CAIRO, Egypt - A videotape posted by on a Web site Saturday showed the beheading of three hostages said to be members of an Iraqi Kurdish party, slain for cooperating with American forces, according to their Islamic militant captors.A statement with the video was signed by the Ansar al-Sunna Army, which in August released footage showing 12 Nepalese hostages being killed.
The statement identified the hostages as three truck drivers who belong to the Kurdistan Democratic Party, captured in a roadblock near Taji, 15 miles north of Baghdad, as they were transporting military vehicles to an American base in Taji.
The video shows three young men showing their identity cards. Seconds later, each has his throat slit. A man is seen cutting off each hostage's head. The heads are then seen placed on the backs of the victims.
The "renegade military men, affiliated with the traitor Kurdistan Democratic Party" were beheaded, and their bodies were left on the road to Mosul "for them to be an example to others, and for us to revenge our women, children and elderly who die daily from American raids," the statement said.
Instead of endless disingenuous pieces explaining how all of this is against Islam, it would be refreshing and helpful this time for a Muslim spokesman to acknowledge that yes, this behavior is justified by Islamic law, and that's just one reason why that law is in drastic need of reform. You talk about justice, which in Islam equates to violence, when violence is perpetrated against others, they react, therefore the cycle of injustice is forever being preptuated in the Muslim mind, which in turn leads to further acts of violence, which means NO PEACE EVER.
You can't talk about peace through the Muslim form of justice, it makes no sense.

Where is the personal responsibilty from these groups for the car bombings, the shelling into neighborhoods, the drive by shootings of Iraqis lined up for jobs, that causes the American raids?
How is the killing of these 3 men "justice"?

I wish every paper in the world would print, word for word, the statements that come along with these acts. People hear of them and won't watch them, but if they actually were able to read what was said to justify the beheadings I think it would help people understand much better.

American soldiers in the Sunni Triangle have taken to referring to the "enemy" and to "the Kurds," so separate are they in their minds. One might assume that this is because the Kurds were on the receiving end of Saddam Huseein's Arabs as they killed 182,000 Kurds, and the Americans are thus regarded with gratitude. But that is not the whole of the story.
If American forces were to invade, for example, Algeria, one suspects -- no, one knows -- that the Berbers would be far more welcoming than the local Arabs. Why? Is it not because any identity that does not fit the Arab Muslim mold, somehow takes away just a bit from the total commitment to Islam, and the more that commitment to Islam is reduced, the more able any Muslims in question are to see that Infidels are not necessarily their enemies, fit only for slaughter or forced converstion or dhimmitude. This is not an iron law, but it is something worth pondering. The real root of the problem for Infidels is Islam, its central tenets. And therefore the problem for Infidels with Muslims depends on the degree of that faith. To the extent that such faith is undercut, or diminished, by some other consideration, or to the extent that elements of that faith have been severely constrained (as in Turkey), Infidels find that the purity of the hate directed at them can be diminished.
Of course, that is not a solution, for there is no solution. There is only the recognition that Islam is a belief-system dangerous to all Infidels, that its practice in the Bilad al-kufr needs to be constrained, that all measures should be taken to stop Muslim migration and to create conditions which will make it more, rather than less difficult, to conduct Da'wa and lead a Muslim life unhindered by contamination with non-Muslim ways and mores. And if that does not work, of course --- just like Czechoslovakia after World War II, which in order to remove what it believed, and the civilized world agreed, was a permanent threat to its security, expelled 3 million Sudeten Germans, it may come to the need for expulsions. Western civilization has fallen on hard times, but those times are not nearly the death of thought, of science and art, that islamization would necessarily bring with it -- as any study of the last thousand years of Islam (after the Christians and Jews who had, for a few hundred years, managed to contribute to high Islamic civlization, more or less were so reduced in numbers as to become culturally insignficant) would show.
Western civilization is under no obligation to commit suicide. It has a right to defend itself, and the mere counting of heads does not determine what direction a civilization should take, including total appeasement of the very forces that wish it to disappear.

As repugnant as all those videotaped hostage beheadings and killings are, it is a valuable, if damning service, the bloodthirsty jihadists are providing. They are recording for us what they have been doing for 1350 years but have been able to deny because there were no "visuals" to accompany their slaughter. Well, today, the whole [thinking, non-blind] world sees how Islam managed to overtake Byzantium, Persia and all the great civilizations so quickly.
There is a website called "Memory hole" (you may need to google it to find its exact name) that is archiving a lot of these repellant stuff for future generations. That website has a lot of American "dirty laundry" but you can start there and see where it takes you.
Actually, I just checked that Memory Hole website again and the only non-leftwing, non-America bashing item on it is pictures of Paul Johnson's beheading (my apologies to his family) and a link to the video.
I pray for the Kurdish people. May they wake up and see they have the wrong religion, and turn to Jesus Christ, the way, truth, and life.

I have it on "good authority" (?) http://forums.gawaher.com/index.php?act=idx that when Muslims commit these crimes against humanity, they are no longer at that moment "real" Muslims. They become kafr which is the only reason one commits such atrocities.
However, the rant continues, truly repenting of dishonoring allahu snackbar, they become "good Muslims" again. Not that they have to atone for those crimes committed while er, ah ... "criminally insane" (aka just being themselves while defending their land, women, oil, honor, etc.) or anything. Nope, no justice, love and mercy there, just more excuses, blame and finger-pointing at every blessed person, place or thing except the real culprits ...
