Sudanese Sermons: Rabbis are Fighting with the U.S. Army in Fallujah; The Jews are Like Malaria

Traditional Islam regards Jews and Christians not with the respect due to the People of the Book, but as renegades from the true faith who deserve contempt -- and also fear, because they are crafty devils. They must "feel themselves subdued" (Qur'an 9:29) as dhimmis in part because they will be, as has been noted in other contexts, either at your feet or at your throat. This view is abundantly on display in these sermons from Sudan, which were televised and thus duly noted by MEMRI's TV project:

Sheik Abd Al-Jalil Al-Karouri gave a Friday sermon from the Al-Shahid Mosque in Khartoum, which was broadcast on Sudan TV on November 19, 2004. The following are excerpts: [...]

"Brothers, I got the following numbers from American sources: There are currently 1,000 Jewish soldiers in Fallujah. This is according to American sources. Among them are 37 rabbis. The rabbis raise the morale among the Jewish soldiers fighting in Fallujah. So America is fighting for Israel. It is not fighting for Iraq's oil, since it has been drilling it for some time.

"The Jews are fighting now. Even before we read the information about Jewish presence in Fallujah we thought that storming houses with boots from one house and moving from one house to another by explosions are actions we have already seen in Balata, Jenin, and Rafah. The Jews came to conduct urban warfare on behalf of America, and America is supporting them in exchange....

If America wants to preserve the country it has established, it must listen to [Benjamin] Franklin's advice,(1) who warned them against the Jews. Now the Jews are leading them into these battles and this mess."(2)...

Sheik Abd Al-Jalil Al-Nazir Al-Karouri gave another recent sermon, from the Al-Shahid Mosque in Khartoum on August 24, 2004. The following are excerpts:

"All this talk about mosquitoes and microbes reminded me of a political parallel - the [relationship] between the Jews and their patrons in the U.S. The relationship between Israel and the U.S. is like the relationship between the mosquito and the malaria microbe. The mosquito's interest is to suck blood, while the microbe's is to corrupt. It rides on this mosquito and corrupts. We advise the U.S. from this pulpit, and it will do as it sees fit. The microbe settles in the mosquito's stomach and tears it up... The malaria microbe settles in the mosquito's stomach and eventually kills it.

"Our advice is like that of [Benjamin] Franklin, one of the Founding Fathers: The malaria microbe known as the Jews, which the U.S. carries in its stomach, will kill it sooner or later....

"Let's move to another story about an American state called New Jersey. This official [in New Jersey] forced the governor to resign because this Israeli was planted in his office, just like they planted that woman for the former U.S. president. The governor of this state admitted in a press conference that he was depraved, and gave up his position in order to protect it.

"This microbe has reached the American bone marrow. Some journalists and intelligent people know this, but they can only write a few words. I must read between the lines in order to learn the truth about America's sufferings from the Jews.

"When September the ninth comes [i.e. 9/11] we will again review the material we handed out about the Jewish thumbprint. Let's say in brief, that whether the 9/9 events and the destruction of the two famous buildings in the U.S. were carried out by Israel's enemies, as the U.S. claims, or by Israeli agents, as we claim, the outcome is the same - the Jews are the cause.

"These Jews hasten America's death. The U.S. must beware. We offer this advice via the TV channels so they won't wake up when it is too late. They must understand this now and dismantle this alliance with the Jews."(3)

Message to Sheik Abd Al-Jalil Al-Karouri from the United States:
If we need your advice we'll beat it out of you. HARD.

ROFL! Monica Lewinsky bringing Western civilization to its knees? That is priceless!

What I don't get is, how do we have the time to take down Fallujah when we're already controlling the international economy, the US media, and the flu epidemic? "... S'iz shver tsu zayn a Yid".
;)

I thought they had their own brigade- the Raging Rabbis, I think, or was it the Mighty Mohels?

Love you comment, Mike!

IT IS SAD:

Uneducated morons preaching hatred to illiterate & superstitious fanatics!

They don't seem to want to learn anything useful, they don't need to make the world a better place, all they want is "KILL KILL KILL" and "my Allah is better that yours..."

