RABAT, Morocco (AP) - A Rabat criminal court postponed a trial of five Moroccans formerly held at the US military prison in Guantanamo Bay and temporarily released three of them, including a suspected bodyguard for Osama bin Laden, his lawyer said. Arrested in Pakistan and Afghanistan in late 2001, all five were accused of taking training courses in how to handle firearms and make explosives.The court had rejected an initial request Dec. 7 to release the suspects from prison and gave no immediate explanation for why it had changed its mind regarding three of the suspects, said defence attorney Abdelfattah Zahrach. No bond was posted.
Among the three released is Abdelleh Tabarak, 49, suspected of serving as a bodyguard for al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in Sudan and Afghanistan. Lawyers said they expected the three - Zahrach, Mohamed Ouzar and Radouane Chekkouri - to be freed Monday evening.

Why were these guys not shot or hanged? Why do more of our people have to die?
Well, I'm sure that if the other two had worked a little harder on memorizing the Quran, they, too, would get off free, and all five could once again pursue Jihad against the Satan Americans.
Of course the ACLU, Amensty Int'l, etc. will be delighted that their civil rights were protected. My latest figures are that there are about seven of those released from Guantanamo that have returned to the path of Jihad against the USA. The best solution is to induce lead poisoning in the brain of these killers by injections from a pistol. RSH
Am sure these guys won't be content to piously memorize their Korans. Let's hope an American bomb
will take them to Allah when they surface in Iraq.
This is an example about how trustworthy Morocco is in the fight against terrorism. As time passes by we know more in Spain about Moroccans' implication in Madrid blasts on March 11, not to mention the number of Moroccans already arrested under accusation of preparing new attacks. The recent murder of Mr. van Gogh also was done by Moroccans. And you always find subjects of this corrupt and expansionist "moderate" country in most jihadist actions. Here we are a good example of Western blindness towards a dangerous country, some of whose people and, some indications suggest to, some members of its secret services seem very much inclined to "fight the infidels".
