He returned to Iraq two years ago to re-establish the party after seeking asylum in Sweden 20 years ago.

If the American forces ion Iraq could effect such a rescue then they surely would do so.
Even better they would do so regardless of whether the victim was Catholic or not, Christian or not. The only criterion would be was the victim innocent or not. And there lies America's heartwarming greatness. Now only if such magnanimity could also be turned towards Darfur....

Or go back to the days of the election and find out, in this very blog, who it was that the electoral organization in the US intended to favour - placing the voting offices far from the large Iraqi Christian communities in the US and close to the Muslim ones. Voletti is a brother of my faith, and I suffer for him, is very sad, but my sadness is great too for other people, even the muslims in the mosques, yes I know that most of them are very anti-chirstian and anti-western but it´s sad that being killed, and I want that the Darfur situation resolve it, too, greetings
