TORONTO - A Muslim man suing Ottawa for $1-million because he was detained and questioned about possible links to terrorism was seen videotaping a Toronto subway station in a "suspicious manner," say court documents filed yesterday by the federal government.CSIS and the RCMP began investigating Kassim Mohamed in April after
numerous witnesses saw him filming a Yonge Street transit platform "in
detail" and in a manner that "appeared to be trying to hide the fact
that he was doing so."The statement of defence comes two months after Mr. Mohamed's lawsuit,
in which the Kenyan-born Canadian says authorities suspected him of
having links to terrorism simply because he is a Muslim who filmed the
CN Tower with a home-video camera.
A month or so ago, Mr. Mohamed and his supporters turned up in whatever number, armed with video cameras, to film the tower. Some mouthpiece for the Muslim community made statements to the media crying about the racial profiling, but not a word was said about the videoing of the subway platform.
Maybe Mr. Mohamed just wanted to show his relatives back home how clean Toronto's once famously clean subways are.
I also read that he claimed his kids in Egypt missed Toronto and he was only making a video for them,one of the Islamic groups that supported the man was the one with the president that commented on TV that "All Israelis over 18 are valid targets for murder by suicide bombers because they're part of the State Army".
He claimed as well that he was Canadian and was profiled for just being a Muslim,but he failed to mention he came to canada in 1995 and couldn't be a citizen until 1998 after the citizenship exam.
CAIR is know for the Michael Moore style of "Cut and paste" journalism where they present a story that leaves out trivial item like the FACTS that
change the whole context of the meaning for posting the article.
last summer a Muslim group protested the detention of 19 Pakistanis without any charges being laid,they love to blame the media for not covering Muslim stories of oppression or racism but the media has been burned too many times by hoaxes and outright lies.
The real story was that these 19 persons were part of a immigration round-up,all were single Muslim men about 22-26 years old and had forge documents and ID to get student Visa's for the defuncted "mail order" College that issued enrollment papers for a course they never attended,oh and they failed to report to the RCMP when their Visa's expired and two of the men were taking flying lessons near a Nuclear Power Plant.
All these facts were with held from the media and currently only 3 of the 26 picked up with the
sweep are still in Canada and have the nerve to use a tax funded lawyer to claim refugee status
because of a fear for their life if returned to Pakistan.
Canada ought to wake up and realize that their blind tolerance is trashing up their country.
If Muslims was the Shitr'ia, they need only to hop a boat and head to the Middle East.

Yesterday Kassim said he didn't know about the
court document that showed he was observed filming
one of our busiest Subway platform during rush-hour. He also was shocked to see it was Arabic speaking persons that overheard him and a lookout
talking in a low voice while using a tote bag to hide the video camera scanning the tracks and platform. A concerned citizen that knew Arabic tipped of the Police and not the paranoid white bigot that CAIR like to blame for all of Islams ills.
CAIR originally screamed Racism and said he was only watched because he was a Muslim and dark skinned,NO..it was one month after the Spain bombings and because he also filmed the CN tower
which is the main communication transmitter
that if wiped out by a plane attack would create
caos for Emergency response teams.
Now that he was on the news again with this proof
he videoed the transit system his new whine is that "Losts of people can be seen taking picture
and video's" and that's not illegal.
The fact that he isn't admitting he made a bad judgement call and that Egypt gave him a hard
time and not Canada,he's sueing for 1 million dollars with the backing of CAIR.
Lets just see how long I would be allowed to stand outside a Mosque and video record the structure and busy period for attendance.
