Hagen wants to keep Taliban supporter out of Norway

Carl I Hagen, head of Norway's Progress Party, says Norwegian authorities should block the entry of a leading Pakistani politician known for backing both the Taliban and hailing Osama bin Laden. Qazi Hussain Ahmed is due to speak in Oslo later this month at a local Islamic Cultural Center.

"There's no reason to have any dialogue with Islamic fundamentalists," Hagen told newspaper Aftenposten. "And anyone who speaks warmly about the Taliban... is openly an Islamic fundamentalist." Hagen said he also expected Muslim leaders in Norway to distance themselves from Qazi Hussain Ahmed and his appearances.

Central members of Kristiansand Progress party claims Hitler’s «Mein Kampf» and the Koran are one of the same, and they want Islam banned in Norway.

Karina Udnæs, deputy leader of the Progress party’s city council group in Kristiansand is pushing it even further. «It is about high time Norway and Europe make the ideology Islam and the practice of this, illegal and punishable in the same way as Nazism,» Udnæs said. «The prophet Muhammad urged them to kill everyone infidel.» «Udnæs’ comparison of Nazism and Islam is supported by many in Frp,» Hulaas said. «The religion as it is practiced is a threat against our social system and way of life.»

I can see no similarity with the concept of moral and justice found in Christianity, Hagen said. Hagen also said that if Israel loses in the Middle East, Europe will succumb to Islam next, if Islamic fundamentalists have it their way. -That's why Israel must be defended, Hagen stated, while at the same time emphasizing that there are also good and decent Muslims. Thelogian at the University of Oslo, Oddbjoern Leirvik, says Hagen's speech may be compared to the agitation against the Jews in the 1930s.

The Muslims Thyra Græsdal and Ashfaq Sadiq filed a formal complaint against party leader Wednesday and claim that he has breeched the blasphemy paragraph. «We can not accept an attack of this dimension,» Sadiq said to the paper Dagbladet. «We will fight for a clear line in society which supports political and religious freedom. Hagen’s statement breaches UN’s human rights and the Geneva convention.»

A Norwegian politician's recent assault on Islamic fundamentalists continues to spur reaction. Now a group of ambassadors have taken the unusual step of blasting Progress Party leader Carl I Hagen in a letter to newspaper Aftenposten, but Hagen isn't wavering. Ambassadors to Norway from Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan and Morocco, as well as the charge d'affaires from Tunisia, claim in their letter that Hagen has offended 1.3 billion Muslims around the world.

They also contend that Hagen has violated the principles of tolerance, understanding and cultual freedom on which the Norwegian society is built. They wrote that they find it difficult to find any justification for the harsh language used by Hagen, when he claimed at a Christian summer gathering in Bergen earlier this month that Mohammed was likely to exploit children in his efforts to "Islamify" the world. Hagen also claimed that Muslims already had come far in Africa and were making inroads into Europe, something that Christians must oppose. At one point in his remarks, Hagen compared Islamic fundamentalists to Hitler.

The ambassadors claimed that Hagen's remarks were inappropriate for a politician in his position, as a member of parliament and head of the Progress Party. Some Norwegian politicians agree, with both Vidar Helgesen of the Conservatives and Thorbjørn Jagland, a former foreign minister and Middle East expert from the Labour Party, saying they understand that Hagen's remarks were offensive.

I keep telling everyone I meet:

1) the first goal of Muslims is to ensure the continued, uninterrupted flow of Muslim immigration; 2) the second goal of Muslims is to have their own publicly funded schools and court systems in which, respectively, Islam can be taught in an unregulated fashion and in which Sharia justice can be administered in a similarly unregulated way; 3) the third goal of Muslims is the destruction of Israel; 4) the fourth goal of Muslims is the establishment of a Muslim state within the Western states to which they immigrate; 5) the fifth and final goal of Muslims is the re-establishment of the Caliphate and the establishment of Islam as the dominant religion throughout the world.

And the Left will let that all happen under the aegis of 'diversity.'

The truth hurts, doesn't it muslims? Maybe that is why muslims can never tell the truth, everything that comes out of their foul-smelling mouths are lies. Of course, their reaction is soooo predictable. They are unable to rationally defend evil islam against any criticism, so they instead seek to ban all criticism of it.

Should there be a concern? You're damned right! This is an outrage that there would be even a consideration of this trash. It will do well for all to recognize that this insidious religion is working its way slowly, but surely into undermining the principles that we have live by for centuries. When will it stop?

Can tolerant Canada tolerate sharia?

TORONTO - Their burnished domes rise high above the adjacent pizza parlors and drab strip malls, like beacons of sanctity in this largely secular country.

But the peaceful facades of the dozens of mosques in Canada's most populous province belie the public rancor that has been stirred up over the use of sharia, or Islamic law, by Ontario's Muslims.

Muslims here, supported by a 1991 provincial law, have been using sharia to mediate legal disputes, such as divorce and child custody. But in the spring, after a Muslim group proposed creating a formalized tribunal, what had been going on quietly for more than a decade became front-page fodder and led to a government review of the law. A report is expected next month.

While no one here expects the increasing use of sharia to lead to some of the more radical rulings associated with Islamic law - stonings or amputations - critics worry that the rights of women are being sacrificed for the sake of multiculturalism.

"It's shocking to see the seeds of an Islamic republic being sown here in Canada," one young woman shouted to vociferous applause at a recent Toronto rally, organized to denounce the practice of sharia in Ontario. "Sharia doesn't work anywhere else in the world. Why does the government believe it will work here?"

