More evidence of the thin line, if there is any line at all, between the official Palestinian Authority governmental structures, such as they are, and jihad terror groups that glorify the murder of innocent children. Ahmad Qurei, the Palestinian Prime Minister, has declared that the PA will not dismantle the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades. From IMRA:

armed terrorist groups operating in the Gaza Strip retain their weapons (in
fact they can bring in more weapons) while Israel promises not to take
action against them.
Was there ever any doubt about close links between al Fatah and the AMB? This is one more piece of evidence that the Oslo Accords are dead.

Thats why the contractors that are building new and free housing for Palestinians need bigger houses so they have a place to store their weapons.

Why should they not be? The "Palestinian constitution" has never repealed the article calling for the destruction of Israel. They will never disarm as long as they believe they can annihilate the Jews. The only response to them is to drive them totally out of Israel, Judea, Samaria, Gaza, and Golan. Wholesale expulsion, then seal the borders and kill anyone attempting to cross illegally.
