Indonesian police said they had found two separate collections of bombs as they imposed a major alert following foreign warnings of an impending terrorist strike.The discovery came as police were being deployed across Indonesia in a huge security operation after Australia said terrorists may be plotting to strike in the run up to Christmas, specifically naming the Hilton hotel chain.
Britain and the United States have also warned that their citizens in Indonesia over Christmas and the New Year faced a "heightened risk" of attack.
New Zealand has cautioned against non-essential travel to the country.
National police chief Da'i Bachtiar told reporters that nine tubes of explosives were found on a bus in West Java, a heavily-populated area thought to be a major recruiting ground for Islamic extremists.

Its a losing battle.
How many tme can law-enforcement keep getting lucy like this? The islamists have only 2 succeed once. Their low IQs notwithstanding, learning comes with time and they'll soon learn how 2 evade the law and carryout terror.
I'd rather have a spectacular jihadi success after which the victim country and the victim peoples dump political correctness for doing the right thing - telling the truth, asking questions, banning islamic charities, stopping moslem immigration, deporting muslim illegals, stopping pro-palestinian activity o their soil (which is more often than not a front for hamas-funding) etc.
Better late than never. But better earlier than late.

Sometimes I wish they'd "bring it on" to. Get it out and done with, but I suspect that the slow wearing down of humanity is on of their weapons much like the use or misuse of the PC.
Indifference and apathy are a key to dhimmi /jihad success, the warnings not to travel to indo we have had here in Oz are being ignored, another bomb or 2 will hardly cause a hiccup these days, its like a cancer..
The question is how can we wake the west up again?
I think we need lobby groups, when I have looked around for a group against jihad, mass immigration or against political correctness all I find is Nazi type groups. Which I was loath to associate myself with.
Maybe if there were a respectable non-hostile org where people could speak many of our suppressed westerners could come forward and give air to how I suspect most people are beginning to feel. And still be seen as a “respectable citizen” not some hardliner supremacist etc.
I think we need to push a new mindset, Respectable Libertarian type stuff or something. Duty to Freedom, Remembrance of our grandparents in WW2 etc.
This is what I think anyway, one thing I am convinced of though is that many more people feel suppressed and resentful than dare to say.
The slow wearing down and tiring of the west is sinister.
