CAIRO, Egypt — A Web posting in the name of a militant group in Iraq claimed Tuesday to have executed an Italian female journalist, but there was no way to determine the report's credibility...."Your brothers in the Mujahedeen (holy fighters) Brigade have executed the Italian journalist Giuliana Sgrena after making sure that she has spied on the mujahedeen for the American Crusade troops," said the statement.
It said the killing was a message to the American government "that this would be the destiny of agents and spies." It was also warning to Italy against continuing with America in its war on Iraq and a message to the holy fighters to "carry on that path until the liberation of the last spot from Muslim land, and know that the occupation of Iraq is the beginning of the end of America, God willing."
If this is confirmed, then:
Apparently being a declared leftists--on the side of the "downtrodden" Muslims, "Palestinians" and all--won't save your neck. No matter how much you suck around the jihadists, if you're not at least a Muslim, you're still an infidel (crusader or worse) and suffer the fate of such.
I thought it had just been reported she was being released by the thugs who had kidnapped her.
They had ascertained she was not working for the enemy and would be set free in the next few days.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see which story will be verified.
In all probability the other two Italian female journos who were released were ransomed, either by the Italian government or others acting on behalf. Whether this woman lives or dies will depend on whether the ransom is paid and not where her sympathies lie.

We can observe from this case how prominently slaughtering a human being really is to Islam. And how important it is the Muslims. And how important the pomp and circumstance is that accompanies the killing. And just how important the the wars that continue the killing, killing, killing must really be. Simply put, to the Muslims, infidels MUST be killed!! But,....why?

The energy with which to power up the killing is nowadays derived from the hate-inducing formulas in the Quran and instilled into Muslim communities everywhere so that they may "slay the infidels everywhere." Through wars, incited acts of violence, and religious killings the infidels' protein is there to be fed to al-lah the moon god.
Human sacrifice as evinced through Islam sees human beings as an abstraction. The human body is but protein to be immolated, chopped up or otherwise served to Al-lah.
That is all there is to Islam. And it will continue its unfathomable horrors until the remainder of humanity recognizes it as such and shows the will to eliminate it from earth.
Why do we wait for more horrid events to take before we put our foot down?