The Benjamin Franklin reference is to an old antisemetic myth. The Founders were quite the opposite, in reality, and there's a famous letter from Washington welcoming the construction of the first synagogue in the US.

It's sickening to see how the Islamists have picked up on Western antisemitic myths. They collect them like magpies with shiny things.

In the interests of the Left's much-loved "cultural equality" I belive that Western TV stations should now be allowed to broadcast equally savage attacks on islam. After all , we're always told by the Left & the MSM that "these people are just the same as us" so let's behave like them for a while. Blair and Blunkett can blame all the worlds problems on Saudi Arabia (well if muslim leaders can always blame Israel) and the Archbishop of Canterbury can claim moslems are descended from pigs and monkeys. The Left can't complain that we're doing anything wrong because if we're doing something wrong then so are the islamic preachers AND OF COURSE we know they're not doing anything wrong because that's what the Left keep telling us. Time to get REALLY multi-cultural...

It would be more valuable to have, on the radio, and on television, more attention given to readings of what MEMRI translates. Few Americans know just what those Friday khutbas (sermons)a re all about. They may confuse them with the kind of misty-eyed stuff you are likely to get in many churches today.

While Infidels are being denounced as the sons of pigs and dogs who deserve death in various forms, for every possible evil that has ever taken place anywhere in the world, not least for blocking the final triumph of Islam, churches in this country have sermons whose titles tell it all: Global Compassion, Commitment in a Changing America, Why Diversity is Good for Your Health, Healing Through Hope, Hope Through Healing, Putting It Behind You, A Fresh Start, Are You Jogging With Me, Jesus?, What Car Would Jesus Drive?, And the Greatest of These Is Love, and Heal a Soul, Heal the World, and so on and so innocently forth.

Meanwhile, back at the mosque, it is almost alwyas Hate the Infidel Day, and Make Him Pay, and Put Him Away, or something like that.

Ideas have consequences, famously wrote Richard Weaver. Indeed. And even very primitive ideas have consequences. Tell people from an early age to believe a few things, tell them, recite to them, have them memorize, put in all their textbooks, put in every sermon, put into the conversation of everyday life, make the stuff of the warp and weft of the language, teachings about Infidels that brainwash hundreds of millions of people to hate them, to blame them for every setback, real and imaginary, to find in the Infidel the "great solace of hate" (in Naipaul's phrase), and to keep it up, day in dayout, in the press, on the radio, on television, on satellite channels that are simply updates of Zurcher Beobachtung and Der Stuermer. Do that, and you get the results that we see all over the world.

No surprises here. Ideas matter -- and so do khutbas. And so does what people read in Qur'an and hadith and the sira. What would surprise would be the opposite -- if, after what they have constantly dinned into them, that some managed to fight their way free of the brainwashing, despite everything.

Spot on Hugh!

The peculiarity is, that even the agnostics among us, left or right- ,-seem to direct their anger rather at Christian fundamentalism (because that's what they think they understand) Generally, our people always judge by what they know, and they know LITTLE about Islam.

And since for them Islam is just another "religion", which they assume exist's on an equal footing with other faiths, they are unable to see it for what it really is: The most intolerant, totalitarian ideology under the moon.

To back off is the biggest mistake. But just as you wrote: The churches are all into love, piece, happiness, better yourself etc.,

It's just not in our way of thinking to call for hatred and murder. Not even the non-religious can bring themselves to hate and to take action since we are conditioned by the "piece train- idea"...(tongue in cheek)

PC has to go! Free speech, including the ridicule of Islam is our right under the constitution. Ridicule them, blaspheme their "religion" and placade them wherever they are! Make them feel inferior, show them THAT THEIR EVIL CULT IS INFERIOR on every occasion! No concessions, no more mosques, no financial assistance, no more muslim immigration:

R E P A T R I A T I O N !!!!

