A NASARAWA Sharia court sitting in Keffi has declared wanted a middle-aged man, Mr Michael Ifediora Nwokoma for allegedly engaging in homosexual act with a businessman, one Mallam Abdullahi Ibrahim.The court issued bench-warrant on him following an explanation by the prosecution that Nwokoma was at large and could only be brought before the court by the police to face trial.
Homosexualism is one of the serious crimes frowned at by Sharia laws which attracts the stiffest penalty of death by stoning upon conviction.
Nwokomah, a supervisor with a building construction firm in Keffi and a Muslim cleric’s son, Mallam Ibrahim, were alleged to have been engaging in the “unholy” act for sometime.
Hmmm..is the state sanctioned murder of homeosexuals then what we can look forward to when our western countries have a population that is roughly 50 percent muslim and 50 percent christian (as is the case in Nigeria).
Nigeria is very multicultural...pity that that means the islamic half the country is acting like ruthless barbarians.
I think it's very ironic (and prophetic in a way) that one half of the world is trying to celebrate and normalise homosexual activity, and the other half is prepared to actually kill people for it. Personally I think that both approaches are misguided, but that's a personal opinion. But I think it is inevitable that the pluralistic rights oriented culture is going to clash with the very black and white moralism if Islam.
In the end though, the ones that will win, are the ones prepared to give everything to do so. How can a pluralistic, secular culture that's focused on the next new cellphone and Big Mac take on a culture that is prepared to put their money where their mouth is? Well their young son's lives anyway.

Kalish, I'm with you on this one. I'm a confessed homophobe, for anyone who could enjoy giving or getting the moral equivalent of a colonoscopy scares me. But I've got better things to do than look in other people's beds.
But I'm also amused. The same multikulties who celebrate homosexuality in the name of "diversity" are also the ones who see-no-evil, hear-no-evil, speak-no-evil when it comes to the Islamofascists.

There was a Malaysian episode a few years back where the Deputy Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim was taken to a `secular` court for sodomy. It was widely held that these were `trumped up` and motivated by the then PM.
Here we have a Christian being accused of the offence. So, the muslim cleric`s son possibly does not have to pay the monies owed maybe? Why not stone the muslim to death first. After all it`s his bloody religion.
