UNRWA is the largest United Nations operation in the Middle East. Established in 1950 and with headquarters in the West Bank and Gaza, it deals exclusively with a fraction of the world's 135 million refugees. The remainder fall under the jurisdiction of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees Office.The organization's Web site describes it as a "relief and human development agency, providing education, healthcare, social services and emergency aid" to Palestinians. It claims further that "the Agency is scrupulous about protecting its installations against misuse by any person or group."
UNRWA relies on contributions from around the world and acknowledges that 93% of its funds come from donations made by governments and the EU, while 5% originates from other UN bodies.
The remaining 2% is somewhat buried on the Web site, possibly because UNRWA is receiving millions of dollars from organizations which fund Middle Eastern and global terrorism.
Since the outbreak of the Palestinian intifada in 2000, UNRWA has received $510,000 from the Islamic American Relief Agency, a charity created by the Islamic African Relief Agency (IARA). In October 2004, the US Treasury found that IARA had transferred millions of dollars to terrorist networks run by Osama bin Laden, and has since frozen IARA's assets.
IARA's chief, Mubarak Hamed, is personally accused of raising $5 million for al-Qaida during a fund-raising trip to Sudan and other locations in the Middle East in 2000.
UNRWA has so far shown no concern that one of its donors is an al-Qaida sponsor.
The UN should be renamed 'Unhealthy Notions' - seems to be true for a large part of their bureucracy and their funding.
Shame on the UN, again.
BTW,did anybody out there see any articles indicating that the U.N. sanctioned Frances attack on the Ivory Coast,I was sure France was against the USA attacking Iraq and voted against
it at the U.N. security council.
Would the U.N. really be so hypocritical as to denounce the Iraq liberation but remain mute when France engages in an illegal war on Africans.

Let's see,
UNRWA is funded by al-Qaeda, employs Hamas members, and allows UN trucks and ambulances to be used in terrorist attacks against Israel. Boy, these "humanitarian organizations" are getting a little frisky, aren't they?
From its very inception UNRWA has probably done more harm than good to the people it was intended to serve. The UN has two bodies mandated to provide relief to refugees. UNRWA serves only Arab refugees (that was the term, way back when. I can still remember Brit comedian Tony Hancock's famous, "The Blood Donor" episode with him going on about his generous donations to Arab refugees as he tries to extract himself from his commitment to donate a pint of blood). The other body, UNHCR, serves all other refugees.
Al Gore's dad, a US senator back in the 40s and 50s went over to inspect the way UNRWA was conducting affairs and was scandalized by the bogus claimants, the triple- and quadruple-dipping under aliases. And, oh yeah, most fundamentally, UNRWA came up with a rather unique definition of who qualified for relief: you only had to have lived within the defined area between 1946 and 1948 to qualify. As you might also imagine, not only did they put too many people on the rolls in the first place, they also aren't too swift to remove dead persons from the rolls.
Then, there's the matter of UNRWA schools being used as bomb factories and, naturally, to teach their students to aspire to be jihadists and a revisionist history of the Middle East that denies the Jewish fact altogether.
It would be most interesting to do a tally of all the aid money that has been designated to the cause of refugee relief in this particular part of the world and analyse what end it has really served.

What is urgently needed is a shock and awe strategy. My reasoning being from xperience.
Many non-mosies repeat the common mosie lie:
`Oh islam is not like that. It is peaceful.`
However, at an average, within 30 mins. there is a conversion once i introduce them to sites like this one, or Ali Sina`s faith freedom. Their eyes are opened and the remarks are along the lines of `My God`. And then they know.
My point is that, use the same tactics that islam used to get in. There has to be some form of `blanket bombing` of information on islam and its atrocities.
Only then will the eyes be opened. I have often referred to mosies as `inferior`-it is something diametrically opposite to what their (religous) leaders tell them. This is something they cannot handle, because deep inside they are. Mincing words is always taken by them as a `weakness`.
And finally here`s something on an old fashioned code of conduct when dealing with mosies:
