Islamic terrorists seeking to recruit women: report

Maybe they are worried about the EEOC.
From the Daily Times:

Islamic extremists are looking to recruit women and are trying to do so mainly through the Internet, according to an Italian intelligence report.

The document, presented to parliament Thursday, gathers evidence from the second half of 2004. The report said the Internet has established itself as a fundamental means of recruiting extremists.

The increasing interest of jihadis in women volunteers (first seen in Chechenya) strongly suggest that they are having trouble recruiting enough males. After all, given how gleefully they have been wasting the lives of their volunteers in Iraq, it seems quite possible that they may be finding more people willing to praise suicide than to practise it.

The only time Islam is equal opportunity is when it comes to murder and mayhem against the infidels.

So what do these female "warriors" get from their Allah after they blow themselves and a bunch of infidels up, anyway?

Is this the same as the on line magazine Al Khansa
we commented about in January? http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/004676.php
I think I will stick with my weekly, the knitting patterns are better (no crochet hats for men) and so are the recipes (pork chop in cider).

Women are often only valued as breeding stock in Islam, so it's a logical step to then use them as cannon fodder. I got the impression that many of the Black Widows really were widows. Although rather than their suicide being caused by grief for their man, I suspect it would be despair at the thought of yet another arranged marriage.

FERALEE
No lusty young studs for them! Thing that I can't understand is that - to put it delicately -if your holy warrior is in 'bits' how does he get reassembled to be able to enjoy 72 virgins?? Sounds like a Jihadi Jigsaw puzzle,eh...

They are trying to get people who do not fit the profile, who have a better chance of getting past security.

To put it bluntly, women in Islam are considered walking vaginas that need to be covered head to toe in the latest fashion tent. That's it! All this nonsense that they're treated better and revered more is bull pucky and woe to any that fall for it.

Morgane:

I thought you might find it interesting that suicide bombers do try to protect their nether regions by binding them and doubling up on their Fruit of the Looms.

What a bummer to get to heaven and 72 virgins and have your hootchy-koo a nub ... damn!

I find it interesting that Muslim men seem not to have the self-restraint that most Western men have. Women in the West go about their business without being assualted everyday.

Why is it that Muslim men can't behave in the same way? Why do Muslim women feel that they will be assualted? Baggy clothing and headscarves will not stop an assault --- only personal integrity will do so.

epg:

similar to Scandinavians who's access to alcohol is restricted, -Who drink to get drunk, rather then enjoy it like southern Europeans do- Muslim males usually do not have contact with any females other than their sisters or mothers.

By travelling extensively in Muslim countries I often observed that homosexuality is rampant, in fact very common although it is'forbidden' in Islam.

Morgane:

My next song is about Richard Reid, the 'Shoebomber': The chorus -at the end- goes like this:

'When you lost your balls in battle and you don't know what to do, you can always ask Mohammed to do it for you...

Yeah when you up there with Mohammed and you don't know what to do, you can always ask Mohammed
To put another bomb in your shoe....

To be released soon!

KEMASTE

Thanks for info, there must be other J Watchers
who want answers about 'tricky dickies.' What exactly is the full ritual before 'Holy Warriors'
explode themselves? Do they really have to be shaven around all orifices?? Might be a clue there on how to catch them before innocent civilians are blasted to bits...

is, I wish that I would fight for the sake of Allaah (i.e., Jihaad) and get
martyred, then return and fight again and get martyred, then return and fight
again and get martyred" (Bukhaari & Muslim)

Did you know that the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) was really bi-Sexual?

The Prophet (PBUH) told all Muslims to:

"Eat not (O believers) of that (meat) on which
Allaah's Name has not been pronounced (at the time of
the slaughtering of the animal), for sure it is Fisq (a
sin and disobedience of Allaah). And certainly, the
Shayaateen (the devils) do inspire their friends (from
mankind) to dispute with you, and if you obey them [by
making al-maytah (a dead animal) legal by eating it],
then you would indeed be Mushrikoon (polytheists)
[because they (devils and their friends) made lawful to
you to eat that which Allaah has made unlawful to eat
and you obeyed them by considering it lawful to eat, and
by doing so you worshipped them, and to worship others
besides Allaah is polytheism]." [al-An'aam 121]

Do you feel that this justifies Islamic Oral sex?

