A lot of the parts that I went to weren't that bad at all, e.g. Finsbury Park was Mrs. Thachter's patch, areas in Birmingham look similar to me...you are not being wholly truthful.

Mosques are not so different (architecture is though) but they are there. A lot of employers now allow prayers during the day, provided the muslims work these extra minutes at the end of the day...a great solution and a good example of integration on both sides...Britain is becoming a great place to live.

Also, these areas you're referring to are areas known as "British rejected areas" I will like to ask you the population of the Brits in such areas? once again if not for Electricity these are is just like the best place in Pakistan as earlier claimed.

What I was asking about the food, is there a particular Pakistani dish that you like? Something I could look up on the Internet? I like all kinds of cuisines...from India, Thailand, Africa.

I thought I just read above that a Palestinian terrorist organizer living illegaly in Texas has 50 carpet stores. How hard can it be for people in those areas to look in the phone book to spot an address near-by for where they can print up some of Spencer's past posts, to cut and paste some kind of one page set of quotations that one can pass out to customers coming or going? After the closure of the gates of ijtihad, for whatever difference it made, and after the mina, what could one expect from the Moslem mind other than what H.A.R. Gibb calls the "atomism of the Moslem mind?" which is to say there is only is, not any connection between events and cause, and that not in the skeptical sense of Hume, but in the sense of my cat not getting any connection between events, a cat-like vacuuity in the Moslem mind that is created in the early stages of puberty by destroying the ability to think logically and sequentially, to grasp that there can be such a sequence as if, then; therefore. In short, we're not dealing with rational people. We're dealing with, at best, intuitive, but more likely, men of unrestrained emotional reaction to whatever event happens at the moment. Will they grasp the connection between a boycott and their terrorism against the greater world, or will they regress agian into emotional out-bursts of blame and self-pity?

I suggest that we forget about the enemy himself and that we concentrate on organizing our own response among ourselves in order to present a unified force of extra-parliamentary opposition against our opponents regardless of the nature of the mandarins at the State Department. Further, I suggest that it begins at a grass-root level, on the streets and in the churches and coffee shops of the civilized world. I suggest that it's more important for one man to make a like-minded friend to engage in agit-prop than it is to counter the arguments of a hundred Moslems. Logic doesn't work with them. I keep in mind the ancient Israeli saying: "When force fails, use more force."

What will work, according to me, is practical and plodding planning over a long term for the purpose of gaining a cadre of dedicated men and women who can take this struggle to our enemies themselves. It begins with small attempts to organize a few people who will in turn gather in a few more. A boycott is fine, but I feel that standing on the corner meeting with and speaking with people face to face is far better, if less exciting. The logic of it all is that reason doesn't work any better with Moslems than it does with my cat. It makes little sense, I think, to deal on an intellectual level with those who are by nature and up-bringing averse to reason. Toss them. Focus on what we can do to organize ourselves as a counter-force. It's not the isolated carpet-seller who's our problem, it's our disorganized response to the nature of the entirity of Islam as a militant threat to our lives and the lives of the Moslem population at large, though they do not and cannot see it themselves. We must organize with the idea of becoming as massive a movement as is Islam itself. One guy in Texas, regardless of his location tomorrow, is irrelevant.

Make an impossible demand on Moslems in our midsts, and when they capitulate, make ten more. Forget them as they are and focus on what we can do ourselves to promote our own response, regardless of what officialdom at the civil service level requires of us. Picket carpet guy today. Picket Mosques in Boston tomorrow. Picket Sharia advocates the next day. Success will gather support. It's not even a matter of impact on the Moslem community, it's a matter of building a militant vanguard of freedom fighters over the whole of the rest of the world, one person at a time.

Gun crime figures show fresh rise
The number of firearms offences in England and Wales has risen in the last year, according to Home Office figures released on Thursday.
There has been a 3% climb in gun crime, following a 2% rise the previous year, the figures show.
The statistics also show a 35% rise in crimes involving imitation weapons.
But the figures, which cover the 12 months to June this year, also show a 15% drop in the number of shooting-related deaths.
Home Secretary David Blunkett said police and the government would target particular areas affected by violent crime linked to drugs.
They would tackle the problem in London, the West Midlands, Greater Manchester and Nottinghamshire, Mr Blunkett told a news conference in London.
"We have a situation where crack and guns go together and because crack is a dangerous drug, that stimulates violence," he said.
Training needs
Shadow Home Secretary David Davis said the government had let gun crime get out of hand.
"No amount of government spin will hide the fact that violent crime is out of control," he said. "We now have record levels of gun crime, rocketing sex offences, a further 14% increase in violent crime and overall crime is nearly 750,000 higher than 1998."
Jan Berry, chairman of the Police Federation, called for more and better trained armed police to counter gun crime.
She said: "We urgently need more trained armed police officers throughout England and Wales to tackle the growing menace of gun crime, otherwise lives will increasingly be put at risk."
BBC home affairs correspondent Andy Tighe said the government was interpreting the 3% rise in gun crime as "acceptable and predictable".
But he said the rise came on top of a "quite substantial increase" in firearms offences in recent years.
"Main cities such as Manchester, London, Birmingham and Nottingham do have special units targeting gun crime and the drugs trade, and they are having a significant amount of success."
Reassurance
Separate quarterly crime figures compiled for the Home Office in the British Crime Survey on Thursday showed that general crime was down by 7%, according to householders interviewed for the study. Crime figures recorded by police also showed a 5% fall.
The government was keen to stress that the risk of being a victim of violent crime is at its lowest for nearly 25 years.
The recent murder in Nottingham of 14-year-old Danielle Beccan has stirred fresh concerns about levels of gun crime.
She was killed in a drive-by shooting on her way home from a funfair almost a fortnight ago.
A 20-year-old Nottingham man, Mark Kelly, has been charged with her murder, while a second man aged 23 has also been charged with murder. He was due to appear in court on Thursday.
A gun amnesty is being planned for the city and a campaign to reassure the public is being brought forward.
Earlier in the month, six people were shot in the space of an hour during incidents in London and Bristol. Two people were killed in the London incident.
Smaller rises
But the Home Office figures show firearms-related deaths are comparatively rare.
Last year the number fell to 81 from 97 in the previous 12 months.
The small rises in gun crime for the last two years compare with a 34% increase recorded in 2002.
In 2003, the Home Office introduced a mandatory five-year minimum prison sentence for anyone caught in possession of an illegal firearm.
Government officials claimed there was anecdotal evidence from the police that the move is having a deterrent effect, but that it was too early for this to be reflected in Thursday's figures.
The statistics on imitation weapons come a day after figures emerged from a survey by police in Manchester which showed that more than 70% of callouts from the city's armed response units dealt with fake guns.
The government has previously ruled out a wholesale ban on imitation firearms, saying it was too difficult to find a legal definition for replicas.

