No appeasement from Germany, which has troops in Afghanistan, but not in Iraq. From Reuters, with thanks to Jeffrey Imm:

BERLIN, April 15 (Reuters) - Germany won't negotiate with "criminals" like Osama bin Laden, a government spokesman said on Thursday after a purported audio tape of his voice offered a truce to Europeans if they pulled troops out of Muslim nations.

"There will be no negotiations with terrorists and serious criminals like Osama bin Laden. The international community must continue the fight against international terrorism together. Germany will continue to contribute to that," the spokesman said.

Of course, they won't. They will ride as a passenger in the car driven by the Spanish, with the French hanging out the window waving the white flag.

Bravo, Ilhad. You nailed it! What can one expect from the home of Nazi-facism. Although many Germans reject their facist past out of feelings of remorse, the movement has been underground for some time, poking up its head in the form of skinhead youth gangs, Nazi sentiment is lurking the background.

Now that Islam is blooming in Germany, the older facism will be free to join with their Muslim brothers to wreak havoc on Europe. But, wait, they are in for a nasty surpise. They will have to convert or accept dhimmitude, just like all the rest. If "Paris is worth a mass," couldn't Europe be worth a trip to the Mosque five times a day? I wonder how this will play out.
