No, it was the Governor of Riyadh, Prince Salman. But of course, when the Prince says, "How can anyone claiming they serve Islam kill the innocent? These are acts of outlaws and should not be associated with Islam, even if those who claim responsibility for them are Muslims," he encounters a serious difficulty. Those who perpetrate these acts don't just happen to be Muslims; they also make the claim, repeatedly and thoroughly, that their actions are Islamic. They invoke justifications from the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Innocence is in the eye of the beholder, and Islam provides ample foundation for violence against those who for one reason or another are not considered innocent. Until Prince Salman and others like him face this, such violence has no chance of ceasing.

NO...the real tragedy is the silence by the self-professed "Good" Muslims that never condamn

Just once I'd like to hear CAIR's Ibrahim Hooper actually denounce the persons and not the act of terorism they commit in the name of Islam.
Hooper only proves how the wellfounded fear of
terrorism in America is tangible since even he lives with the fear of death if he accuses these Islamists of perverting Islam and being the enemies of Allah.
The terrorists use the same Quran and there must be something in it that drives someone to slaughter fellow humans with the permission from Allah,although the Jesus in the Quran also warned of a "False-Prophet" that would deceive people by quoting words from God to appear as having favour with him,Jesus also said that "You will be killed by those convinced that they were doing a service
