The seven suspects, including four Algerians and one Moroccan, were arrested in the southern region of Andalusia, the Mediterranean city of Valencia and Madrid.Further arrests could be made in the coming hours as part of the operation against a radical and violent Muslim network, the Interior Ministry said in a statement.
Crusading Judge Baltasar Garzon ordered the arrests as part of his inquiry into Islamic militant cells in Spain.
The suspects had been in contact with other individuals in Europe, the United States and Australia, the statement said.
Spain isn't moving along as quickly as it should. They only want to remind them not to get sassy!
Reading all these choice items about Islamic activities all over the world connects the dots and gives us a picture of applied Islam as opposed to theoretical Islam.
The Bush administration apparently recognizes the picture although it wants to keep the US population from seeing it. Why is that? Is it to keep the people from going after the mosques and resident Moslems? Not likely.
Kerry, judging by his statements, refuses to see the picture at all, he wants to reach out to the Islamic world, hope that it will recognize his earnest desire for peace, his good intentions (a la Carter).
Well, let this be a warning that electing leaders who'll treat Islamofascism with kid gloves isn't going to win you respectful or kind treatment from the Islamofascists. While I am all for the full protection of the law for the peaceful Muslim immigrant, I will vote for leaders who are more likely to give the Islamofascists the martyrdom they seem to so ardently desire--whether in judicial process or on battlefields.
Bring back the days of the spanish inquisiton, where the insectoid jihadists in question wouldn't have lasted 10 seconds.

The left in my country is fearing because the bad boys(muslisms) wanted to do a feast in Madrid and bomb a zone between the Supreme Tribunal and the PP saw who is the oposition of Zapatero and the party of the former president Aznar and is fearing too because ETA wanted to help them selling 1000 dynamite, thing that is very hard fo them because they have treated with politics very near to ETA, for example they are like Muslims Brothers and CAIR for Al-Qaeda greetings
I'm still following the story of the 747 that blew up on take-off for Spain and had an African
crew. The media has conflicting stories,the black-box is said to be destroyed from the fire and impact.
While the news now reports the tail broke off from a slow take-off speed that caused it to drag
and crack the body,an original witness in the area at the 4:00am crash stated he saw it airborn and an explosion created a fireball and then he saw the tail sag down as all the onboard light
went dead.
The original story looks like a terrorism attack on Spain and the bomb went off too early because of a extended stop for cargo and fuel,if it was dark enough for the witness to only make out the lights and then the fireball from the 747,then how can the other witnesses say it wasn't airborn and crashed on the runway,this while the wreckage
is strewn over the grassland well after the end of the runway.
For a black box survive the 9/11 crash in a feild but not a slow speed take-off into grassland,sounds a litle far-fetched to me.
The cause is also being blamed on two new engines
that were installed recently,sure,the old engines worked fine for years but it's the new ones that were defective.
That's why we all buy used cars,the new ones a dangerous.
Spain will only be dhimmi enough when it changes its name to al-Andalus.
