Arafat hints Israel planted Tel Aviv bomb

Al-Jazeera (thanks to Nicolei for the link) is reporting that Arafat is playing that ever-popular game among Muslims: whenever anything bad happens, blame the Jews. The fact that Jews were killed by this bombing doesn't faze him in the least.

Palestinian leader Yasir Arafat has condemned Sunday's deadly bomb attack in Tel Aviv but suggested that it was an act of provocation carried out by the Israelis.

"We condemn this act as we always condemn these acts," Arafat said, before hinting that it could have been carried out by the Israelis.

"You know who is behind these acts," he told reporters on Sunday at his West Bank offices. "Europe knows it, the Americans know it, the Israelis know it."

Arafat has previously accused members of the Israeli secret services of having perpetrated attacks against Israel.

The blast near a bust stop on Sunday killed a 19-year-old female army surgeon and wounded 20 people.

The al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, an armed faction which pledges loyalty to Arafat, purportedly claimed responsibility for the bombing.

Who believes the Liar(Arafat)?
Arafat only said that so that Isreal would think he doesn't know anything about the bomb, THAT IS A BIG LIE, THE BOMBING WAS A PLANNED WORK BY ARAFAT AND HIS TERRORIST GROUPS!

Arafat is a typical Muslim. He lies about everything. How about this little tidbit of information I picked up on Palestinian Media Watch the other day?

The Palestinian Authority refugee organization “… announced its opposition to granting occupancy [sic] of refugee camps the right to vote in the upcoming local elections.” This information was brought to my attention by Palestinian Media Watch. The full text of the article together with a website address is as follows:

Refugee organization oppose voting right to refugees for political purposes
by Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook
Introduction
A Palestinian Authority refugee organization announced its opposition to granting occupancy of refugee camps the right to vote in the upcoming local elections.

Since Israel’s creation the Arab world has actively prevented a humanitarian solution for Arab refugees who left Israel during Israel’s War of Independence. For example, Lebanon still prohibits camp residents from owning homes or businesses outside the camps, condemning them to perpetual economic and social hardship.

According to the PA leadership this denial of the right to vote should be done to highlight the “unique status” of the refugee camps.

The following statement in the PA daily by the Supreme National Committee for the Protection of the Right of Return also reiterates the PA policy of preventing the integration of the refugee camps into urban housing units, calling it a "danger".
“The Supreme National Committee for the Protection of the Right of Return – announced yesterday that it opposes the participation of the refugee camps in the local elections that are expected to take place in the Palestinian territories. The committee justified its objection as protecting the unique status of the refugee camps in Gaza and the West Bank, considering them testimony to the crime that the occupation state made against our nation for 56 years. The committee warned of the dangers of integrating the refugee camps into the urban housing units...” [Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, June 29, 2004]

Think about this. Israel was forcibly created in 1948. That's when the majority of Palestinian refugees were also created. At the same time, WW II had just ended and there were millions of refugees that had to be settled from that conflict. All of the refugees from WW II were settled long ago. Why is that there are still Palestinian refugees? It is because the Muslims have deliberately refused to re-settle these refugees so as to keep up their claim to re-occupy Israel. At this rate, there will still be Palestinian refugees a thousand years from now. Canada is re-settling refugees from Afghanistan as we speak. The Palestinians could have been re-settled decades ago.

Here is an article from Daniel Pipes analyzing this situation:

The Refugee Curse
by Daniel Pipes
New York Post
August 19, 2003

Here's a puzzle: How do Palestinian refugees differ from the other 135 million 20th-century refugees?

Answer: In every other instance, the pain of dispossession, statelessness, and poverty has diminished over time. Refugees eventually either resettled, returned home or died. Their children - whether living in South Korea, Vietnam, Pakistan, Israel, Turkey, Germany or the United States - then shed the refugee status and joined the mainstream.

Not so the Palestinians. For them, the refugee status continues from one generation to the next, creating an ever-larger pool of anguish and discontent.

Several factors explain this anomaly but one key component - of all things - is the United Nations' bureaucratic structure. It contains two organizations focused on refugee affairs, each with its own definition of "refugee":

The U.N. High Commission for Refugees applies this term worldwide to someone who, "owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted . . . is outside the country of his nationality." Being outside the country of his nationality implies that descendants of refugees are not refugees. Cubans who flee the Castro regime are refugees, but not so their Florida-born children who lack Cuban nationality. Afghans who flee their homeland are refugees, but not their Iranian-born children. And so on.
The U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), an organization set up uniquely for Palestinian refugees in 1949, defines Palestinian refugees differently from all other refugees. They are persons who lived in Palestine "between June 1946 and May 1948, who lost both their homes and means of livelihood as a result of the 1948 Arab-Israeli conflict." Especially important is that UNRWA extends the refugee status to "the descendants of persons who became refugees in 1948." It even considers the children of just one Palestinian refugee parent to be refugees.
The High Commission's definition causes refugee populations to vanish over time; UNRWA's causes them to expand without limit. Let's apply each definition to the Palestinian refugees of 1948, who by the U.N.'s (inflated) statistics numbered 726,000. (Scholarly estimates of the number range between 420,000 to 539,000.)