The Sudanese and the Nazi report comments that Franklin supposedly made. Yet Franklin authored many books and none of them show any anti-semitic overtones. He was a prolific writer. He discussed everything in his books including deism. These works are all recorded in Franklin's name. Now to support the notion that he made these comments, they rely on the supposed diary of an individual who claims that Franklin made certain comments to him.

Let's put it this way. In those days, political correctness was not called for. If somebody wanted to make comments about Jews or Blacks or Muslims, they made them. So its hard to believe that Franklin would have never discussed his antisemetic views if he actually had them.

If the analogy is:

"Jews are like malaria"

then the codocil would be:

"Moslems are like The Black Plague, gene-spliced with Ebola, and grafted onto an avian flu to guarantee maximum spreading power".

Unfortunately, the rest of the daffily dozing world is like a row after row of mutely incubating eggs -used by the fomenters of this Islamic mad-cow's disease (that eats away the brain before it kills) to breed more and more and more...

But, personally, I despise this "people as vermin" vituperative crap. (Goebbels and his ilk loved it for attacking the unarmed, passive and mainly trusting Jews of the 1930's.)

But, if our peace-loving Muslim brethren start it, we can definitely finish it.

They don't know who they are really dealing with.

And they were fools to pick a fight the The West before they were as strong.

It is the one good thing about this brand of nihilistic, despotic theocratic-Terrorism.

They think we're as stupid as they are.

Wasn't it Monica on her knees??

If America wants to preserve the country it has established, it must listen to [Benjamin] Franklin's advice,(1) who warned them against the Jews.

I know that Ben Franklin was a Freemason, and generally they are not anti Semitic. Although I imagine some of them were and are.

extremely off topic

Canada deals with Bush-dodgers

The flood of American liberals sneaking across the border into Canada has intensified in the past week, sparking calls for increased patrols to stop the illegal immigration. The re-election of President Bush is prompting the exodus among left-leaning citizens who fear they'll soon be required to hunt, pray and agree with Bill O'Reilly.

Canadian border farmers say it's not uncommon to see dozens of sociology professors, animal-rights activists and Unitarians crossing their fields at night. "I went out to milk the cows the other day, and there was a Hollywood producer huddled in the barn," said Manitoba farmer Red Greenfield, whose acreage borders North Dakota. The producer was cold, exhausted and hungry. "He asked me if I could spare a latte and some free-range chicken. When I said I didn't have any, he left. Didn't even get a chance to show him my screenplay, eh?"

In an effort to stop the illegal aliens, Greenfield erected higher fences, but the liberals scaled them. So he tried installing speakers that blare Rush Limbaugh across the fields. "Not real effective," he said. "The liberals still got through, and Rush annoyed the cows so much they wouldn't give milk." Officials are particularly concerned about smugglers who meet liberals near the Canadian border, pack them into Volvo station wagons, drive them across the border, and leave them to fend for themselves.
"A lot of these people are not prepared for rugged conditions," an Ontario border patrolman said. "I found one carload without a drop of drinking water. They did have a nice little Napa Valley cabernet, though."

When liberals are caught, they're sent back across the border, often wailing loudly that they fear retribution from conservatives. Rumors have been circulating about the Bush administration establishing re-education camps in which liberals will be forced to drink domestic beer and watch NASCAR. In the days since the election, liberals have turned to sometimes-ingenious ways of crossing the border. Some have taken to posing as senior citizens on bus trips to buy cheap Canadian prescription drugs. After catching a half-dozen young vegans disguised in powdered wigs, Canadian immigration authorities began stopping buses and quizzing the supposed senior-citizen passengers. "If they can't identify the accordion player on The Lawrence Welk Show, we get suspicious about their age," an official said.

Canadian citizens have complained that the illegal immigrants are creating an organic-broccoli shortage and renting all the good Susan Sarandon movies. "I feel sorry for American liberals, but the Canadian economy just can't support them ," an Ottawa resident said. "How many art-history majors does one country need?"

In an effort to ease tensions between the United States and Canada, Vice President Dick Cheney met with the Canadian ambassador and pledged that the administration would take steps to reassure liberals, a source close to Cheney said. "We're going to have some Peter, Paul & Mary concerts. And we might put some endangered species on postage stamps. The president is determined to reach out."

