AMSTERDAM -- Muslim extremists have threatened an "Islamic earthquake" and "nights of bloodshed" in the Netherlands unless Dutch troops are withdrawn from Iraq. The warning came a day after a Dutch soldier was shot dead in southern Iraq."We address this message to all crusader countries plotting against the Muslims, and which are sending forces to Iraq and Afghanistan, especially Italy and the Netherlands," organisation al-Tawhid wa al-Jihad said on an website on Sunday.
Al-Tawhid wa al-Jihad is said to be group connected to Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the reputed leader of al-Qaeda in Iraq.
"Expect a hell that will turn your nights into bloodbaths," warned the statement posted on an Islamic website and addressed "to the European countries.... to the Dutch government and people."
The group warned the Netherlands that the statement was "a final message that we are sending to you, and it is a simple message, namely the pullout of Dutch forces from Iraq."
"Or else, your fate will be similar to the fate of Italy and other states," which have been the target of deadly terror attacks, it said.
"You will be surprised by the Islamic earthquake that will shake your country. You did not learn from the lesson of Spain and other countries. You only understand the language of blood and car bombs," the statement warned.
The ideology of Islam is clear. What is not clear is why that ideology is not studied by those in the West, from Dominique de Villepin to the Archbishop of Canterbury, before they make their foolish pronouncements about it. If this ideology is clearly understood, and if it is also understood that even the "moderates" could, at any point, whether out of personal grievances, or those deemed of the collective (an "insult to Islam"), become far less "moderate," then it is clear that Muslims living within the Lands of the Infidels represent a permanent threat. No amount of prating about diversity, no amount of pretending that Islam is just another welcome ingredient in the national stew, can hide the fact that unlike all other belief-systems, Islam has permanent and immutable and aggressive claims to "dominate and not to be dominated."
In the Netherlands, as in France and Great Britain, enormous efforts are taken to blacken the names of those who perceive this truth, or to articulate it once perceived. Pim Fortuyn did not fit the Le Pen-BNP model that is so much easier for Muslim apologists to deal with; he was attractive, articulate, humorful. Is there no one, in the Netherlands, to stand up for -- if not the decadent and silly Dutch of today, at least for Spinoza, Rembrandt, and a few others who would have not survived, nor their works survive, one minute under an Islamic regime? Europe or more appropriately "Eurabia", as much of the Western world today, is infected with a terminal condition, the "disease" of left wing liberal socialism.
The Europeans are blinded by this politically correct thinking and it has helped to facilitate the agenda of the Islamo-fascists.

As Lawrence Auster stated last week, we're possibly living throught the apocalypse of Liberalism. Ironically, both crypto-Liberalism (marxism) and multiculturalism which orginated within Jewish intellectual spheres have become the greatest liabilities to their communities and homeland. In canada, Islam is ascendent, where electing muslims to parliment is considered progress. Is it anti-semitic to ask the obvious: What response to modern day jewish intellecuals have for this socio-cultural ideological nightmare? Not only have they exposed themselves to their deadliest adversaries but have done so to the rest of us.
Let's not surrender to intellectual morbidity by refusing to exhume the unpleasant causes of our current dilemma. The only consequence is that Jewish elites won't be taken seriously or slightly worse academic censure if their response is more of the same intellectual chauvinism.
What inevitably will thinking people will conclude? Jim, don't worry. I was displaying a small sense of irony here. I live in Amsterdam East, a multicultural hotbed. Our liberal elite fell in love with the multiculti thing in the 80s. I guess because of a combination of white guilt versus the underdeveloped world, guilt because of what happened to the Jews in the war, and the liberal idea that all culturals are equal.

I have a good friend who`s been living in Frnace for about 25 years now,and we speak on the phone,occasionally.
Some time ago we ended up discussing the muslim problem that France in particular and Europe in general is facing and the way they failed(so far)to find an efficient solution...he told me that there are essentially two reasons why the people of France (Europe) won`t stand up against the muslim threat:the main reason is ignorance,most people are not even aware that such a problem even exists.The second reason is fear...the people who are aware of what`s going on are afraid to speak up they are afraid of the liberal media who would crucify them and they are also afraid of the muslims in their midst.
Here in the US,there is only one reason we tolerate muslims to the extent that we are almost ready to give up our freedom ,in order to make muslims happy.
It is not fear of the muslims,but fear of being labeled an islamophobe,a racist,etc.
But the main reason is ignorance.
Today i was filling up the car at the local Mobil station,when my attention was caught by the muslim owner of the store who gave the thumbs up sign to a blonde bimbo.She was driving a black,brand new Mercedes Benz S 600 ,with a bumpersticker "islam is peace"....she was not a muslim woman,but a pure breed,spoiled,rich american lefty.