You have now finished our short survey - Alhamdu lillah!

Please return to georgemvw999@hotmail.com and I'll keep you posted on publication of our upcoming study on Gay Muslims.

Just for your information:

Muslim Brotherhood - Egypt
Muslim Brotherhood - Egypt

Arabic: ikhwânu l-muslimîn

Islamist organization started by Hassan al-Banna in 1928, and turned into
a political group from 1939. The Brotherhood aimed principally on social
and moral reform based upon Islam.
The Muslim Brotherhood has both been close to the government and banned
many times. The organization proved to be extraordinary powerful, and has
been described as a "state within the state". Hence they were a crucial
partner to the revolutionaries in the early 1950's, but dangerous to these
when they had gained the power over the country.
Roughly, one could say that the Brotherhood has passed through 5 stages in
its development. However, the transition between the stages came over
years:
1928-1939: The Brotherhood is a youth organization, which aims at moral
and social reform in Egypt through education, information and propaganda.
1939-1948: Thanks to the political void of its time, the Brotherhood was
gradually politicized in the 1930's. In 1939 it was formed as a political
group, and during the 1940's, and especially after the end of World War 2
in 1945, many members became involved in actions, some of terrorist
character inside Egypt. Many members also joined the Arab side in the
First Palestinian War in 1948-49.
1948-1954: Cooperating with the revolutionaries.
1954-1984: Outlawed and in opposition to the government of Egypt.
1984- : Accepted as a religious group, but under heavy control by the
government.

[The Brotherhood is] a salafiya message, a Sunni way, a sufi truth,
a political organization, an athletic group, a scientific and
cultural union, an economic enterprise and a social idea.
Hassan al-Banna around 1940
...when words are banned, hands make their move.
Hassan al-Banna in 1948 after the Brotherhood had been banned
HISTORY
1928: Founded by Hassan al-Banna as a youth club.
1936: The Muslim Brotherhood takes a pro-Arab position following the
Anglo-Egyptian Treaty and the start of the Palestinian uprising against
Zionist settlements in Palestine.
1939: The Muslim Brotherhood is defined as a political organization, that
bases itself on the Koran and the Hadith as a system that is applicable
even for the modern society.
1940: The Brotherhood passes 500 branches, each with its own centre,
mosque, school and club.
1940-45: During the World War 2, the Brotherhood experiences a fast
growth, and is joined by individuals from the lower and middle strata of
the society.
1946: The Brotherhood claims to have more than 5,000 branches, over
500,000 members and even more sympathizers.
1948: Brothers join the Palestinian side in the war against the Zionists
of Palestine. Many Egyptian officers got in touch with their ideology
during this war.
— The brothers blame the Egyptian government for passivity in the war
against the Zionists. They start to perform terrorist attacks inside
Egypt.
— December: The Muslim Brotherhood is banned by the authorities.
— December 28: Prime minister Mahmud Fahmi Nokrashi is assassinated by a
brother. This leads to even more repression from the government.
1949 February: Hassan al-Banna is killed by secret agents in Cairo.
1950: The Brotherhood is legalized again, but only as a religious body.
1951: Hassan Islam al-Hudaibi, a moderate, is elected leader of the
Brotherhood.
1952 January: The Brotherhood is active during the anti-British riots in
Cairo.
— July: Unlike political parties, the Brotherhood is not banned following
the coup by the Revolutionary Command Council (RCC). This of course,
because the Brotherhood had cooperated with the revolutionaries.
1954 February: Due to differences over by which system Egypt should be
governed, Sharia or secular law, the Brotherhood is banned again.
— October 23: A Brotherhood activist, Abdul Munim Abdul Rauf, tries to
assassinate president Nasser, but fails. Following this, he and 5 other
brothers are executed, 4,000 members are arrested. Thousands flee to
Syria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon.
1964: A general amnesty is granted to imprisoned brothers. Nasser wants
them to join the newly formed government party Arab Socialist Union, to
ward off the threat of communism. This conditional cooperation policy does
not succeed, and Nasser would be exposed to 3 more assassination attempts.
1966: The top leaders of the Brotherhood are executed, and many other
members imprisoned.
1968 April: Around 1,000 brothers are released from prison by president
Nasser.
1970: With the death of Nasser, the new president, Anwar as-Sadat,
promises the brothers that Sharia shall be implemented as the law of
Egypt. All Brotherhood prisoners are released.
1976: The Muslim Brotherhood are not allowed to participate in the general
elections, so many brothers ran as independent candidates or as members of
the ruling Arab Socialist Party. Altogether they gain 15 seats this way.
1979: The Brotherhood opposes strongly the peace agreement between Egypt
and Israel.
1981 September: About 2,000 dissidents are arrested, of which a majority
are brothers.
— October 6: President Sadat is assassinated by 4 brothers.
1984: The Muslim Brotherhood cooperates with the Neo-Wafd Party in the
general elections. The brothers win 8 seats this way.
1987: The Brotherhood cooperates with the Socialist Labour Party and the
Liberal Socialist Party to form the Labour Islamic Alliance. The alliance
wins 60 seats, of which 37 were by brothers.
1990: The Brotherhood boycotts the elections, in protest to the government
control with the poll.

