they should use swords and horses if they are truly interested in returning the world to the glory of the seventh century.
Jihadists are parasites on western culture. Their backward cultures are incapable of producing modern technology. That's why they are reduced to acting as parasites using the cellphones, guns, cars and internet that the infidel west created.

Thanks for giving us a good laugh. Why dont u go & live in the Middle East where The country is ruled by Islamic Laws.
I have lived there & I know how unahappy & discontent most people are? If they can, by hook or crook they will get a Western passport & escape.The problem is even if they do they still are miserable for the cancer is within them eating them from within.

This is the Martha Stewart charge. From the article we learn that a) the FBI is fighting terrorists b) people who say *anything* to Federal Investigators are laying themselves open for trouble. The more you talk the more likely you are to say something tha tis not 100% correct, or worse, that the investigators think is not 100% correct. Bingo.
Right now it's only the Feds, but when will our state and local law enforcement officers try this one out?
