An ex-con and former upstairs neighbor reportedly was being grilled last night in the savage stabbing deaths of a Jersey City family of four.
Detectives picked up the man, identified by a relative as Edward McDonald, 25, after reviewing surveillance videos from ATMS in Jersey City and Manhattan, WABC-TV and WNBC-TV reported.The ex-con was providing detailed information about the case but claimed a second man was responsible for the horrific slaying of the devout Coptic Christian family, WABC said.
Oh & don't tell me....Edward Mcdonald is a muslim ....right...right.
If this turns out to be a non-muslim crime I'd like to see how many people make a grudging general apology to muslims on this forum for getting it wrong.
Me personally, as I said before... I am not in denial, even if was muslims ..hang em....but make sure you have the proof.

Let’s see, the DC Sniper turned out to be a Muslim. However, the assumption was that it was a white Christian male. Because of this assumption, the Sniper got through several check points and killed more people. Now, did we hear any apologies to white men? And how about the apologies to those killed because of the PC pro-Islamic anti-white-American prejudice that gave the killer more time to kill?
I for one said the circumstantial evidence points to an Islamic motivated hate crime (in the NJ case). This is a tentative assessment based on the evidence. Given the threats by Muslims, the nature of Islam, and recent history, they do deserve suspicion. Add to that the details of the case and it was a warranted working assumption. Now I’d say the tentative assessment leans towards other explanations. However, the investigation isn’t over and a trial has yet begun. As we keep several hypothesis open, the investigation continues. Let the facts lead us to the truth.

I still feel in this case there is an islamic
connection. The reason is this. How many people

There may still be an Islamic component here
While incarcerated in the federal system, he reportedly associated with a group of inmates who were actively involved in Islamic counseling - receiving radical fundamentalist Islamic literature during his incarceration. The prison source told Northeast Intelligence Network director Douglas Hagmann that there is indeed a religious component to the murders, although McDonald is not alone. Investigators from this agency are continuing the investigation to determine the veracity of those claims.

If only robbery was the motive here, the ritualistic slayings of this family went well above and beyond what any professional criminal would do to cover the theft of a bank card. A theif will get in and out with as much valuables as he can, and as quickly as he can. Even if someone knew that the father had a bank card which would yeild a few thousand dollars, why not follow him and mug him, I am sure that the mention that you have someone holding his family (even if its not true) would cause him to give up his PIN number. Why were other valuables left in the home if the motive was purely robbery...and how do we know how this ex con came across the bank card, it is possible someone gave him the card, perhaps knowing full well that this card would make him look guilty when he attempted to use it.
This family was clearly murdered and a measley bank card worth a few thousand dollars was taken to cover the crime and lead the police in another direction....
Because of the pc bungling of the prosecutor, the total black out by the media, the refusal to even say clearly it might be religiously motivated, it doesn't matter if Grandma Stolzfus and her Amish posse killed these people many people will continue to believe this has something to do with Islam.
And why is it Naseem assumes this guys isn't Muslim? Because he has a Western name? Not everyone changes their names when they convert. Ex con-- hmm, my brother is a parole officer in a large northeastern city and about 3/4 of his case load are Muslim converts, converted in prison. Many of them still have their Western names, too.
