Thieves have stolen a book of condolence opened in tribute to the murdered Iraq hostage Kenneth Bigley, it emerged today.A framed photograph of the 62-year-old, candles and some sympathy cards were also taken from Birmingham Central Mosque, while another picture was turned upside down.
Muslim leaders from across the city had signed the book as a gesture of support to Mr Bigley's family.
Dr Mohammed Naseem, chairman of Birmingham Central Mosque, said: "They are sick people. We don't know who's done it and I can't put a motive on it."It's very distressing for us and undoubtedly for Mr Bigley's family."
The book was opened on Saturday morning and on display inside the mosque following the death of Mr Bigley at the hands of his captors last week.
It was to have been sent to the civil engineer's family in Liverpool to demonstrate the mainstream Muslim community's condemnation of his death.
You Yanks ought to see some of the newspapers and news shows over here since Bigley's death. Of course you've got the usual liberal suspects blaming it all on the coalition/Bush/Blair, rather than the gutless maggots that killed him, but you the publics retaliation is astounding, even most left-wingers are starting to question their attitudes ( Matthew Wright , who hosts a morning current-affairs talk show over here: called "the Wright Stuff" , actually admitted, and out of character I must point out, that the way the media had handled the situation and public attitude to the palava was totally wrong, before launching into a more in character attack on Blair by saying that Paul Bigley's stinking attitude had been "marvellous".... dick-head!!!), they, and more obviously pro-conservative and pro-labour papers as well as all the avid right-wing, have refreshingly got totally stuck into the terrorists more than Blair.
The Sun, a newspaper that is like a Bible to me, has denounced left-wing BS politically aimed Blair-busting for the sad, ignorant dribble that it is, and exposed them to the nation as fools who always give the babarians doing the sickening murder an easy ride just as they did with Beslan by aiming their blame at the Russian authorities,doing a truely jaw-dropping job of making them look like spoilt, stupid children who aren't getting their own way.
An exellent 78% of the country in a poll think Blair did all he could and believed that Bigleys cards were marked whatever the outcome. By no stretch of the imagination can anyone honestly say that there was anything more that Blair could of done unless a significant element of their brains are missing, or they have an agenda of their own to promote (and trust me I'm no fan of Blair myself....)
What really is bugging me on the news and in the press about this story:
It appears that every writer or reporter of every single Bigley related article, is under strict instructions to tell the viewer/reader that muslims in Liverpool "offer their condolences", and have "condemned the act as evil and un-islamic".
Why is it that every single time we have an attrocity commited by muslim terrorists , we also have to be reassured (often by the same reporters that have told us that the "malicious" Ken Bigley has been executed by cheering muslims, part of a group called Tawid and Jihad,shouting "allahu akhbar" who will behead many more "infidels") in the same or subsequent reports that some muslim or another has "denounced" or "condemned" the act and that it is "un-islamic". People are surely getting a little suspicious by now, or at least must be thinking:
" Why do muslims keep doing shit like this then????"
And in all of these reports, the overall message I get from these muslim apologists, isn't one of sympathy for the victim/s, or of anger towards the perpertrators; it is one of wooried cowards trying to cover up the actions of their kind,and paint their death cult in the best possible light,to prevent backlash, to save their own skin,to deceive, or to reassure the gullible "infidels" that the message is directed at. For the time being it appears to be working, but for how long???........
Stealing the condolences book of Bigley could have been done by anybody. However in light of the Islamists previous record of descerating the tomb of
Special agent Francisco Javier Torronteras, I would not put it past them.
The fact is that Islamic sympathizers, operatives and terrorists are a menace you can thank your feckless politicians for. Of course,

The "condolence" book in the mosque was of course a transparent ploy. Just like that Dr. Fitaihi who showed up at all those interfaith gatherings after 9/11/2001 and whose real behavior is now on view -- for more on Fitaihi, google his name and "jihadwatch" and scroll down the postings for his appearance on an interfatih radio show, and at other gatherings -- and then read what he wrote for Muslim audiences, about all that, and what he had written previously, in Arabic, for an Arab audience, about the perfidiousness of the "Jews" who deserved everything they got.
No doubt a Muslim or two who did not appreciate the realpolitik of the taqiyya involved in this
"condolence" book decided that even those "condolences" were entirely unnecessary and un-Islamic -- why be sorry when an Infidel is killedS? -- and expressed their displeasure with the little show the local imam was putting on by removing the book entirely.
Really, this is a problem for Muslims. Perhaps this can be cleared up in a hundred-million-man conference call, where everyone is made to understand that look, we have to go through these motions right now -- don't you get it? The Muslim equivalent of nudge-nudge-wink-wink-say-no-more-say-no-more has to be worked on, so that there is no misunderstanding of what is really going on. The people who put out the transparent show of the condolence book are no more grieved, no more outraged, than the people who stole it --it is just the first are playing the game. They are more in the Tariq Ramadan line, than in thew Bin Laden line. So what? Their goals remain identical -- the complete subjugation of all non-Muslim lands, through whatever instruments are most effective (there is a difference of opinion, clearly, on the "effectiveness" of terrorism as opposed, say, to Da'wa and demography).
To be fully effective the taqiyya masters must first clear their little acts, their little speeches (look at the trouble CAIR got into for occasionally pretending to be opposed to certain behavior as "un-Islamic") with the "brothers" -- you know, the real McCoy. In this case, there was apparently a little intra-Muslim failure to communicate.
According to the latest news the same mosque also had it's condolence book for the Madrid train bombings stolen too. Guess muslims in Birmingham don't belive "infidels" should be shown sympathy. It's also interesting that no-one in Britain seems to have been told that Bigley's murder was taped an aired on an islamic website. The TV stations have always mentioned beheading videos before but not , it seems, in Mr.Bigley's case. Are they worried that hearing about the taping of the death would make the British even more anti-muslim than they are already ?

I agree. The condolence book was a ploy. A load of taqiya, to promote the fallacy of "this is not Islam" rubbish. The older generation is probably more into the polite and subtle ways of taqiya, so they put out these shows of sympathy in order to fool us. I bet the younger generation, savvy about their "rights" afforded to them by PeeCee leftie loons, and the general "In Your Face" attitude of much of the younger types, probably don't feel the need for such a fine touch. The stolen book could be explained away but the inverted picture, no. That's a clear message of insult. That's their attitude. A great big Eff You to us.
