Al-Qaida plans more hijackings

Al-Qaeda directs its ingenuity to planning new ways to terrorize and murder people. From WND, with thanks to Jeffrey Imm:

Al-Qaida will use more men in its next skyjacking attempt to make certain passengers and crew can be subdued, according to military sources involved in the interrogation of prisoners captured in the war on terror, reports the premium, online intelligence newsletter Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

In addition, the military has learned, according to the G2 Bulletin report, plans are being made to place bombs on planes by disassembling them and having teams bring the pieces on board one by one. ...

Last week, three workers were injured when a wallet exploded on a Turkish Airlines flight after landing in Istanbul and passengers had disembarked, the airline said. The blast came hours before President Bush was expected to leave Istanbul, which is hosting a summit of NATO leaders.

they will likely target planes that do not have a lot of americans on them -- especially those flights with a lot of new yorkers. every time i get on a plane, i get on last (flown 30,000 miles in last 2 months). i also get a seat typically in the back of the plane. i look at all the passengers and get a read on where the strong men are sitting. i also look to see where foreign men are sitting relative to american men. i then go through my mind how certain hijacking scenarios may occur. i used to sleep on flights but do not anymore. if i travel with anyone i know, i make a pact with them that in the case of a hijacking, we will charge and fight the hijackers to the death. i find that it is convenient to carry a plastic bag with heavy items in it -- this can be used as a weapon in case a few heads need to be conked.

happy flying fellow anti-jihadists!

I don't believe many if any flights will leave the gates if there are numerous jihadists onboard. The likelyhood of getting explosives onto a plane are next to nill. It would require an airline or service employee to pull it off. I'm under the impression that all flight crews, ground crews, and service employees have been through background checks (atleast here in the USA). However, the idea of terrorism to succeed doesn't need to blow up any more planes, they just need you to think they will and you are thus terrorized by the idea.
Be diligent so as to not afford them an opportunity, but, don't be terrorized just because they make such a claim.

I would think it would be very difficult for terrorists to hijack planes and use them as missle again. There are too many variables that have been introduced that could lead to an unsuccessful hijacking.Groups of muslims, arabs or pakistanies sitting in first class would be a red flag to any fight crew. Flights can now be cancelled on short notice, denied access to US airspace, escorted by military aircraft or turned around and returned to their home countries without notice.Certain flights have anywhere from 1-6 armed sky marshalls on board. The pilot could be armed with a gun.Last but not least passengers will never again believe the words of muslims who promise them they will be safe if they cooperate. Most know that muslims lie so they would have nothing to lose in fighting back.Muslims are cowards who function best when their enemy is unarmed and unaware. As the downing of the plane in Pennsylvania showed then don't do as well when even unarmed citizens fight back.