Ah, lassie, but Sharia works very well and does just what it is designed to do: It keeps women and non-muslims subjugated, encourages conversion to Islam, and allows murder and the looting of non-muslim's property unless non-muslims pay protection money.

Sharia seeks to impose worldwide a variety of oriental despotism of type that Western Civilization has been fighting since 490 BCE. The defeat of East at Marathon did not end the war, but only allowed it to continue, as it has, to this present day.

The Greeks, however, did not allow, much less encourage, mass immigration of eastern barbarians into their countries. The Greeks might reasonably have suspected that such immigrants would seek to weaken, subvert and destroy their culture from within to achieve a result that they could not impose from without.

Thanks Mentat for the clear synopsis of Islamic 'goals'. I do not have any wisdom about emphasis, but I wonder about the ranking of 3). If the 'Zionist entity' is the 'source of all evil in the world', the 'secret', 'conspiratorial', controlling force standing in the way of the spread of Islam, then might the destruction of Israel be a higher priority on the list?

We are, of course, talking psychological emphasis here, not strict ideology. But, at the very least, hatred of Israel (read hatred of Jews. It amounts to the same thing in the end.), the demonization of Israel, is, without doubt, glue that binds hundreds of millions of Muslims, of diverse cultures, education, languages, into a single hateful force...the victory of Islam, the sense of overcoming of inadequacies, the projection self hatred, naturally spew forth from the giddy expectation that Israel will suffer and be 'obliterated'. Hence, Jewish lives are worth nothing (and this is reflected in the European press) Hence, anything Israel does is 'aggressive', including building a wall for its own defense. Hence, Israel is the greatest threat to world peace, and their 'puppet', the US is the devil, etc. etc.: The subtext of all this: would that Israel,'the evil Jews' die. Once again the logically end of 'Jew hatred' shows its face: nonexistence...There has been nothing like it in human history.

There are analogies and disanalogies here with National Socialism. National Socialism was guided by the Fuhrer Prinzip...and hence Hitler himself played a role in the prominence of 'Jew hatred' in Nazi policy. Take out Hitler and Jew hatred does not go away, of course, far from it, but it is dealt a powerful organizational blow. The current state of Islam, it seems to me, is far more dangerous to Jews. Hundreds of millions of Muslims hate Jews with an inexplicable lust and believe, as Hitler and many Europeans did in the 1930s, many of the same anti-Semitic lies: Jews control the media, Jews control the world economy, Jews have a plan to rule the world, Jews eat children, Jews are the source of every evil in the world (quite literally, if something bad happens, the Jews were behind it), Jews are greedy, lying, hook-nosed devils and so on. It looks to me like Islam is breeding hundreds of millions of Hitlers in the 'Islamic collective', whereas National Socialism just had one, with lots of followers whose depth of conviction was at least to some degree dependent on the existence of the powerful Fuhrer guiding the Reich to its destiny.

So, I vote for a higher ranking to 3) for what its worth.

of Muslims move into non-Islamic Country and even
though they boast of the 1.2 Billion on Earth they
exploit their minority status in Norway by demanding protection through hate-crimes laws.
I believe the next step will be to fabricate a
overt Islamophobia and racism to set a foundation to justify an Islamic state in Norway.I say this because it's in the Quran that all Muslims work towards claiming the world for Allah and having
one god ruling the world with Sheria law.

Do you know which schools in Canada are teaching the koran?? We live in Ontario and I have a son in grade 10 and one in grade 8....if their schools are teaching them the koran without my knowledge..or better yet PERMISSION I will raise holy hell...even sue if I have to. I ask the kids but of course get the usual teenage answer of "nothing" or "stuff" when I ask what they did in school...we go to the parent teacher meetings and no teacher has ever said "would you like to see your sons lessons on the koran"...there is no way in hell that any public school should be teaching islam AT ALL let alone without the parents permission (and they will NEVER have mine, I will educate my kids on that evil vile cult myself)...but it is a growing problem here...the muslims are walking around like they own the place and thumbing their noses at every Canadian law on the books...too bad the govt wont grow a set and do something...gets any worse and we are escaping back to the states.

I telling the truth,the Quran and Islam have been snuck in through the back door. The Schools are mislead by Muslims claiming it's a Government funded workshop for ending Racism. Most production input is by about 14 Islamic org.'s and the City of Toronto's grantis what the Government funding ploy is for tricking the Schools. Also they list the Schools that accept the workshops on an Islamic website,this means Muslim can see the Schools that don't allow it,pretty sleazy if you ask me,hope they don't get bombed or get bomb threats.
The classroom production promotes the Hijab and denounces the 9/11 attack for blaming peaceful followers of Islam even though all the hijackers were Muslims.

Yes, like Hitler, the Muslims have learned how to use the rules of our civilization and tolerance against us. Hitler managed to gain control of Germany by using their constitution against them. Truthfully, though, I can see why Islam is rising in the West. It is the perfect solution to the problem of our over-permissive society. It is the proper plaster (if you will) for the wound we have. I wish there were someway out of this mess that we have brought upon ourselves. I do not hate Muslims, just a kind of pity that such a large section of humanity has been so effectively brainwashed.

Muslims are the very first victims of Islam the ideology, as it completely closed their minds to all that is wonderful in the onward going saga of humanity. They are trapped in a 7th century mindset, almost a prison in time.

Islam means submission, and Muslims are really the slaves of Allah. Thus Islam is the ideology of slavery, masquerading as a religion. Somehow we have to liberate them, not just for Muslims sake, but for ours as well. The world will not be free from slavery till Muslims are released from Islam.

As such seek and employ every opportunity to encourage a Muslim away from Islam. Employ every opportunity that presents itself to inform a still gullible citizenry, of the evil of Islam.
