Iran's Intelligence Minister warns Muslims of US, Israeli threats to their security

What a pity there isn't enough Coalition forces
available to topple the Mullahs in Iran! Here's hoping the West finds a way to do something about Iran's nukes. Or maybe Israel will show the way..?

How come when one islamic country is under threat the leaders of said country always declare something along the lines of:

"Today, the security of Muslim countries in the region is being
threatened by a blind terrorism scourge, Israel and America,"

...note the wording : "muslim countries" plural.... so as to rouse all muslims. An attack on one muslim country is an attack on the entire ummah. This is why these people are so dangerous, this is why we must treat all muslims with the same eye of suspicion, because even the most moderate muslim fears allah, and as a result fears that to not take the side of the ummah is to betray allah. Therefore if a jihad is called for (which it has many times...against the west in particular), all muslims are expected to play some part in it, moderate or not.

Think about it , when the balkans war was at it's peak in the nineties, we didn't have the Pope or the Arch Bishop of Cantebury declaring :
" the security of the christian world is in danger from the croats...."
Nor did they try to rouse the christians of the world to fight against Serbia or Croatia. And that is because, christians, despite being light years ahead in civility, are not so obsessive of their religion that they believe they must join together to fight the enemy of any one christian race, at any one time; and perhaps more importantantly believe their god loves all mankind and creation equally. Also christianity is not as imposing.

Anyway enough of the ranting. The subject is Iran.
I heard on the news this morning that the iranians are halting their uranium production ,but heard also that there is some kind of deal going with the EU,to give them other means of nuclear power production. I think it is a mistake to let Iran have nuclear production technology of any kind.
This "security risk" mentioned in the article, is possibly an excuse for Iran to begin it's uranium production again.

Lets not overlook the irony from France staying out of the Iraq invasion without the U.N. approval.
France just finished a military attack on the Ivory Coast while it wasn't sanctioned by the U.N.
which they hold so much esteem for. France will have a had time gaining favour with the West
once they experience the Holland style Jihadism
by Islamists that murder their artists and Leaders.

Judging by the brutality in Pakistan between Sunnis and Shias, and what's happening in Darfur, I'd say the solidarity between Muslims is on a par with the solidarity forged between Hitler and Stalin.

Tariq Fatah, spokesperson for a Muslim organization in Canada spoke yesterday on CBC Radio's Sunday Morning with some contempt for the notable absense of Muslim support for the people of Darfur at a demonstration staged a week earlier in Toronto, whereas most other faith communities, from Christians to Zoroastrians and many in between were there.

Also notably absent -- all those left-wing humanitarians who turned out by the thousands to protest the invasion of Iraq, giving new meaning to the old "Money talks, BS walks." No financial support from the usual suspects = small, poorly attended demonstrations.

I wish it was so! Russia is my country of origin and I try to follow the event there. Russian leaders still seem to be very pro-Arabian in their foreign politics (although relationship with Israel has significantly improved since the Soviet time), does not support American effort in Iraq and despite the wave of terrorism in Russian in the past ten years still calls Palestinians freedom fighters and not terrorists. Luckily Chechens are only a small portion of Russian muslim population and they've historically been of a tolerant variety. Even in Chechnya it was mostly a political issue - at least until the muslim 'friends' Russian government is so supportive of joined in. Even now you can find Chechen leaders that don't want to be a pawn in the world Jihad.
