MONTREAL – For many years, it was the norm that English was the dominant second language throughout Quebec’s primary and secondary francophone schools.But if recent school enrolment trends continue, that linguistic status wil no longer be the case. English will be replaced by Arabic. And it could happen as early as next year.
According to figures that were released last week by Quebec’s Ministry of Education, there has been a sharp increase over the last five years in the number of students enrolled in Quebec’s French schools whose mother tongue is Arabic. It increased from 12,731 students in 1999-2000 to 18,084 in 2004-05. On the other hand, the number of English-speaking students increased from 17,313 in 1999-2000 to only 18,649 in 2004-05.
The explanation for this growing trend is twofold: the province’s immigration policies – which benefits applicants from francophone countries – and provisions from the language law Bill 101, which makes it mandatory for children of newly-arrived immigrants to Quebec to attend French schools.
“The English-speaking population is not growing,” said Jack Jedwab, executive director of the Association for Canadian Studies, in an interview with The Jewish Tribune. “And with Quebec continuing to accept more immigrants from Arabic-speaking countries, especially those that have French as a second language like Algeria and Morocco, parents of those families are sending their children to French school by law; it is clear to see why Arabic is quickly eclipsing English as the main second language in those schools.”
Befor anyone blows a gasket I'd like to assure
people that this claim was reported on Canadian Islamic websites that love to take snippets of articles and re-construct a story to suit their cause.
Muslims have claimed that Islam is the fastest growing religion in Canada and Muslims make up the second largest faith-based group as well,to clear this up you only need to got to the "Stats Canada" website and see the skewing that went on.
First,non-Citizens are included in their claims and that means some tourists get added into the numbers.
Secondly,Muslims used retro-active data to find a year where the greatest difference can be measure against today's numbers.
Thirdly,any newborn is seen as a Muslim by birth and added to the total as well,even for refugees that just arrive and have children.
Fourth lie,86 percent of the people surveyed
claimed "Christian" on the forms and Muslim are using the other 14 percent as their base number
for being the largest minority among the balance which includes non-believers.
The new chamges to the asylum seeker laws have
stemmed the flow of bogus Muslim refugees coming to Canada from the USA in taxis,and the "Passport" rules will force passengers to
produce it upon boarding a plane outside of Canada and present it upon their deplane at the airport.
The last numbers I saw pegged Muslims at about
400,000 strong ,but reading the tripe at CAIR's webpage it goes as high a 900,000 when they want to threaten the politicians as a voting pool.
On the flip side,when crying the "Victim" to get attention to their plight as oppressed Muslims in a Zionist controlled media and Country,Muslim Org.'s drag out the 400,000 number which gets more sympathy for promoting Islam in the school to end the Islamophobia and Racism against peaceful followers of Muhammed and Islam.
So don't fall for the veneer of oppression
in Quebec and the growth of the Arabic language,many poeple speak english but the system
focuses on French first and many of the Anglophones left Quebec in the mid 90's.
Remeber when groups wanted more money to fight aids,they took a narrow section of the infection rate and claimed it to be a 30 percent or more increase,they didn't tell you that the numbers
went from around 600 reported cases to 800
in total for the next year.
Ask yourself if you'd rather have 10 percent of a Million dollars or 50 percent of 100,000 dollars.

What were Canadians thinking of, letting so many immigrants in? Of any stripe?
Wasn't living a beautiful, peaceful, uncrowded spot good enough?

Now all the pieces are starting to fall together as to why Concordia U. in Canada is so Islamic, and hostile to Daniel Pipes, Netanyahu, Sharansky/Shcharansky, etc.
In the Provence of Quebec, Arabic is about to become the 2nd language, and English the 3rd language. The immigration policies that discriminate against English speakers in favor of French speakers tend to attract immigrants from Algeria and Morocco where French in the 2nd language, and Islam is is totally dominant.
Evidently, the French are so set on saving the French language and culture, they are willing to risk Islamization to do so.

While the Francophones (French Canadians) squabble the Anglophones (English Canadians in Quebec), what they don't realize is that Arabic will prevail and Quebec will become another Netherlands. Why can't they unite and stamp out islam before it's too late, rather than fighting each other's cultures.
