What do you bet that this film says nothing about, say, the Banu Qurayzah massacre, which was affirmed just recently by Magdi Ahmad Hussein, the Secretary-General of the Egyptian Labor (Islamist) Party? Hussein said:
"Sir, why do the government clerics ignore the killing of the prisoners during the time of the Prophet? 600-700 prisoners were killed in the raid on the Qurayza tribe."Why do they conceal this? Why do they hide the fact that the Prophet gave the order to assassinate some poets – to assassinate! Not in military operations, but rather by individual assassination.

I am confident that American schoolchildren will hear nothing of those adventures of Muhammad in this cartoon.

(KRT) - Stung by widespread negative media stereotypes, many of America's Muslims will take to mainstream movie theaters to mark the end of their holy month of Ramadan with a groundbreaking, full-length animated feature called "Muhammad: The Last Prophet."The film's screening in November coincides with Eid al-Fitr, the feast that concludes Ramadan.
Distributors of the children's film are taking their cue from Christian filmmakers, although no one connected with the 90-minute cartoon expects the limited run to duplicate the half-billion dollar success of Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ."
"It's not about what the box office generates, but about how much interest and benefit the people can get out of it," says Oussama Jammal, whose animation production company owns the North American distribution rights to "Muhammad."
Because of resistance by theater chains, which question whether there is an audience for the film, Jammal's company, Fine Media Group, has had to rent the theaters and sell tickets on its Web site: finemediagroup.com.
"For us, it is about calming down the anxiety about Islam and Muslims in this country," he says.
Many Muslims also hope "Muhammad" will increase understanding of their faith among the larger American community. A poll released Oct. 4 by the Washington, D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations found that 25 percent of Americans believe anti-Muslim stereotypes. In a separate finding, the survey reported that negative images of Muslims in media and popular culture far outweigh positive ones.
Remember, those "anti-Muslim stereotypes" consist of thinking that Islam encourages violence, and the like.

If a prophet commits genocide, child rape and condones the mass rape and murders/assasination of defencless women for speaking their minds (about Muhammad murdering innocents) I want my child to be told that this prophet did those things thanks!!! It applies to Muhammad as it does to any historical figure who commits atrocities...period...this is ethicaly non-negotiable.
With the truth totally distorted and laid flat in our schools what is stopping other people from demanding that their heroes be historically revised so they are portrayed as wonderful people (e.g. Stalin for communists or Hilter for Nazis).

Regarding 'Historical Revionism', this also applies to history of science and critical scholarship of religion. I tried (earlier last year, early 2003) to use critical scholarship in my course paper, and discussions in class (another girl also did the same, the result was the same), and the teachers eyes flared up and he looked like he was gonna kill me.
His eyes, words, and actions from that day on said to me, "You evil devil! Come closer so that I may beat you. *smack* *smack*" Of course I have never talked to this guy again and have avoided the dept. floor, this guy was extremely dangerous and is representative of profs in Canadastan, USA, and Europe.

I KNOW for a certainty there will never be a movie done about the true life and crimes of Mohammad becuase it would be banned by a state terrified that the truth would get out in a mass-media format. Also the major studios wouldn't take it on because all the muslims would sue them and many fundamentalists would probably murder most of the actors and directors involved in the movie. Lets face it the islamists would kill people involved in such a thing.
However one way around this would be to make a movie using computer gnerated actors. It would be a movie/cartoon and none of the actors would be real or be vulnerable to assasination. The movies creators could if they knew what they were doind donwload it onto the internet for massive and anonymous distribution. Technically no-one could prosecute the person because I am still sure freedom of speech is legal on the internet more than any other medium. Unfortunately I am not a computer whize but so I couldn't do it but these movies can be made on the cheap. Just an idea.

Any theater that allows itself to show this kind of propaganda should be treated as a theater showing Nazi propaganda would have been treated in 1943. Where appeals to good sense and morality fail, let implied future damage to pocketbooks make the argument. This kind of propaganda cannot be permitted; we are already sinking into a swamp of taqiyya, and the army of apologists, so well-funded by Saudi and other Gulf Arabs, are tireless in their efforts.
And this means that those who recognize the danger of what is being done have to be at least as tireless as the Muslim propaganists. Every day, one should try to let others know (3 or 4 or 5 or 10) about websites they can go to to inform themselves. Some will not do so, but if only one does, and gets interested, and begins to understand what Islam is all about, that will be 365 people in a year. And if everyone who feels keenly the need for mass education does not let up, at meetings, at work, in casual encounters, gradually the word will spread. It could be like those Commitees of Correspondence during the Revolutionary period. And if one can win over a politician or a journalist or someone else in a position to influence many more, that would also be a triumph. It should not, in the end, prove so hard. After all, it is those who insist that the tenets of Islam explain the behavior of Muslims who have all the evidence, and logic, and common sense on their side. It is only the capacity of some for being illogical, and ignoring the evidence, that allows them to continue to deny the obvious.
All we have to do to win is to get the truth out to everyone in a format that can't be ignored or covered up. No baised propaganda like the islamists, just the truth. As long as lies prevail so does ignorance and the tyrrany that relies on it. The islamists fight people who tell the truth becuase they know once the truth is widely known their cause is finished just like what happened to nazism when the holocaust was revealed to the world after WW2. In this sense the islamists are more vulnerable than they seem.
We need the truth to be much better distributed to many more people than is the case now. As I said before the internet could be a powerful form of distribution for a computer animated documentary of Mohammad. All we need to do is tell the truth and we will win. The truth is waiting.
What would become of the film industry should islam take over USA?
The movie people should get together and make an epic about Mohamed and Islam,what with all the violence,sex,betrayal and mystic it would be a great movie.
