Where on earch did he get that from? Did his lawyer dig up some obscure, unrepealed law in Germany that allows polygyny? I'm really curious.

It is not possible for a believing Muslim to swear allegiance to the United States and to the American Constitution. That Constitution contradicts, in almost every conceivable way, the Shari'a. It permits freedom of conscience -- i.e. possibe apostasy. It permits, through the Equal Protection Clause of the First and Fourteenth Amendments, completely equal treatment of men and women. It requires equal treatment of religions -- which in any Muslim polity that is truly Muslim, is simply intolerable.

There are religiously-sanctioned doctrines in Islam -- but in no other religion -- that permit Muslims to lie, both about the nature of Islam, and about the nature of their adherence to it. These doctrines are called "taqiyya" and "kitman." They have been written about extensively. Anyone may do research on them. The Muslim jurisconsults did not attempt to hide the existence of these doctrines.

Obvously it is very much to the advantage of Muslims living in the West, among Infidels, to do everything they can to hide or obfuscate or divert attention from, the real tenets of Islam. For if these were known Infidels would have a much greater objection to the presence of Muslims, and those most informed would be the most alarmed. This would extend not only to the central matters of the hostility, or murderous hatred, inculcated toward Infidels, who at best must be reduced to the status of dhimmis, forced to endure an elaborate series of political, economic, and social disabilities that reduce them to a status of permanent humiliation (this is very important in the Muslim scheme of things, and is a major reason for the circumstances under which the Infidel-tax, jizyah, is to be paid), degradation, and permanent insecurity. The "protected peoples" are "protected" from the Muslims themselves, and only insofar as they pay the "protection money" of meekly submitting, in every particular, to the requirements set out for their behavior.

It should be clear to everyone with eyes to see, and a mind to think, that the presence of Muslims within a non-Muslim land inevitably will result in a situation of greater unrest, expense (the costs both of monitoring Muslim populations, and of providing security to non-Muslims), physical danger, and general unpleasantness. Why, in such a case, should not every weapon already thought of, and a good many others not considreed, be employed to protect the quasi-civilized Infidel world, the only world that offers, whatever its many faults, of some possiblity of human freedom and the cultivation of human intelligence, be employed?

Those who cannot possibly offer, without committing perjury, their loyalty to the Infidel nation-state, should be stripped of their falsely-aquired citizenship, and expelled from the countries of the West. The Czechs, with far less to worry about, after World War II expelled 3 million Sudeten Germans, and no one was disturbed by this -- then or now, save for a handful of revanchist Germans.

There is no reason to be afraid of the OPEC countries retaliating. They rely completely on the West for all of their revenues, and for medical care and education and even as a combination fun fair and brothel for their ruling elites. Every effort must be made, of course, to diminish their revenues, which simply fund the world-wide Jihad (which need not be conducted mainly through violence -- Da'wa and demography will do the trick), through the support of mosques and madrasas.

Few leaders in the Western world seem capable of grasping what is going on. But around them there may be those -- particularly, one hopes, among the younger officers now in Iraq, getting a good look at what Islam is all about, and the kinds of primitive behavior, and hostility even toward Infidels trying to lavish their own money and help on a Muslim population, it engenders.

Neither Bush, nor Kerry, neither Huck Finn nor Julien Sorel, appears to understand the problem. In England, Tony Blair (who gets such a good press here), has uttered nonsensical praise of Islam; Howard and the Conservatives are just as bad. In France, the crook Chirac has been bought and paid for, but no one else -- no one respectable, that is -- has come close to articulating the problem.

In a sense, it is up to the Infidels themselves, without the help of their supposed leaders, to do what they can to educate themselves, to educate others, to agitate for new policies on energy, to engage in private boycotts of goods and services of Muslims in their respective countries -- in short, to do whatever they can to preserve their own civilization from what can be identified as a world-wide phenomenon, one that for a while, before the wherewithal of OPEC money came along, was dormant -- or at least seemed to be dormant, but perhaps its local manifestations were not clearly understood, or correctly labelled (one sees this, most obviously, in the ridiculous misapprehension of their own situation by the Israelis, who do not realize that they face an endless Jihad, and believe that somehow, through "negotiations" and a "treaty," they can bring about a permanent "peace" -- what nonsense).

Those who have the leisure, or allow themselves the leisure, to investigate these matters, have a responsiblity to do so, and to try, little by little, to educate those who, long ago, ought to have put in the effort themselves, but failed to do so. Degradation of the democratic dogma, indeed.

Muslim dawah propaganda about polygamy tells a false story (do they publish any other kind?) about how the German government allegedly legalized polygamy just after the war because of a shortage of marriageable aged men. This fool probably believed that propaganda.

Now that you mention it, I do remember reading about this. They will stoop to anything to give credence to the tenets of the 'beautiful religion'.

Lawyers, whatever their ethnicity or religious orientation, have been known to make specious arguments on behalf of clients. Happily, the judge here didn't fall for it.

What is generally not realised is that this is a war that is being waged by Muslim civilians on 'Infidel' civilians. It is not the governments of Egypt or Pakistan, or its armies that are waging the Jihad. It is civilians or groups of muslim civilians against non-muslims. This is a war that each Muslim has to wage on the non-Muslim as part of his divinely ordained duty. It is the Jihad. It is private and personal. We need to understand this.

If we look at the Jihad, what we see is Jihadi groups in the West, that operate from their communities. These Jihadi groups are financed by the same donations that come from the islamic community. These very same donations also fund the myriad of Muslim organisations such as CAIR, Muslim Council of this and that. These groups then provide the political cover for the Jihad, both violent and the ones whose goal is to subvert democratic institutions and ways of life.

Our governments in the West meanwhile, are hamstrung; legally and philosophically bound to not distinguish between Muslim and non-Muslim civilians. This gives the Jihadis a major advantage.

We really need to understand this. This is an all civilian matter; in fact it is almost a private matter between Muslims and non-Muslims. One country where the Jihad is being defeated is India. Hindus in India, after a 1000 years of murderous persecution by Islam, have begun to understand the private nature of this war and taken reciprocal action. It is remarkable the positive response this has evoked from the Indian Muslim.

At this moment in time, we are unable to act on the implications of the private and personal nature of the Jihad/war that the Muslim is waging on civilised humans. Yet a time is approaching when the matter may be taken out of the hands of the State. It may then get very ugly. I hope it does not come to that, and the State starts to defend itself. Till then, we will have to rely on muddling along.

This is a good place to point out that polygamy and gay marriage go hand-in-hand. I do not want to see either legalized in the United States.

Everyone person that I have talked to that thinks gay marriage is OK, thinks that polygamy is OK, too. In fact, if society gives the go-ahead to gay marriage, we will have absolutely no argument against polygamy. We have to protect our culture. I do not want the spectacle of legalized polygamy in the U.S. Let's draw the line here.

I still don't hope to believe that Germany is on the right track. Too few people know about the dangers of radical Islam. We should have a Jihadwatch.org in more than one language.

danke schoen to the German judge on this one! It is very clear that the majority of Muslims has no intention of integrating into Western Society, but rather expect the West to allow them to do as they want due to the West's acceptance of "cultural diversity".
