The president of the American Coptic Association calls for more action on the murders of a New Jersey family that may have been killed by a Muslim or Muslims angry with their proselytization efforts. From AINA, with thanks to Robert M.:
Jersey City -- Monir A. Dawoud, M.D., acting president of the 31 year old American Coptic Association, is urging officials investigating the Jersey City murders to call in the hate crime unit of the Federal Bureau of Investigation....Five law enforcement agencies have been investigating this case: The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, The Jersey City Police, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, The Immigration and Naturalization Service, and The Federal Office of Immigration and Customs. According to an FBI spokesperson the Federal authorities were called in under the doctrine of "domestic police cooperation". The lead on the case is the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
"Adding the FBI Hate Crimes Unit to the investigation would make us feel that nothing was being overlooked," said Dr. Dawoud.
"We have faith in the American system of justice, but the initial conflicting reports and the lack of progress have caused fear to overtake our community. Children are afraid to sleep alone. People are installing double locks on their doors, bars on their windows and sophisticated alarm systems.
The discovery of a web site where Christians had their identities revealed, and were targeted for voicing their religious beliefs makes us, as Christians, fear for our safety, and contributes to the speculation that this was a hate crime."
These people have every reason in the world to be scared. They know what's happening, and the legal authorities don't seem to be concerned.

7.5.1.2 Authorization for Military Support
Civil disturbances are group acts of violence and disorders prejudicial to public law and order (e.g., the 1992 Los Angeles riots) in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. possessions and territories. The U.S. military can support civilian law enforcement agencies but such support shall maintain the "primacy" of civilian authority. While commanders and judge advocates must again understand the Posse Comitatus Act and consider its restrictions on military personnel performing law enforcement functions in the U.S., domestic law provides for exceptions to such use in some civil disturbance situations. These exceptions allow the President to federalize the militia of other states and use the military to suppress any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy under certain circumstances. Other than these specified circumstances, the military may not be used to deal with civil disturbances except in certain emergency situations. Immediate federal response, even under emergency circumstances, is limited to necessity and is not based on any underlying statutory authority. Those emergency circumstances include:
When necessary to prevent loss of life or wanton destruction of property, or to restore governmental functioning and public order. These sudden and unexpected civil disturbances (including civil disturbances incident to earthquake, fire, flood, or other such calamity endangering life) occur if the local authorities are unable to control the situation and circumstances preclude obtaining prior authorization by the President.
When State or local authorities are unable or decline to provide adequate protection for Federal property or Federal governmental functions.
With today’s communication capabilities, commanders should make every effort to obtain prior approval through the chain of command before responding to either of these emergency situations. If prior communication is impossible, commanders should seek Presidential authorizations through the chain of command even while applying emergency support.

The "Posse Comitatus Act" (PCA), Title 18 of the U.S. Code (USC), Section 1385, states:
“Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”
Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 5525.5 extended the substantive prohibitions of the Posse Comitatus Act (PCA) to the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. The PCA does not apply to the U.S. Coast Guard in peacetime or to the National Guard when not in Federal service.
The PCA generally prohibits U.S. military personnel from direct participation in law enforcement activities. Some of those law enforcement activities would include interdicting vehicles, vessels, and aircraft, conducting surveillance, searches, pursuit and seizures; or making arrests on behalf of civilian law enforcement authorities. Prohibiting direct military involvement in law enforcement is in keeping with long-standing U.S. law and policy limiting the military’s role in domestic affairs.
However, Congress has enacted a number of exceptions to the PCA that allow the military, in certain situations, to assist civilian law enforcement agencies in enforcing the laws of the U.S. The most common example is counterdrug assistance (Title 10 USC, sections 371-381). Other examples include:
The Insurrection Act (Title 10 USC, Sections 331-334). This act allows the President to use U.S. military personnel at the request of the State Legislature or Governor to suppress insurrections. It also allows the President to use federal troops to enforce federal laws when rebellion against the authority of the U.S. makes it impracticable to enforce the laws of the U.S.
Assistance in the case of crimes involving nuclear materials (Title 18 USC, Section 831). This statute permits DoD personnel to assist the Justice Department in enforcing prohibitions regarding nuclear materials, when the Attorney General and the Secretary of Defense jointly determine that an “emergency situation” exists that poses a serious threat to U.S. interests and is beyond the capability of civilian law enforcement agencies.

The New Jersey family was a victim of these "Taqiyya-piranna" Muslims that waited for the best conditions for a clean kill and chance to go on to the next victim.
I no longer trust any Muslims and I've seen enough denial and paranoia from Muslims to know that they don't feel they're the problem or even

Since the Police seem to have ruled out who the Coptic's think murdered the family,then logic tells me they have enough evidence to point away from Islamists and show it may be a robbery.
When the Estate is disolved and the wills include valuable jewelry and other items,this will prove robbery wasn't the motive,and if the house is to be sold most State laws force Real Estate agents to reveal any oddities behind the selling of the home. There will have to be disclosure at some point and the longer the FBI or Police suppress the facts the worse it will be for Islam since Muslims stayed mute on any demand for a open and thurough investigation.

What is a bit discouraging here is that the FBI is getting courses on "how to be nice to Muslims" from CAIR. What they need are courses from Hugh and Robert on the terrorist history of Islam, the human injustices of sharia, the Saudi penetration of our educational system and our government at all levels; and the Saudi sponsored seditious program to substitute sharia law for the Constitution. Is CAIR also conducting courses on "how to be nice to muslim throat slitters" for the local police department?
Maybe if the FBI had a better understanding of the problem they would not be running for PC cover at every turn.