Muslim Brotherhood Movement

History
Soon after the biggest calamity happened in 1924 with the collapse of the
"Khilafa", and the declaration of war against all shapes of Islam in most of the
Muslim countries, the Islamic "revival" entered into the movement phase in the
middle east by establishing "Al-Ikhwan Al-Moslemoon" (Muslim Brotherhood) in
Egypt, 1928 [1]. Soon after that date, it began to have several branches outside
Egypt [2]. Al-Ikhwan, since that date, began to spread the principal Islamic
idea : That Islam is "Creed and state, book and sword, and a way of life" [3].
These principles were uncommon at that time even among many muslim "scholars"
who believed that Islam is restricted within the walls of the mosque [2]. The
Ikhwan, after a few years, were banned and tortured in most of the Muslim
countries [2]. However, the "mother movement" kept growing and working. Its 1st
leader and guide (murshid) _Hassan Al-Banna_ prefered "gathering men over
gathering information in books" [1], and so he emphasized building the Ikhwanic
organization and establishing its internal rules so that it would keep going,
unaffected by his absence. And that's what happened after his shahada in 1949 in
Cairo.
Organization
Al-Ikhwan has branches in over 70 countries all over the world. The movement is
flexible enough to allow working under the "Ikhwan" name, under other names, or
working according to every country's circumstances. However, all Ikhwan groups,
in all countries are characterized by the following with respect to their method
[3]:
1- Following the Salaf: Rejecting any action or principle which contradicts
the Quran or Sunna, and inviting people to nothing but them both.
2- Establishing the Sunna: Working -as much as possible- to spread the Sunna
in every aspect of life.
3- Increasing the Iman: By concentrating on the purity of hearts, loving
Muslims in the sake of Allah, and remembrance (plus being away of any Sufi
mistakes).
4- Political Activism: By putting political programs for "Islamising"
government in different countries (after realistic studies), and establishing
these programs thru the convenient ways which do not conflict with Islam.
5- Stressing Physical Health: By forming sports clubs and committing members
to regular exercises.
6- Enriching Scientific Study: By enhancing the knowledge of members and
others about Islam. Members with "Shari'a" major have special study programs.
7- Establishing a Sound Economic Infrastructure: By supporting and/or
sponsoring any Islamic project and facing its "fiqh" problems. By the way, the
ONLY accepted source of money to the Ikhwan is its members' OWN money [3].
8- Fostering Social ties: By maintaining brotherhood links among the members
of the Islamic society.
Main objectives
A huge tree of "sub-goals" branches from these main objectives which are derived
from the Quran and the tradition of the prophet (pbuh) [3,4]:
1- Building the Muslim individual: brother or sister with a strong body, high
manners, cultured thought, ability to earn, strong faith, correct worship,
conscious of time, of benefit to others, organized, and self-struggling
character [3].
2- Building the Muslim family: choosing a good wife (husband), educating
children Islamicaly, and inviting other families.
3- Building the Muslim society (thru building individuals and families) and
addressing the problems of the society realistically.
4- Building the Muslim state.
5- Building the Khilafa (basically a shape of unity between the Islamic
states).
6- Mastering the world with Islam.
Objectives 1 to 4 are parallel and interlinked, and continuous even after
reaching 4, 5 or 6.
Main methods of education (tarbiah):
The main (not the only) way of "building" is the Islamic education "tarbiah".
Its methods are briefly:
1- Halaqa (a weekly unit study and practice meeting).
2- Katibah (a monthly several-units-meeting).
3- Trip.
4- Camp.
5- Course.
6- Workshop.
7- Conference.
1 to 7 are for members, non-members, or both, with different established goals,
schedules, and leaders [5].
Establishing the Islamic government:
Al-Ikhwan believe that ruling a government should be the step which follows
