Abdelaziz Agoujdad, 42, posted $25,000 bail Monday and was freed pending an appearance in U.S. District Court on Thursday. He was arrested last week following an investigation that began in the summer.Agoujdad’s case is tied to a multi million dollar black market baby formula ring that was broken up near Raleigh, according to court records.
Eight illegal immigrants were charged and convicted in that case.
The Wake County, N.C., Sheriff’s Department and the Wilson, N.C., Police Department began the investigation after noticing a surge in shoplifted infant formula, such as Enfamil and Simulac.
That led to undercover deals involving Agoujdad, according to court records.
The records say that an undercover officer sold Agoujdad more than 1,000 cases of formula on four occasions between July and August. Agoujdad believed the cans and boxes were stolen, the records say. The formula was worth more than $50,000.
After making the purchases in North Carolina, Agoujdad drove back to Virginia and stored the formula at his home in the 300 block of Morning Tide Lane in Suffolk, the court records say.
FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III reported in November that there is a growing problem of purloined infant formula. In a number of cases, he said, the proceeds of those sales were used to support terrorist activities.

The area was mostly non-Muslims and poisoning infidel babies must be un-Islamic but this family

The scam unfolded as some parents noticed the imbedded date on the metal lid differed from the expire date on the paper label around the glass jar. Waste companies bid for the recycled value of the container-only reclamation of glass.
A scheme to re-label the jars came about by a Muslim that had access to a Labelling machine that also gave a ink printed "Best-befor" date.
The palletes of un-usable and un-sellable
food items for human consumtions were bought up
and then went to through the re-labelling scam,the profit make-up was high, but the risk to the health of babies was far more higher.
The jars were so old that the last change to Laws to avoid this with new date imbedding on the glass and lid with batch #'s as well didn't affect
that particular year of production.
The fact that the idea of endangering non-Muslims babies even entered the minds of some Muslims really speaks volumes about Allah's
value for human life,babies can't tell you if the food is bad since they don't know what the fresh
version of the food would taste like.

The eight illegal immigrants who were convicted in this should be deported. But will that happen? And how about this Agoujdad? At the end of the article it says he is a native of Morocco, although he probably has citizenship (which is meaningless to people like him). It would be preferable if he was tossed out too. Especially given what he is doing with the money. Strip his citizenship, or tear up his Green Card. He doesn't deserve it.
Most immigrants would do anything to get into Western countries, to work hard and better themselves and their families. With far too many these days, it seems to be about screwing over their new country, breaking laws left and right, to make a pile of easy money without working for it or contributing any good to your new country. On top of that, Islamics are hoping to destroy their new country eventually.
Deportation of the families and relatives of those who can reasonably be implicated in the scheme (including those who participated and those who simply knew of it), seizure of the assets (including businesses, houses, cars, bank accounts) of all parties who participated or knew of what was going on, will be a good start.
American citizenship, and the oath of allegiance, must be looked at again. Those who committed perjury, as all Believers in Islam must necessarily have done, should be stripped of that citizenship unless they can demonstrate that their oath of allegiance to the Constitution was heartfelt, and they have no desire to work for the imposition of the Shari'a in this country but rather to oppose in every way its imposition. There is no need to bet national or societal security on the idea that we have no right to inquire too deeply into the nature of Islam, its theory and practice. It is an entirely new problem -- the admitting of large numbers of Muslims into the lands of those they call Infidels, and for whom their belief-system teaches only contempt, and hatred, and often murderous hatred. This is not a fantasy, but based on a clear and unambiguous reading of the texts, including the best recensions of the Hadith, and the Qur'an, with due weight given to the most important suras, such as the last (and therefore one not subject to abrogation), Sura 9.
Why should those whose duty it is to protect us not openly be discussing the problem of Muslim loyalty, instead of assuming -- because it makes everything so much smoother and less unpleasant -- that of course "the vast majority of Muslims" are "loyal citizens" etc. That is not merely unproven, but it is flatly contradicted by Muslim teachings: loyalty to Islam alone, and to the umma al-islamiyya, the Community of Believers. One cannot possibly be loyal to Infidels, or to the Infidel nation-state. In Islam, that makes no sense.

I had a nasty though some time ago.The most perfect social control ideology ever devised by man is Islam.. it has proven itself over 1400 years.
In a world with a geometrically expanding population, and consequently geometrically diminishing natural resources, with the consequential pollution of air and water, and the accelerating desertification of the planet, and the increasingly difficult job of providing sufficient food to feed the planet, not to mention meeting consumer demands. And of course the "controversial" global warming, a product of increased human activity (and even methane gases generated by herds to feed the population), as well as the deforestation of the planet, the rising waters of the oceans, the dying out of coral reefs, and fish populations, etc.
What ideology has proven most successful, at keeping the population in control, ramp down expectations, especially in the face of scarcity?
Not Communism, certainly not capitalism,not Christianity or Judaism, but Islam.
2/3rds of the worlds poor live in Islamic countries, despite their oil wealth no Islamic country ranks in the top 30 of wealthy countries, and all Arab countries combined do not produce as much in the way of exports as tiny Finland.
Islamics don't have a work ethic, nor are they shepherds of this world (nor sadly are all too many Christians as can be seen by dismissal of concerned earth citizens as "econonuts" or greenies". Saudi Arabia is pumping all the oil out of the ground, until there is no lubicrant left to help plates slide under each other.
Islamics are fatalists, since there is no free will, and all is "Al Ilah's will", so what's the use of trying and why bother trying to excel, or what save and invest for tomorrow, because Allah is the great provider, allah knows all, all is ordained.
