A defense official confirmed to UPI several such cases had involved Afghans released from Guantanamo.

Time for Ashcroft and Rumsfeld to find gainful employment in the private sector. There are only three possibilities. (one) they are releasing terrorists back into circulation thinking that these men are innocent or (two) they are capturing innocent men and turning them into terrorists or (three) they are unable to produce enough evidence to convict killers. In any case it is time for them to be replaced with competent people. They are an embarrassment to America.

The aim of these terrorists is to kill. Capture means they will enjoy free room and board and free counsel - all at the expense of the people they seek to murder - the citizens of the U.S.
The choice is clear....take no prisoners.
