Will Europe survive its dhimmi judges? [1] Mamour Fall update. From the [2] BBC, with thanks to Sharon:

An Italian court has ruled that the deportation of a Senegalese imam who expressed his admiration for Osama Bin Laden was unlawful.

Mamour Fall was deported a year ago after predicting Italian soldiers would be targets weeks before an Iraq attack.

But a regional court in Lazio ruled the imam was wrongly expelled as such statements were merely personal views.

Italy's interior minister says the government still feel Mr Mamour poses a significant security threat.

He said he did not intend to change, "even a comma in my report... about the danger of the so-called imam of Carmagnola," Reuters news agency reports.
