A captured al-Qaeda operative has told Canadian intelligence investigators that a Montreal man who trained in Afghanistan alongside the 9/11 hijackers was responsible for the crash of an American Airlines flight in New York three years ago.
The source claims that Abderraouf Jdey a/k/a Farouk the Tunisian downed the plane with explosives, but no evidence of explosives was found (all you conspiracry theorists are free to snort, "Hah! You mean no evidence of explosives was reported!").
Jdey is wanted by the FBI and whereabouts are unknown.
If this can be proven, former Prime Minister Jean Cretien should be charged for this crime.
I'm not into conspiracy theories, but you must admit this was a big coinky dink.

One could argue that the US administration was just not prepared to acknowledge, along with the anthrax attacks, as bing Islamic terrorist acts. If they had then the conclusion would be that this was a sustained war of the 'normal' type. It would then be politically impossible not to wage war in the way WWII was waged. That is a general full blown, devil may care, I dont give a monkeys, war. Americans would have been so annoyed and emotional, that general war would have been forced on GWB.
Against whom? Well that would have to be decided.
Many people saw this and reported at the time that there appeared to be an explosion in the middle of the plane.
Naturally, the "nuts and sluts" arguments were trotted out by the media at the time and the people who actually saw the event were shouted down into silence.
The matter was swept under the rug and forgotten...until now.

It does seem that the islamofascists aren't quite as irrational as one would like to believe. To know when to claim credit and when not to in order to not prematurely bring upon the entire might of America upon every possible/potential jehadi base, denotes a certain level of intelligence, strategy and planning. The liberals won't get to shut up soon until somethng really big blows up with jehadi DNA all over it.
As I recall; the tail had apparently come off in mid air and ended up in the bay just forward of the initial crash site. The NTSB theory was that the American Airlines aircraft had taken off to soon after another heavy and it got whipped around to violently in the other aircrafts vortex.
Of course the passenger manifest would have been analyzed 100 pct. soon after that and there where no other red flags raised after that.
The other theory is that an inexperienced Hijacker could have taken the controls and over rotated them in an effort to change direction thus whipping the tail off the aircraft.

Information from the last 28 seconds of the flight data recorder aboard Flight 587 according to NTSB reports.
First wake, 28 seconds remaining
• Acceleration data is consistent with a wake encounter about 28 seconds before the end of the flight data recorder information. Airplane position did not change much in the first encounter (of a wake).
Second wake, 8 seconds remaining
• Measurements of forces on the aircraft are consistent with a wake encounter about 8 seconds before the end of the recording.
• The second wake encounter appears to be similar in intensity to the first. The airplane appears to be responding normally.
• Near the end of the second wake, the aircraft experiences sudden forces of 0.3 G, 0.4 G from one side and then 0.3 G force from the opposite direction.
The rudder moves in the opposite direction of the side forces.
Last seconds
• About 2.5 seconds before the end of the recording, the rudder position data becomes unuseable.
• The side force increases from about 0.3 G to about 0.8 G (0.3 G and 0.4 G is considered to be a very significant force).
• The airplane heading changes at about 10 degrees per second to the left.
• The bank angle is increasing through 25 degrees, left wing down, with the control wheel to the right.
• The nose of the plane drops to 30 degrees while the vertical G-load increases to over

The traditional Islamic hatred for dogs is poetic justice in these cases. Dogs are the ONLY modern weapon to sniff out chemical explosives. Sadly, there aren't enough of these gifted animals trained to be used at every airport.
kafira, I agree. Use dogs. Once a plane is boarded, they should go through the entire plane with two dogs and their handlers. Go along every row. And send another two into the cargo hold. Sniff the bastards out. I wouldn't be surprised though if you got your CAIR groups and their best friends, the CLU, demanding that this be stopped because it offends Muslims. But too bad.

Good point,it would only be appropriate to use dogs in this matter being that the Islamic slobs despise and fear "mans best friend".
Another good way to use canines would be to create at all airports, a gauntlet type situation were all Muslims would be required to walk past about 50 pissed-off rottweilers,dobermans and germansheppards.
This would dramatically reduce the number of Islamo-slugs from flying and keep air travel safer.

Here's a little experience that I had recently with one of these socialist liberal slobs.
Yesterday I took the No.4 train in New York.

The vertical stabilizer and rudder separated from the fuselage about one kilometer before the impact. At the time just before the separation, the flight data recorder recorded two full deflections of the rudder, one to each side. Tests at Airbus showed that such a sequence would result in aerodynamic loads that would lead to structural failure of the stabilizer at its root where it attaches to the fuselage.

Have you ever been in a situation where there was a lot of AAA or SAM lauches?
What you hear is are very loud "bangs" and in a few seconds -- you feel like you have been slammed against one side of the plane, and then the other. Some guys vomit in their face masks because of the shifting G forces.
Everything inside the aircraft is violently shaking including the control stick -- and you!
It is not the most pleasent flight you will ever be on -- but ... you can make it.
In short, you have a lot of G's going this way and that way -- but the vertical stablizers, the wings, the missles on the weapons pods, generally don't throw up their hands and quit on you -- falling helplessly to the ground!
While I would like to believe the NTSB and their hair brained theories and revisionistic physics tossed out for public consumption -- I don't!
I don't for the same reasons that I don't believe in elves, the good tooth fairy, or Santa Claus. These are all nice stories, but they are not true.
Also, the NTSB has no been known to tell the whole truth in all cases.
It is true that wake turbulence can rip a plane apart -- but if you want to believe the NTSB, you also have to believe that most every every passenger jet will drop out of the sky like autumn leaves.
Verticle stabalizers don't fly off airplanes! Sorry....