As an agnostic and certainly not an original, I must offer up my mental accounting as to the way I perceive God.

Heaven forbid, that I might strike a following, amongst the dreaded, but necessary lazy-quo.

The Muhammaden view is of a god who hasn't mercy towards myself (agnostic), but an ardent repulsion towards my doubt.

Why would any sane person desire to worship such a god?

It is possible that mankind has created this "notion", one of worshipping a fiction, but why would the wretched desire to create such a horrific wretchedness?

Isn't life hard enough as it is?

Sheik Canuck (blessings and peace be unto you)-

Thanks for the Hearty Laugh about the border 'cross-addressers'. Very nice!!

I happen to have a Canadian lady friend who coincidentally IS a teacher of Art (sculpture, not history) in a University up in Montreal. But she would be one of those setting up an underground railroad (or would it be a monorail?) to help bring in the fleeing hordes of faux fur-clad, asylum seekers avidly looking for a place to avoid history and mourn the photon-gun passing of Dan "Kinkos" Rather.

I had heard that the area just above the Washington State line was being outfitted with biodegradable barrels of Perrier in the mule deer-laden stretches of Great White hinterlands, and fishing line was strung with pre-paid phone cards at 5 kilometer intervals for those hopelessly lost, never having learned geography.

Many were reported found wandering in circles near Medicine Hat, 1,000 miles off course (haplessly blundering back into the U.S.), waving copies of "Peacetime Uses of Outer Space" (McGraw-Hill, 1961) and speaking what locals thought was "tongues", but turned out to be Esperanto.

A few were rescued, with ear tags applied by over-eager Park Rangers, after they upset a pack of re-introduced wolves in the Black Hills, and had to be tranquilized.

Canada is said to be increasing its border patrols from three to four in response.

And posting signs saying: "The aurora borealis make cause cancer" as a last desperate psy-ops move.

P.S. (typo alert)

Make that:

"The aurura borealis MAY cause cancer."

(I want dibs on part of the Nobel Prize for Physics if this ever turns out to be true.)

Thanks again, Sheik (yer booty).

Ben Franklin never said anything like that. Robert Crawford is right. However, that Franklin myth is spreading like ebola over the Arab media, unconstrained by facts as always.

Someone ought to tell that Sudanese Sheikh that there are also Muslims in US uniform, and colleagues of his who serve them. My guess is that the dope (a) is a typical example of that extraordinary Islamic bigotry/incuriosity that guarantees that the Islamic world will always be third, no matter who's first and (b) wouldn't even bother to visit the southern part of his own country even if there was peace.

DavidE: Benjamin Franklin did grouse about Germans mucking up his fair state of Pennsylvania, and the likelihood that they'd form an anti-liberty minority in their adopted land.

Sheikh-Canuck: I always knew that God had His secret merciful plan for the USA when He let us get whupped at Fort Erie. Then again, I've met too many of your countrymen whom I like to wish Hillary Clinton wannabes on them. My condolences to Farmer Greenfield. My advice to him is to put the lazy bums to work--they're already pretty good at producing and shovelling manure; he only has to be sure they don't dump it all over him.

For your info:
MEMRI is not a neutral organisation
To be blunt, MEMRI routinely selects articles which show the worst of Arab discourse, even where this represents only a minority of actually expressed opinion, while almost never acknowledging the actual distribution of opinion.

Let us keep in mind that extreme opinions exist everywhere (I see a lot of them on this website) and it is not very constructive to base your opinion on these.

Some of my contracts take me close to the American border. I have noticed a large increase in the number of Volvos and electric hybrids driving up and down the back roads….

We have alllll the Hillarys we will ever need in Canada, do NOT send anymore. My cousin, (who is an American living in Western Canada) was speaking to her brother (a Democrat from Fla.) He was ranting and raving about G.W. winning and how he was moving to Canada (presumably near her). She said, don’t bother moving here. He asked why not, she said two reasons, 1. You are a democrat, which means you will probably vote for the Liberals (whom she hates) and 2. “Can you spell –40c?” This isn’t the most mild of places to live in the winter.

