Menezes, is the top-selling book this week from the [2] Human Events Book Service (scroll down to the "Reader's Top Five" on the lower right).

The other book that CAIR complained about, Sword of the Prophet by Serge Trifkovic, which was dropped and then restored by NR, is #2.
