LONDON (AFP) - Prime Minister Tony Blair warned that Britain would be in danger if foreign terror suspects were freed after the nation's highest court ruled that detaining such people indefinitely without trial or charge violated their human rights."It is a heavy responsibility to allow people out on our street who we know, or believe, may want to cause death or destruction to our citizens," Blair told the House of Commons, the lower house of parliament.
He said he had to "put the security of the British people first" because the security services had informed the government there is a "reasonable suspicion" such people "are engaged in plotting terrorist activity." A special panel of Law Lords decided Thursday by 8-1 that the jailing of nine people on suspicion of terrorism alone breached both democratic norms and international obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights.
The ruling does not overturn the law under which the men are held, the 2001 Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act, but the government will now have to return to parliament and amend the legislation to take into account the Law Lords' views. "When we discuss this with our security services, they do indicate that if we let people out we cannot guarantee that we can survey them adequately, we can't guarantee that we're not going to lose some of those people," Blair said.
Demented Judges and the judicial system.

The British case was no surprise. Here is another case in New Zealand where judges with "dinosaur" brains recently released an Algerian muhammadean (muslim) terror suspect who arrived in the country on a false passport which he flushed down the toilet when he got into the country.
The funny thing is that he came to New Zealand from Malaysia, Dar al-Islam, an Islamic country.
And he claimed a refugee status and was granted by some idiots who never have heard of taqiyya.
Its just all sick.
And the sickest of all must be the IslamoChristian Dhimmi Domician Friars who are looking after this terror suspect at the moment.
And as usual the lunatic leftists supports this terror suspect who had been kicked out of a number of countried in Europe already.

Unfortunately, it seems like none of the countries that are leading the fight against terrorism and islam have the "stones" to complete the task. Our own FBI is now accusing Rumsfeld of authorizing "torture" at Gitmo. Wearing hoods, loud music, lack of sleep, and barking dogs are considered too much for the jihadists! What would those same lefties think of seeing flesh melt from people's bodies in the event of a dirty bomb?
I hate to think like this but, if we fail to follow through we will lose.

Its just too bad that Mr. Blair couldnt make it a condition that if a judge wants to release a terrorist that the terrorist must stay with the judge in his home with his family...lets see how these bleeding-heart judges feel about having that kind of scum in their homes, exposing their daughters, wives and pets to that kind of sick trash...my guess is that the judge would have no problem keeping them in jail.
