Moussaoui Planning To Admit 9/11 Role

"Twentieth hijacker" update, from the Washington Post, with thanks to Rebecca Bynum:

Zacarias Moussaoui has notified the government that he intends to plead guilty to his alleged role in the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks and could enter the plea as early as this week if a judge finds him mentally competent, sources familiar with the case said yesterday.

Moussaoui's plan to plead guilty comes over his attorneys' objections and still has several obstacles -- including Moussaoui's own whim. The French citizen, the only person charged in the United States in the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon, tried to plead guilty in 2002, claiming an intimate knowledge of the plane hijackings. But he rescinded his plea a week later. His mental state has been an issue in the case ever since, and U.S. District Judge Leonie M. Brinkema in Alexandria is scheduled to meet with Moussaoui this week to determine if he has the mental capacity to enter a plea now, the sources said....

"I don't think the guy is crazy,'' said Andrew McBride, a former federal prosecutor in Alexandria who has followed the case. "Certainly, his comments in court to date indicate that he doesn't think like us and has a certain hostility toward the United States. But he's a fairly erudite guy. He speaks Arabic, French, English fairly well. He is an educated man.''...

...in 2002, Moussaoui fired his attorneys and began representing himself. In his motions, Moussaoui insulted those lawyers, who were appointed standby counsel; taunted the Justice Department; and called Brinkema everything from a "death judge" to a would-be Nazi SS officer. Brinkema later restored Moussaoui's attorneys to the case, and they are now arguing that he is mentally incompetent to enter a plea, sources said.

Watch for him to make a 'statement' while on the soapbox he will be provided for this.

If the damn judge would stop giving this terrorist "helpful" advice, he could have already been executed.

He wanted to plead guilty immediately, but the judge told him to think it over. That delay cost us a fortune in cash for further prosecution and wasted all the intervening time when the defendant could have been safely fertilizing a flowerbed in some prison yard somewhere.

Is this judging or meddling?

Let him plead guilty, finally, and start revving up the nearest electric chair.

We need to accept the fact that these maniacs are out to kill all in the free Western world, and we should give them the only answer back that they deserve:

A.C. or D.C.?

In the spirit of nostalgia I choose Direct Current. May I propose the use of a hand operated manual generator to provide the spark and let all the victims family members take turns with the crank.

The weasel is trying to use the "Insanity" defense since no sane person would demand the death penalty, but then again, the Quran brainwashes it's victims to accept death as a victory for Allah.
The courtroom was intended to estabilish guilt as to mete out punishment, the man pleads guilty and lawyers start foaming at the mouth over how much they could make for defending him.

I say we allow him to accept the guilty plea
and hook him up to the electric chair and watch this "Fry-Baby" squirm and jerk while on his journey to paradise to meet Muhammed and Allah.

BTW,if Moussaoui is reading this you'll
know which one is Allah because he'll have the larger red pitchfork and more flames surrounding
his cloven-hoofs and vipercated tail.

Just trying to help,so don't take it personally.

What I cannot stand is this: the judge and the lawyers still stubbornly think of Muslims as being from a religion of peace. So they think that Moussaoui should act as though he were from a religion of peace. Moussaoui is at war and tries to spread confusion and Takiyya lies. Because he acts like most Jihadists do and not like, say, a Christian, they thought he must be crazy. However, they are beginning to understand Jihad now, it seems, and their position is softening and they say, "I don’t' think he's crazy." I hope that soon the court officers will admit to themselves and others that they were just plain stupid to maintain their PC-stance so long despite all the contrary facts.

Ramaz, I'll lay off the cannibal humor except for this--don't bite! You'll be poisoned!
