BAGHDAD, Iraq - Iraqi militants said Saturday they kidnapped two Turks and threatened to behead them within 48 hours, the latest in the country's unrelenting wave of abductions, even as efforts intensified to win the release of seven truck drivers taken captive by other insurgents.The Tawhid and Jihad group of Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi demanded the Turks' employers leave Iraq in a videotape aired on Al-Jazeera television, which showed three masked, black-garbed gunmen standing behind two seated men holding various forms of identification, including what were apparently Turkish passports.
Al-Jazeera identified the men as two Turkish truck drivers working for a Turkish company that delivers goods to U.S. forces in Iraq. The network said the militants threatened to decapitate the men if their demands were not met....
The kidnappers have threatened to kill one of the hostages if their employers, Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport Co., fail to meet their demands, including ending their work in Iraq.
The group, which calls itself "The Holders of the Black Banners," had said they would carry out their threat by Friday night, but they had extended their deadlines repeatedly in the past and appeared to have done so again.

The "Black banner" is Muhammads raiding war banner. It was a white banner soaked in blood, and like dried blood, it looks black. there are many references to the "banner" in Islam's "holy books"

Admittedly, I have not read every word of the evil Koran. A Stephen King novel is frightening enough, and in my youth I could "tolerate" prose describing the brutality of man and beast and demon. But, this is very telling - the "sounds of demons are among them" - them being the Satanists. Bethcha there are plenty of other references to the evil Satan woven surreptiously into the Islamic "unholy scriptures".
No wonder Assaholah Khomeini was pissed at Mr. Rushdi for exposing the Satanic Verses.
Know your enemy - and from the looks of the way Islam comes across - THERE CAN BE NO MODERATE OR SECULAR MUSLIM. How would one know? How could ANY Muslim proclaiming the so-called moderate stance be believed or trusted. If they have learned this lifestyle of evil in the same madrassas and mosques as those producing the "militants", aren't they ultimately all birds of a feather?

I agree with you Mr. Spencer. I never called them "Militants" to begin with because I hate all the PC crap that goes on in the world today. I have started to call them what they are - "Jihadi's" Maybe if more of us do that, the people in the media will have to start calling the spade a spade. And, once they do that, then people will have to learn what Jihad means and what Islam is all about.
Keep spreading the truth. Eventually it will cut through the BS that the media is trying to shove down our throats.
