Expose the subversive activities of Islamist extremists around the world or in the United States, and speedy CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) pops up with accusations of Islamophobia.Before Abdurahman Alamoudi, a U.S. citizen and prominent leader of Washington's Muslim community, confessed to a Libyan-funded assassination plot, CAIR denounced his detractors as Muslim-bashers. CAIR suddenly fell silent when Alamoudi plea-bargained with the United States for a lighter sentence, in the range of a quarter of a century, instead of life for his part in a plot by Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi to assassinate Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Abdullah.
It would behoove CAIR to care more about an institutional memory called MEMRI -- The Middle East Media Research Institute -- and read or listen to what it plucks daily from Islam's airwaves.

-- "The Jews are behind all moral corruption and perverse thinking. This is a putrid history whose stench is sickening (Friday sermon in Bahrain titled "Treachery Runs in the Jews' Blood")....
In most parts of the Muslim world, the war against global terrorism is viewed as a U.S.-Israel crusade, engineered by an alliance of neo-conservatives and the Christian Right, against Islam and the Muslims. Pictures and video of dead women and children during the siege of Fallujah; the Abu Ghraib prison pictures of U.S. Army guards humiliating Iraqi inmates; U.S. troops firing at Iraqi insurgents from behind headstones in the huge Shiite cemetery in Najaf, or forcing Iraqi civilians to lie face down in the street, hands behind their necks -- all have combined to a steady stream of hate-filled commentaries in Muslim newspapers and on Arab satellite TV channels.
With anti-U.S. feelings running high on Arab streets, Middle Eastern governments are reluctant to open the valves of reform lest newfound freedoms backfire against the regimes that initiate them. Reforms at this juncture could well promote the kind of radical elements they are intended to neutralize. Democracy, U.S.-style, has given reforms a bad name.

CAIR Canada jumped to the defense of the Khadr family by screaming Racism and Islamophobia,the "Innocent until proven guilty" tripe was paraded out but the three page news report by the National Post in Canada makes it clear CAIR was wrong and they have been very silent on apologizing for calling Canadian bigots and Islamophobe's.
Take note of the last line in the report,Abdurahman Khadr is suing the Canadian Government to get a passport so he can travel to the USA. Is there no shame for Muslims,the family needed special certificates to get back into Canada because the kept "losing their passports"
and applied for new while in Afghanistan.
Those Muslim sure no the system all right,a Syrian that was deported home from N.Y. after a suspicious globe-trotting adventure is now in Canada and suing us for 400 Million dollars based on a alleged torture in Syria. That's the Country he left but kept his Citizenship while in Canada claiming it was a bad Country. This guys wife had the nerve to run in the last election while he was suing Canadians. Thanks for the link to the Khadr saga at Pipes, even though it made me almost puke reading it. But then reading just about anything to do with Islam or its brainwashed followers makes me want to barf.
They showed the video of those two walking letterboxes here in Australia, espousing the wonderments of al-Qaqa and dying for their fantastic cause ... gag, vomit, retch, puke! The two sows came across as quite vacuous and brainless. No wonder they cover up. It would be too embarrassing to say such idiotic things and have people know what you look like and laugh at you when they see you in public. Or maybe throw rocks at you.
As far as the obvious Islamic extremism being broadcast from mosques, it's so infuriating that the media is so quiet about this. Yet the Abu Graib thing was sensationalised as if it were akin to the Holocaust. They just don't like to show Islam as it truly is, rather insisting on the filtered, sanitized, BS view. So aggravating.
Can you people not get beyond your irrational hatred of Islam? Can you not put aside your racial and religious bigotry long enough to accept reality? Look around you. Everywhere you see the gathering triumph of Islam and the accelerating disintegration of the degenerate Western society.
