From AP, another story about another misunderstood terrorist.
A British computer specialist tried to set up a terrorist training camp in Arizona, where he met with Islamic radicals who claimed ties to Osama bin Laden, a government attorney alleged Wednesday.
Babar Ahmad, who is being held in London on charges he ran terrorist fund-raising Web sites, met in Phoenix in 1998 with Yaser Al Jhani, a member of the Islamic mujahedeen militia, and others who claimed to have access to bin Laden, said John Hardy, a British lawyer representing the U.S. government.
"He expressed an interest in developing a training system in Arizona," Hardy told The Associated Press in a telephone interview from London. "That is, a training system, in effect for the mujahedeen to visit and train to fight abroad."

Abu Baka Bashir, the buckteeth flashing scumbag (Imam-same thing) behind the Bali bombing, Mariott- Hotel bombing and many other attacks was today sentenced to 30 months in jail. The pictures from Jakarta are as appalling as the whole thing is a farce: The courtroom was packed with supporters of Bashir, wearing balaclavas and the kaffijeh, while some of the judges wearing the Islamic 'coffee-filter'- obviously, hardly a witness would come forward in such an environment! Would you expose yourself to such a mob without having to fear getting your throat cut?
'No Muslim must lose his life for killing an infidel', this SOB is probably out in a few weeks! Indonesia has become a dark hole, and we are supportiong them with military training, weapons, finacial aid, tsunami aid, tourism etc.! We should boycott them, period! Remember Timor? Remember Bali? My best friends son was blown to pieces there, 24 years old! Bashir should be tried in an international court and hanged high above the Mariott Hotel and left out to dry for everyone to see...(and smell!)

This event is similar to the one where Earl James Ugaama tried to set up a terrorist camp in Bly, Oregon that is about forty miles east of Klammath Falls, Oregon in 1999. Ugaama was an American convert to Islam after being incouraged to convert by his brother. Ugaama would later move to London and end up attending of all the mosques in London; the Finsbury Mosque run by Abu Hamza. Both these attempts to establish terrorists camps in America started prior to 9/11.