OK: Parents Concerned About Workshop on Islam

Several Tulsa citizens are speaking up about a teacher workshop on the
Muslim world. The workshop is called "The Arab world and Islam".

Organizers say the goal is to give teachers information on the Muslim
culture. But opponents of the class don't want any part of it.

News on 6 Reporter Omar Villafranca looks at both sides.

Opponents of the workshop met at a church Tuesday night. They voiced their
opposition to what they're calling the indoctrination of their children. A
pastor, who's also a former Muslim, spoke to the group. He says he wants
the class stopped before it even starts.

Workshop organizers say the class explains the concepts of Islam, and then
discusses Arab issues, like politics, natural resources and culture.

Some people at the meeting don't want any of it taught to their kids.
"They've made a big issue about making sure that Christianity and God is
not talked about in school so I think it's only right that we stand up and
defend our children against being taught things from another religion."

"I believe in Jesus Christ and I prefer him over the Islamic faith so
that's why I'm here I want to make sure my voice counts in that."

Educators say the class is designed to inform teachers and to let them use
the information when the lesson calls for it. Tulsa School Board member
Matt Livingood: "We are not implementing any curriculum for Arab studies or
the study of Islam. What was provided at the particular workshop was a set
of resources that teacher may or may not incorporate into their regular
classroom instruction."

Schools in 42 states have allowed the workshop and according to Oklahoma
education standards, one of the goals of teaching history is understanding
the world's major religions..

Fourty two states, then, have given Americans places to leaflet. Schools propagating Islam. You can't find much better places to stand around passing out info sheets from JW/DW on the nature of Islam than at a PTA meeting. The concern is built-in, and if you pay attention to the posts here, you'll have enough information to counter any nonsense you might hear from the official side of the education system.

Print up a page of "Suicide-bomber Baby" as a front page of some hand-outs on Islam, and in short order, you'll have a crowd of curious people asking to know more about the "Religion of Pieces."

Most people believe the authority of government,and they accept as given that government, over-all is honest and benficial. Most people want to get along in their communities. Counter the natural pacivity in the face of the officialdom of the state education system. Show your fellow community members that their communities are under attack by the same lot who killed ours on Sept. 11, 2001. Show them that Islam is at the door of their schools, and it's invading the minds of children here as well as there. Fourty two states full of schools. It's brilliant. And carpet shops by the 50. Mosques by the hundreds. There's no end to the places one can meet free-minded and concerned people. It merely takes some initiative to lead where people are willing already to follow.

Don't waste your time arguing with appologists and fanatics; go to your source of power: your neighbors and community members, who are likely just as concerned as you, whether they understand it yet or no, that islam is an evil mind-trap that destroys the minds of children and turns them into suicidal monsters who have little or no capacity to think rationally. The official line on Islam isn't very straight, and it's important that citizens correct that. Approach your neighbors and talk about it a bit. Sooner or later I'll be there. In his two excellent posts above sonofwalker lays out a blueprint for we citizens in dealing with the cancer that is islam. To quote Joe Hill "we have to educate, agitate and organize". What we have in the West is worth fighting for if needs be but also worth arguing for, picketing for and rallying for. We must tell as many of our friends, neighbours, workmates and family the truth about islam. Hammer home the message that it is NOT a religion but a political movement akin to Nazism in it's goals and hatreds. Let's get the muslims on the run.

If they will not stand up to Portect the people then vote them out!!

I'm happy to see that we do make progress. It is indeed a big gift to us all and to our suffering Islamic cousins that we have this chance in our lifetime to do somethig so righteous that the whole world hereafter will envy us our task and our acheivement.

I'm too often impatient, sometimed frantic, when I see the Human suffering needlessly extant because of the evil that is Islam. Each day that we do nothing is a day untold lives are lost. And yet Susan B. has a valid point, that without proper planning and an iron wall of resoulution, as it were, we'll end up with more suffering to less effect.

I don't have regular access to the internet where I am, and I don't have a chance to respond to your comments as readily as I'd like; rather I spend most of my time reading what you post. Tomorrow I'd like to take time to submit a piece, in some vaugely appropriate slot, that I hope will be of some use to us. I might not have a chance afterward to respond directly to anyone who wishes to comment.
