Betar and other groups have counter-rallies, i try and go every few weeks. There is always a cage of screaming indymedia readers, handing out factsheets - many based on blatant lies.
As a group of students, we have printed our own fliers 'Myths of the Middle East' - and we hand them out wherever these 'pro-intifada' protests are being held in london.
At the moment the pro-Palestinians outnumber us at least twenty to one, unfortunately this is unlikely to change - but something you get used to living in London in 2004.
If this does not prove that the dems support terrorist I don't know what will convence you! We are at war. The lib's are spinning already that the sarin morter shell had to be old ? Not that Iraq had WMD's. Bush is right! You lib's out there think about all the Drugs smuggled into this country, and what is to stop a small shell not you. You don't want the USA to stop people ? We have enemys within when will you stop hating America?

Does anyone here remember Yvonne Ridley? She was the "journalist" who was captured by the Taliban, held for about 9 days, and released after coverting to Islam. She was hired to write for the english-language version of aljazeerah.com, but was fired a few months ago when she reported that her boss was seen shopping at the Zionist-occupied department store, Marks & Spencer. *snicker*
As all us Brits know, M&S is quite expensive. But on hearing this news I shall for-go some of our usual monthly expenses in order to shop there more often.

I remember reading a post by Spencer claiming his parents to have originated from a non-Muslim foreign country. This might be difficult for people of other countries to understand, but we poor white folks have no where to go except what we have here.
It’s annoying when Jewish people demand us to slavishly follow their unethical religious fascism. Surely, if one is free. One must have the choice to lead a decent and ethical live without having to loose common sense.

Don't get me wrong, I was also involved in boycotting Apartheid South African products and those who made business with them. I am sure most pro-Israelis were on the opposite side during them days.
However, since I am an American. I tend to keep it to myself as its illegal for a US customer to decide for themselves not to purchase goods from a "friendly" country without a concern for customer objections.
The good behind activism:
I can understand if Jewish people want to strengthen the economy of Israel, but the future for these companies founded on shaky grounds is bleak - look at Starbucks. They just tend to loose their business sense. This company will be lucky if they are still around by 2010. The Americanisation of Tel-Aviv has already failed, and I hope the rest will follow.

"Zionist supporters are morally blind" and Zionism=Fascism. Of course, neither Christine nor anyone on Oxford St. realizes that the one country in the Middle East where an Arab can vote in a real democratic election is Israel. And a half-million Israeli Arabs do have that right that their brethren lack in other countries. Rather, they idealize the fight against the "oppressors", which sounds like blindness to me.
Israel's policies are nothing like South Africa's were under apartheid. But why am I going on like this, "poor white guy" that I am who's apparently lost all "common sense"?

Hats off to misguidedjihadi. As for poor white folks like me, I packed up my Ph.D. credential and found a good job teaching English abroad.
It strikes me that the Left's embrace of Salafism shows how morally and intellectually bankrupt it is--and how badly off the West is going to be in a generation, given that the Left controls intellectual life in a lot of the West. I'm now convinced that the Left has lost all positive vision of the just society, and now is out only to destroy--or, at best, leave a slum in the midst of a desert.

Now they SUPPORT Islamo-fascism - which is by far the biggest proponent and practitioner of these evils - comprising its willing fifth-column of quislings in the West.
They congregate most thickly in the media, the arts and entertainment and particularly in "human rights"-related NGOs and especially densely in academia, where they shelter one another from reality in their closed and cosy, overlapping clubs, venturing out, to safe venues - at the drop of a hat - to disseminate their poisonous propaganda.
Bravo, HG, correctamundo, and right to the point. But even these will be in for the same nasty surprise as the rest of us, and then they will wonder "how all this came to be!" The finger pointing will be fierce and none of them will accept responsibility for their actions. Somehow they will figure our a way to blame it on evil America.

I recall an interesting article at belmontclub.com about the bankruptcy of the left. The thrust of it was that the left will be subsumed into Islam. that is definitely happening.
Lets face it, the left is sacrificing a lot of it's traditional stands to accomidate Islam. Part of the reason for that is that Arabs/muslims are finacially backing leftist organisations. It has prostituted it's self to Islam.
All is not hopeless though. A real left is rising in the Islamic countries themselves, such as Iran and in Iraq, not only in the Iraqi Communist Party but among the Kurds as well to the North.
The Western Left SHOULD be backing these guys, not their oppressors. The left in the Muslim countries is pro-Western and for good reasons. Something the so-called " left " in the West should pick up on.