The High Commission definition would restrict the refugee status to those of the 726,000 yet alive. According to a demographer, about 200,000 of those 1948 refugees remain living today.
UNRWA includes the refugees' children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as Palestinians who left their homes in 1967, all of whom add up to 4.25 million refugees.
The 200,000 refugees by the global definition make up less than 5 percent of the 4.25 million by the UNRWA definition. By international standards, those other 95 percent are not refugees at all. By falsely attaching a refugee status to these Palestinians who never fled anywhere, UNRWA condemns a creative and entrepreneurial people to lives of exclusion, self-pity and nihilism.

The policies of Arab governments then make things worse by keeping Palestinians locked in an amber-like refugee status. In Lebanon, for instance, the 400,000 stateless Palestinians are not allowed to attend public school, own property or even improve their housing stock.

It's high time to help these generations of non-refugees escape the refugee status so they can become citizens, assume self-responsibility and build for the future. Best for them would be for UNRWA to close its doors and the U.N. High Commission to absorb the dwindling number of true Palestinian refugees.

That will only happen if the U.S. government recognizes UNRWA's role in perpetuating Palestinian misery. In a misguided spirit of "deep commitment to the welfare of Palestinian refugees," Washington currently provides 40 percent of UNRWA's $306 million annual budget; it should be zeroed out.

Fortunately, the U.S. Congress is waking up. Chris Smith, a Republican on the House International Relations Committee, recently called for expanding the General Accounting Office's investigation into U.S. funding for UNRWA.

Tom Lantos, the ranking Democratic member on that same committee, goes further. Criticizing the "privileged and prolonged manner" of dealing with Palestinian refugees, he calls for shuttering UNRWA and transferring its responsibilities to the High Commission.

Other Western governments should join with Washington to solve the Palestinian refugee problem by withholding authorization for UNRWA when it next comes up for renewal in June 2005.

Now is the time to lay the groundwork to eliminate this malign institution, its mischievous definition, and its monstrous works.

The Jews don't want to die out. They made their last abortive attempt to break out from Rome in 135 and have been paying the piper ever since. Hadrian 86'ed them out of Jerusalem on pain of death, forbade the name of Judah or Judea to be used and renamed the place Palestine. The rules were re-enforced by Constantine when Rome went Christian about 200 years later. At that time, Jews made up 10% of the Roman and Parthian empires. Since then, with pogroms, forced conversions, and killings with an increased rate mirroring the increased technology of killing, there are now less than 14 million Jews instead of 300 million (the number they would have achieved had they increased in population at a rate comparable to that of other races). The problem reached its crescendo in WWII and then the Jews realized that "Next year in Jerusalem" had best be turned into a reality instead of a wistful annual mouthing if they wanted to survive. The Ashkenasi (read as "European") Jews were shrewd enough to know they need to BUILD a country before declaring it....and they did.

The Palestinians want to declare their country first....in which case it'll be like Lebanon; just a base of operations for Hamas as Lebanon was for Hezbolla. In the interest of peace, the Israelis should build a Palestinian state...factories etc...using American support and put Palestinians to work in the West Bank and Gaza (instead of employing them in Israel proper). Leave the UN out of it, so a positive link gets built between Palestinians and Israelis and Americans. Then after the present generation dies out there'll be less bitterness and a Palestinian state can be declared.

But there's the demographic problem....more on that later.

The Israelis do have a right to defend their land. Up till late 1950’s it was the Jews who were called Palestinians. The term signifying the present day arabs as Palestinians is a phenomena of the late 1960’s and 1970’s. This land has been Jewish for over 3000 years, longer then the present day Americas, longer even then the present day UK and France. Arabs immigrated into the area after a major Jewish return to augment ancestral land. The arabs should be thankful to the generous, benevolent Israelis for permitting the arabs to live in and acquire an independent “Palestinian” nation.

What is simultaneously funny, sad, and disturbing is that the muslim world can mobilize tens of millions to protest the French “headscarf” law, but can not manage to organize a protest of 100 muslims to protest against terrorism.

"We condemn this act as we always condemn these acts"

Tells the truth: not in the very least.

"You know who is behind these acts, Europe knows it, the Americans know it, the Israelis know it."

The whole truth again. Everbody knew *he* is.

