A group of Muslims in the Dutch city of Amsterdam plans to set up the Muslim Democratic Party (MDP) at the end of May.The party wants to compete in the upcoming local government elections in five cities and later also in the parliamentary elections, Dutch news agency ANP has reported.
The MDP will promote the interests of Muslims in the Netherlands, the agency quoted spokesman M. Jabri saying....
Contacts are also being sought with non-Muslims, 'so that we have a balance within the executive', said Jabri.
"It is a matter of people who think the same way politically." The MDP has drawn up a provisional manifesto with the outline of the movement. Islam forms the basic point here.
The Palestinian question is also raised in the manifesto.
"The MDP declares solidarity with the peoples of the south in their fight against the neo-colonialism that is steered by the US and neo-liberal Europe, but also against the occupation and aggression of the US, its lackeys and internal dictators," according to the manifesto, quoted by ANP.
With language like that, they are sure to pick up quite a few non-Muslim allies in Europe.
...but don't the MDP, good Muslims that they are, know that democracy is haram?
Meanwhile, Ayaan Hirsi Ali has revealed that she is forced to live on an army base, and Geert Wilders, the head of a major political grouping in Holland, is forced to constantly move from guarded place to guarded place, from army barracks to army barracks, and even in prison-cells. This extraordinary development where a native-born Dutchman is forced to live in hiding, and another member of the Dutch Parliament, and herself a figure of world renown, is forced to do something similar -- and of course the expenses involved in protecting them are enormous, continues without any coverage, any comment, anywhere in the Western world outside of Holland itself.
Shouldn't this matter be covered in The New Duranty Times? The Washington Post? Anyone in Congress find it of note that two important political leaders in Holland have round-the-clock protection, and are constantly on the move?

They want to go into politics in order to destroy democracy. That is what Hitler did.
On second thought, maybe this could work for us.
Once people in other countries see a Holland that is ruled by sharia law; where homosexuals are killed by having walls fall on top of them, and women received half their inheritance, then that would surely make people stand up and think about the threat of Islam to their own countries.
