Sanaa, , May. 6 (UPI) -- Yemen said Thursday it will not extradite a Yemeni citizen accused by the United States of terrorism and loyalty to al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden.Prime Minister Abdel Kader Bajamal was quoted by the weekly "September 26" saying Sheik Abdel Majid al-Zandani, who figures on a U.S. list of wanted terrorists worldwide, should be tried in Yemen if accusations against him proved to be correct.
"The Yemeni Republic cannot extradite any of its citizens to a foreign country, be it Sheik al-Zandani or anyone else," Bajamal said, stressing the United States' request to extradite him is "totally rejected."
U.S. authorities accuse al-Zandani, a Sunni Muslim cleric, of being a fervent follower of bin Laden and having a long history of backing al-Qaida and mobilizing terrorists.

We should pluck this criminal from their protection and bring him here anyway. With our ops, I don't see where that'd be too awfully difficult.
No, DC, we don't need to just pluck this guy and bring him here anyway. That is thinking along the lines of "police work" or "law enforcement" that is totally wrong for this situation. This is not law enforcement, it is war. Trying to get this guy in custody is like saying we should have demanded that Japan extradite Yammamoto for his role in the Pearl Harbor attack. We should do to him just exactly what we did to Yammamoto--kill him.
I say since this scum is part of the scum that has declared war on the US then we shold go after him and take him out. If the great freedom loving state of Yemen gets in the way then take it out also. When is the western world going to realize that Islam had declared war on our life and we have to fight back and mean it. Our spinless "leaders" are to afraid of the "Muslin" "Hispanic" and whatever group vote to do what needs to be done. Take out the terrorist where ever they are and seal the boarder and stop the flow from mexico.

Didn't the CIA fire a predator missle at a car carrying a wanted terrorist in Yemen? The same terrorist who organized the cell in NY. When the smoke cleared the terrorist was blown apart, he was identified by a tatoo on what was left of his leg. If Yemen won't extradite this "cleric" then the CIA can deal with him in Yemen.

Let Yemen kill him that is not against their laws Bush said either you are with us or against us we need to let these people know we are with Bush no he is not perfect but I don't know any one who is.