Anyway, I will try to refrain from posting jokes in the future, thanks for taking it in the spirit it was offered.

'tve' states: "MEMRI is not a neutral organisation.
To be blunt, MEMRI routinely selects articles which show the worst of Arab discourse, even where this represents only a minority of actually expressed opinion, while almost never acknowledging the actual distribution of opinion."

If that were true, then MEMRI must have thousands poring over the 'sermons' emanating from mosques. The hate filled rants by mullahs and 'religious clerics' are not spoken in a void. The demagoguery spewed has the tacit, if not the downright, ideological agreement of far too many governments. This does not make MEMRI wrong, but merely a clearing house for the idiotic and blatantly false utterances of islamic 'clerics', utterances which are ignored in the West in the name of cultural diversity. After all, our media cannot bring themselves to present the true, hate-filled face of the RoP(MA) to its audience. They find it easier to criticize something safe, like President Bush or America, than risk a death sentence being carried out against them, as happened to Theo van Gogh, for daring to portray islam in a negative, albeit truthful, light.

The Sheik-yer-booty (thanks, profitsbeard) in the above article makes the statement that the malarial parasite kills the mosquito. Maybe my memory is bad, but I do not recall this to be the case

Indeed, if one wishes to pontificate on disease metaphors, it is Islam that is like malaria. Part of the Plasmodium (that would be the genus name for the malarial parasite) life cycle is a liver-born hypnozoite. Hypnozoites can remain in a dormant state for several years, and then the human host can experience a recurrence of full-blown malaria. (As the immune system is incapable of building a permanent immunity against malaria, the hypnozoite typically unleashes itself on a renewed naive host.) This kind of reminds me of the jihad -- how it wages war on the infidel and then becomes quiescent until a future time when it feels strong again. Furthermore, the hypnozoite metaphor is applicable to the Treaty of Al-Hudaybiyah

Regarding tve's regurgitation of leftwing blogosphere myth, I do recall this topic was dealt with in this forum before. Perhaps a reading of the following link would help

http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/003764.php

One more point on malaria: the Sheik-yer-booty also states, "This microbe has reached the American bone marrow." As I recall, the Plasmodium life cycle involves hepatocytes and mature red blood cells and does not deal with the bone marrow whatsoever. Perhaps the sheik should pay attention in Foundations of Biology class instead of salivating over "Mein Kampf" and the like. Perhaps then he can set himself on the road to recovery from his severe case of head-in-ass disease

Sheikh Canuck: Accept my apologies on behalf of my countrymen for the sorts we've been sending your way!

Yeah, Tve, and like the Guardian knows a lot from "unbiased" vs "biased". MEMRI translates the good, the bad and the ugly. And they are very happy to promote the good. If you took the time to monitor the site regularly, as I have for nearly a year, you might come to the same conclusion, but I guess it's a lot easier to read a lone article and assume you can form an opinion that's worth the piece of cyber-paper it's written on.

Regarding the "Guardian" article of posted link above, I might quote from the specious writer:

"Nobody, so far as I know, disputes the general accuracy of Memri's translations but there are other reasons to be concerned about its output."

Once again we see the deranged argumentation that even though the content is above reproach, somehow there is supposed to be validity in ad hominen. This is hardly a methodology worthy of truth-seeking intellectuals which furthers the case against the "Guardian's" objectivity in general.

The author is making two arguments: (1) MEMRI's translators are Israeli and therefore worthy of unfounded suspicion in their work, (2) MEMRI has a penchant for translating articles that paint the worst picture possible of the Middle East. I would imagine this second argument could be dealt with if MEMRI also translated all of the book reviews, horoscopes, obituaries (there must be a ton), Ann Lander's equivalent columns, etc. But who cares about this stuff anyway. If it's so important to the "Guardian," why don't they invest some of their resources into translator salaries to fill the critical gaps that the author implies gives his second argument validity? Abject leftwing ridiculousness is going on in this "Guardian" article.