preparing (most of) the society for accepting the Islamic laws. Otherwise,
ruling a totally corrupt society thru a militant government-overthrow is a great
risk [5]. Preparing the society is achieved thru plans for: spreading the
Islamic culture, the possible media means, mosques, and da'wa work in public
organizations such as syndicates, parliaments, student unions, ... [6]. Parallel
to that, distinct muslims should be trained to administer political, economical,
social, and student organizations efficiently (and Islamically), as another
preparation step. Moreover, the Ikhwan don't demand the rule for themselves;
they welcome any leader who wants to establish a TRUE Islamic government to have
all the Ikhwanic support and help.
Some Achievements of Ikhwan
1. Liberating Muslim lands
Throughout their history, the ikhwan have had many accomplishments. However,
their philosophy is that they prefer action and work over words and
propaganda. The ikhwan have played and continue to play a major role in the
struggle to liberate Muslims lands. The ikhwan's bravery in the 1948 Palestine
war has been recorded by all sides. The total number of volunteers from the
ikhwan in 1948 numbered 10,000 from Egypt, Syria and other countries. In
addition to participating in the battle to liberate Palestine, they served to
raise the consciousness of Muslims all over the Islamic World and restore to
them the spirit of struggle and dignity. The ikhwan have played a role in
liberating Muslim lands from colonialist powers in almost every Muslim
country. The ikhwan were active amongst Muslims in Central Asian Muslim
republics since the '70s, and their involvement can be seen recently in such
republics as Tajikistan. More recently they had a major role in the struggle
for Afghanistan and Kashmir.
2. Intellectual development
The school of Ikhwan counts amongst its graduates many of the thinkers,
scholars and activitsts of this century. To list but a few :
* Hassan Al-Banna
* Sayyed Qutb
* AbdelQader 'Audah
* Mustapha al-Siba'yi
* Hassan al-Hudaybi
* Umar al-Tilmisani
* Yusuf al-Qaradhawi
* Sa'eed Hawwa
* Abdullah 'Azzam
* Muhammad Hamed Abul-Nasr
* Rached al-Ghannoushi
* Mahfouz al-Nahnah
* Muhammad Ahmad Al-Rashid
* Fathi Yakan
* Shaikh Abdul-Fattah Abu Ghuddah
* Shaikh Ahmad Yaseen
* Mustapha Mashhour
* Muneer al-Ghadban
* Shaikh Abdul-Majeed al-Zindanee
* Shaikh Syed Sabiq
* Shaikh Muhammad al-Ghazali,
.........and many others
The contributions of these thinkers, scholars and activists to Muslim thought
existence in the twentieth century is well-known. Stemming from the notion
that Islam is comprehensive for all areas of life, the thinkers and activists
who have gone through the training of the ikhwan have branhced out to address
as many areas of Muslim life as possible. Theories have been developed in
areas of fiqh, finance & economics, political systems ....etc. This can be
discussed in detail during the discussion period.
3. Development of Institutions
Beginning in the late 50s and early 60s and up till now, the Ikhwan
contributed to establishing firm basis for Islamic communities in Europe and
North America. This was done mainly through fostering the establishment of
local community organizations, islamic schools, national associations, and
special interest organizations ( Medical, Scientific, Cultural ...etc.)
The Ikhwan were the main motivators behind setting up experiments in Islamic
financing on a nationally and internationally viable scale. The theory and
practical requirements needed to set up an Islamic banking system came from
amongst the ranks of the Ikhwan. From the earliest years, establishing an
Islamic Economic system was a priority for the Ikhwan. Hassan al-Banna, Sayed
Qutb, Yusuf al-Qaradhawi and numerous other scholars laid down some of the
groundwork for practical theories of Islamic finance. Further specialized
writers such as provided the practical basis for Islamic Financial
Institutions, a number of which were developed in Muslim countries.
Theme
Allah is our objective.
The messenger is our leader.
Quran is our law.
Jihad is our way.
Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.
