An Islamic group makes a generous move that others (i.e., in Hamtramck, Michigan) would do well to follow. From the Hindustan Times, with thanks to Yoel Natan:
An Islamic centre here has taken a step that other communities and the leaders of the political establishment would do well to follow. The influential Nadwatul-Darul-Uloom issued an edict last week advising Muslims not to obstruct traffic or cause inconvenience to the public while offering namaaz. It also asked the community to check the excessive use of loudspeakers.
Namaaz-e-janaza is Islamic funeral prayer.
The edict was issued by the department responsible for issuing rulings in response to questions sent in by a retired colonel, Mohsin Shamsi. It said: "If a place to offer the namaaz-e-janaza is available in the vicinity, prayer should be offered at that place. … when there is no other way out, the namaaz may be offered on the road, but to cause inconvenience by blocking the thoroughfare is a wrongful act."The edict also advised the community to check the use of loudspeakers, because it disturbs non-Muslims and sick people, who should be given due consideration. If needed, loudspeakers could be used for brief periods.
The loudspeaker may "disturb sick people"....I thought the loudspeaker was used to gather disturbed sick people....

As I've said before, this is a private and personal war that Muslims are waging on Infidels. In this war, democratic governments can play little or no role. For instance, if Muslims place a bomb that kills hundreds of non-Muslims, then the first thing a 'decent' democratic governement is expected to do, and will do, is to protect Muslims from retaliation. Hasnt that been the case in almost every case, both here and in India?
The reason for all this considerate behavior is that Hindus in India have stopped relying on the government. In an unconscious way, they have realised that only they themselves, can fight for themselves. They have had enough of Muslims. The incidents in Gujerat and other parts of India, showed the Muslim community that the jig was up in India. No more will the Hindus be waiting for police protection, and the judicial system to play its never ending games. When the Muhammedans started the Jihad, the Hindus waged the counter-Jihad immediately, but with ten times greater ferocity.
The result of this is that Muhammedans are learning some manners.
DP111: I have to agree with you, that this is a war that we need to fight, because the Muslims are and well use our goverment against us, so I think that it's time that people here in America start parking car bombs outside of Mosques, and may-be a few in predominate Arab neighborhoods, they'd feel at home and may-be it would instill enough fear that they'd move back to the holes that they crawled out of.

