If the ability to reason is not nurtured from a child's earliest days through puberty, it is usually lost, or at the very least, so severely damaged that the overwhelming majority of people find it all but impossible to recover it.
An education in the Islamic style, especially the madrassas, is quite literally a mind-blower. Islam sucks the very essence of the capacity for reason out of the heads of all but the strongest willed children, probably not exceeding, at most, 2% to 4% of the population.

No surprises re Turkish hostage death. Muslims will be Muslims. It's become almost ho-hum, I feel like I've become desensitized. Which is terrible really because these are innocent lives being taken and decent families being devastated by these worthless pieces of pig dung.
Their hostage was probably tied up, helpless, and outnumbered by a bunch of "big brave" masked and armed jihadis. Ooooh, such men! Typical way the Muslim fights. Cowardly.
