Florida: Woman Fired For Eating 'Unclean' Meat

Dhimmitude comes to the Sunshine State. This woman was warned for eating a pizza and fired for eating a BLT. Her employer's unshakeable certainty that he is being ecumenical and accomodating while simultaneously firing an employee for eating a BLT is nothing short of astounding. This is the true face of Islamic tolerance. You can have any color you like as long as it's black, as Henry Ford used to say. Lina Morales was hired as an administrative assistant at Rising Star -- a Central Florida telecommunications company with strong Muslim ties, Local 6 News reported....

The CEO of Rising Star, Kujaatele Kweli, told Local 6 News that they have tried to create an office that accommodates anybody's religion -- not just Islam.

"Clearly you're accommodating," Holfeld said.

"Yes." Kweli replied.

"And you have an ecumenical philosophy," Holfeld said.

"Yes," Kweli replied.

"(Then) shouldn't you be able to accommodate all faiths in the same lunch room?" Holfeld asked.

"We do, we can," Kweli said.

"But you've dismissed one of your employees for eating pork in the lunch room," Holfeld said.

"Yes, pork is considered unclean," Kweli said.

Good for this young woman for mounting a law suit against these un-American bigots.

Our legislators are useless when it comes to dealing with the ROP: let's use the courts to fight it like everybody else.

Let's see CAIR -- which loudly proclaims that non-Muslim employers must make every effort to accommodate the various religious/cultural beliefs of Muslim employees -- explain why Muslim employers are exempt from reciprocating to their non-Muslim employees.

Absurd. A population segment of 1.5% can not be allowed to dictate to the other 98.5%. Rising Star Communications is discriminatory. Only Muslims should work there if they want that kind of food policy.

Where is the famous Muslim accommodation of other religions and cultures? Where is the attempt to assimilate into American culture? Of course, Muslims expect accommodation to go in only one direction, towards them. And they won't try to assimilate either. Hypocrites!!!!

This is a similar story to the school master in Malaysia(?} ordering non- muslims not to bring non- Halal food to school.

I'm surprised this is even getting into court in the USA however. It shows the dhimmitude is well underway in the USA. It's a clear case or reverse discrimination.

In the interest of being fair and balanced I am aware of a Jewish nursing home in my area that is kosher.At that nursing home employees both Jewish and non-Jewish are not allowed to bring lunches into the facility. A kosher lunch is provided free of charge to all employees by the nursing home.

My problem is with people who try to impose their dietary restrictions on the general population in schools or government offices which would violate the law.I would think that if Rising Star wanted to impose dietary restrictions on employees that they also have an obligation to offer lunch free of charge to those employees.By law employees are entitled to a lunch break, if Rising Star failed to provide this employee with a lunch I would think she would have grounds to sue.

I have a confession. When I lived and worked in Saudi Arabia we Infidels were allowed by our employer to bring in our lunches during Ramadan but we had to eat them in a room that was closed to muslims. As a coping mechanism, some of us used to bring in ham sandwiches. We obtained the ham (we called it "special beef") from the foreign embassy commissaries. Shocking, I know, and an egregious violation of the trust that our Saudi hosts placed in us to abide by the terms of our dhimmi contracts.

This is a wonderful case for a law school hypotheical, or on a bar exam. The equal protection clause of the 5th and 14th amendments, the expansive application of the Commerce Clause power over several decades, and the seeming cap on that power more recently in Lopez, all come into play. And of course the demands of Islam, a belief-system (some are used to calling it, or even insist on calling it, a "religion") whose adherents, alone among those belonging to all the dozens of other religions in this country, do not subsribe to, and by the tenets of Islam (which "must dominate and is not to be dominated") cannot subscribe to a belief either in permanent pluralism (for the moment, it is an idea that can be exploited, and so is useful) or in the constitutionally guaranteed deliberate secularism, of the American system.

If Lina Morales wins, that will cramp the style of this company -- a company whose behavior, one hopes, will receive all the bad publicity it deserves in Florida (having someone named "Morales" as the plaintiff is also pleasing). Those interested in this company should look at its website, its opaque description of its putative "current projects" (and the past customers); then examine the list of "associated" companies, the websites of which are remarkably mysterious. There may be a kind of Muslim business network here, and given the total loyalty that the umma al-islamiyya requires of its members, one would not be surprised to find, if one wanted to investigate further, more of interest.

The power of the purse is important in attempting to curtail the power of the adherents of Islam in this country. You would not, one hopes, have bought German Voigtlander and Leica cameras in 1938, nor Baltic amber from the Soviet trading company Vneshtorg in 1947 or 1953. Even if you wanted that Leica, even if your girlfriend would have liked that golden amber. You may not be able, yet, to make the ruling elites in this or other Western countries understand that a large Muslim presence makes life for Infidels much more expensive (security costs of monitoring), unpleasant, and dangerous. It is not something most of us, if we base our analysis on a no-nonsense understanding of the immutable tenets of Islam, would wish to encourage further.

Today it is not Nazi Germany, or Kodo-maddened Japan, nor Soviet Russia, that is the enemy, but instead of a state or states, a belief-system. We Infidels are under no obligation to increase the economic wellbeing, or the comfort level, or the ease of entry into the American system, of people whose belief-system is unalterably opposed to our wellbeing. For them, as 1350 years of Muslim history indicate, and as Qur'an and hadtih and sura and of course the Sharia derived from them, all show, we are intended ultimately to live in a state, in what were once our own lands, the Bilad al-kufr, of permanent humiliation and degradation -- and that is the best that can be expected from Muslim dominance.

This case deserves watching. One hopes that the attorney for Lina Morales will get all the help he needs, and if other lawyers want to lend a hand at some point -- for this is an important case -- a better use of one's pro bono impulses can scarcely be imagined.

In their twisted views,the woman who ate pork was acting against her employers`RELIGIOUS beliefs....by the same twisted logic,she was not eating pork as part of some religious beliefs of her own(in other words,not eating pork would not have gone against her own religious beliefs).