Assuming equal applicability of the laws, suppose that an Atheist were to broadcast 5 times daily via loudspeaker[s] adjacent to Muslim neighborhoods, the announcement that
"There is no god, Islam is a fraud, and Mohammed was a lunatic con artist and pedophile?" In Arabic, but of course.
If the Muslim community is supporting the electronically amplified Call to Prayer under the rubric of Freedom of Speech, the principle of Equality under law requires that the same apply to an Atheist’s message. [Equality under law is a Western value, and is anathema to Islam.]
If the amplified Call to Prayer is covered by the Freedom of Religion clause, that should also apply to an Atheist's counter announcement.
The Muslims could not legitimately complain about being given offense as their own announcement offers at least equal offence to the surrounding Christian community.
The Muslim call to prayer – itself a prayer – is the unwarranted infliction of an alien religious dogma upon the community.
There are alternatives. The Muslims can broadcast the call to prayer over a radio station as a paid announcement, or let someone shout it from a rooftop.
There is no possible excuse for allowing this electronically amplified announcement to be inflicted on the general population.
The jihadists that are determined to make the U.S. a Moslem country WILL use our Constitution, our legal system, and our governmental agencies as well as non-governmental organizations (ACLU) to achieve their goal.
They must be fought first on the local level, that is, we must put pressure in city councils that no mosques be built because of noise pollution etc.
Fight changes in school dress codes, food being served in cafeterias, etc. that Moslems want to be made to conform to Islam at the school board level.
Do not patronize Moslem merchants and establishments. Nothing illegal about choosing one's markets, restaurants, auto repair facilities, gas stations, car stereo sellers and installers.
Not renting halls and other facilities for Moslem use, will run into various anti-discrimination laws (mostly federal). Same goes for letting your apartment house turn into a Moslem community. Remember, you cannot discriminate employment, housing, public facilities on the basis of religion, race, nationality, etc.
That brings us to the question of what is Islam? It is not a race, as it is not confined to any one of the recognized races or sub-races of humans. The arguments that as the Arabs were the carriers of this affliction of humanity, anything said against Islam is an affront to the "Arab" race. What in hell is that? You look at the majority of the Saudi princelings--they are white-skinned. Then there are various shades of brown amongst Arab-speaking peoples. Anthropologists do not recognize a separate "Arab" race.
So Islam is not a race. Is it a religion? Not in the sense that Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, is. These religions are concerned with spiritual matters. How about Christianity? Like the previous religions, it concerns itself with spiritual matter but turns outward, seeking converts. The missionary work of Christians is peaceful (it wasn't always so, think of the Spanish Conquistadors with their friars and priests that dealt with the American natives).
Judaism also is not blameless in ages past. One time, they forcibly converted a people to Judaism-much to their regret. They were later ruled by one of them--Herod.
Islam has its spiritual side to be sure. The Sufis (probably influenced by Hinduism) are Islam's most spiritually oriented believers. The Sufis are also NOT mainstream Islam. Islam differs from religions that deal with the relationship of man with God or as Buddhism does "all that there is," in that it has not only its own god that is more of an invisible idol that professes violence against all those that do not believe in it, but in that it wants to conquer the world and make all humans pay homage to it--the invisible, bloodthirsty idol.
The spiritual is there, but Islam turns outward with violence, hatred of non-believers, and a plan for political world conquest. It is akin to Nazism and Communism; it is an ideology. This is no revelation that is made here. We all know that this is so. BUT if our local governments and our federal government can be made to understand this, discrimination against those that want to swallow us up can neither be classified as racial nor religious.
Discrimination because of national origin? These people come from all over--from Bosnia to Somalia, Nigeria, Middle East, Indonesia, Malaysia--hence we are not discriminating against their national origin.
We are discriminating against an ideology--much we do not lend meeting halls knowingly to Nazis or like political entities such as Communists, this could be applied to the ideology of Islam.
It will need educating lawmakers, at all levels of government. It will have to be tried in the courts, where it will have an uphill battle. But, as has been said before on this site, if the protective mantle of a religion can be removed from Islam, and it can be shown as a naked ideology bent on conquest and submission of all who do not kow-tow to it, its Constitutional protection. tax exemption, and hesitancy to attack it because of reverence and respect for a religion can be stripped away.
We must start at the local level, first by questioning the religious status of Islam and educating our fellow citizens as to the goals of this ideology: its proponents really do want to take over the United States, by any means. Then, come court challenges as to the status of Islam--is it a religion or an ideology bent on world conquest? also petition drives, etc.

The Resistance, as you advocate, is one of the means that we have to fight Islam - the scourge of humanity. We should all do this, in whatever way is most suitable for us. Just note that the Jihad is not just war by the sword, but something that any Muslim can and must wage, according to his/her abilities and circumstances. So must we.
It is for us, each and every one of us, as individuals or in groups, to take the war to the Jihad. We can do this
1. By writing.
2. Informing non-muslims of the immense danger we are in, and the future of Western civilisation.
3. By weakening a Muslim's faith in Islam. Sowing doubts whether they can ever win. Pointing out that Muslims will forever be 'our dhimmis'; i.e., use humiliation as a weapon. The Muslim is keenly sensitive, that as a Muslim he is superior and we are all Dhimmis. Turn the thing around. It is the Muslim who is our 'dhimmi'. It is easy, as the Muslim is here in the West, and living off Western resource.
4. By debating with Muslims to get them to convert away from Islam. Another advantage of going on the offensive, is it makes Muslims go on the defensive, and unable to bring the the Jihad to you.
5. By waging war on behalf of the religion of Freedom, to liberate Muslims from the subjugation imposed on them by Islam.
It does not matter if you are an Athiest, Christian, Buddhist or whatever. It does not matter how and which way you do it. We just need to weaken the hold of Islam on each Muslim we meet. This is the counter-Jihad. As Muslims realise that this land, the lands of the West are not suitable for 'dawa', in fact may actually lead to the Ummah losing its members, they will leave. I have no doubt of it.
In the counter-Jihad, it does not matter if you use subterfuge or deception. Only victory matters. The price of defeat is far too high, for any such niceties.
I am finally happy I have a site that happilly posts remarks against those muslims... nothing would make me happier than to return the farour to those bastar@s for causeing 9/11 & other such incidents around the world. I think its high time that paybaks due ... dropping a nuke on Mecca during the peak of their Haj season ought to even thigs out .. don't ya think so??