Amazed by the inroads of islamic propaganda!
How many leftoids will endorse Arafat's lies ?
probably many thousands.
A man who has actually killed far more palestinians than Jews is held up as a hero!
A man who has enslaved and used his own people as canon fodder!
A man who has received billions from his arab neighbours to keep them as pawns for islamic jihad!

Let alone the long list of terrorist acts against Americans and westerners.
A man who spent more time in the company of Clinton than any foreign statement and whom clinton knew had ordered the murder of Cleo Noel in Sudan !
Could Clinton have reasonably belivd that ARAFAT WOULD SIGN A PEACE TREATY!!
The man was a rhodes scholar for god's sake he must have known that islamic jihad would never have allowed Arafat to sign anything!
Surely he would have known that no jewsish or christian state could exist inside Islamic lands!

Israel is being attacked by muslims!!! Sort of gives us brits a clue of the shape of things to come in the UK as the muslim invasion over here continues apace. My finger is on the trigger as I wait for that day to arrive I'll go down fighting and I'll take as many scumuslim lives as I can with me.Together we'll see if their really is 72 virgin whores waiting for us on the other side, in heaven maybe there will be,but for followers of satanallah there will be nothing more than 72-billion stikes from a fire-whip in the darkest corners of hell.

Arafat is a shaky old lizard faced terrorist. Nothing better, but probably much worse. Luckily for him, he's the leader of a dumb ghetto, whose occupants are idiotic enough to not know any better when Arafat is stealing money from them like he has for the last 30 years.

Also, he needs to shower.

Oh yeah, PA/PLO-Hamas-Jihad Islami-Palestinian Hezbollah President, Yasir Arafat, is the Father of Palestine, like George Washington was the Father of the USA. And like George, he “cannot tell a lie”…. No - it’s not true that he’s been commonly called “Mr Duplicity” for ages - nev-ver!

It’s impossible not to call him scrupulously honest, highly honourable and superlatively selfless and beneficent - please, examine his record. Look at the improvements he made for Jordan and Lebanon in the 1970s and ‘80s, and for his own people from the ‘60s till today!

So yep, quite as he said: the devious Israelis must’ve arranged this latest lethal bombing in Tel Aviv themselves, rather as the Mossad certainly crashed that pair of passenger-jets into NYC’s Twin Towers and it regularly commits murders in Saudi Arabia, perfidiously disguised as “el-Qaeda gunmen”. By Arafat’s Logic, it’s all a Grand Conspiracy by the detested Jews, to make HIM, the Great “el-Rais”, and the Arabs and Moslems in general, look bad. To be sure….

Millions in the dar el-Islam will jump to “ditto” him on the prevalence of this Conspiracy, which casts Islam as its poor, undeserving Victim. Such a dire Plot fully explains the Arab and Moslem sphere’s inability to regain its Perfection and its predestined supremacy over the globe during at least the last 500 years - or, indeed, to make ANY positive contribution to the world in that span.

Imagine an individual with virtually unlimited means and ample time, who fancies that there’s a Conspiracy against him. He lists every single angle from which his persecutors can come at him, blocking them, then commences to mount a detailed, multi-fronted series of counter-assaults.

But say, objectively, he’s INSANE and there’s NO “conspiracy” whatever. In his derangement, he’s built a CONCRETE “Counter-Conspiracy” - but because there’s NEVER been anything for it to “counter” in the first place, his construction necessarily becomes the REAL Conspiracy!

This is what’s taken place in the collective mentality of the Umma nowadays. Instead of facing unpleasant FACTS, a complex fiction’s been woven and the majority of Arabs and Moslems are diving under its cover, which is a tissue of LIES (pulling lots of naïve Westerners in with them).

Clinically, a profound, detrimentally behaviour-altering compulsion with conspiracies is a class of paranoia, a severe psychosis. Unfortunately, a Mass-Psychosis of this type has come to grip the Arab/Moslem quarter through past decades, somewhat akin to that which took ahold of the Germans under Nazism. (which has, incidentally, supplied vital input for this madness’ growth).

Arafat’s got it, BAD, along with those many millions of others, Islamo-fascists and their hordes of sympathizers, across the planet; but his particular paranoid obsessions with “conspiracies” are augmented with a further psychopathology: he’s a total, homicidal and genocidal Megalomaniac, as well. - I pray that the Angel of Death descends upon him at tonight’s stroke of midnight….

The war against Israel has always been a disguised jihad.
It differs only in that the jihadists have managed to fuel the flames of antisemism latent i Europe to effect that disguise.
The reason Anerica stands by Israel is basically that they as a bew country do not suffer frim that european cancer of old.
For that they cannot be praised enough by those who are truthful and virtous.
