Van Gogh killer demands more "nuanced" prosecution

That's the problem with so many who resist the global jihad: we lack "nuance." I report what Muslim scholars say the Qur'an means and what jihad is, and Islamic apologists respond, "You don't know anything about Islam." But never will they share their secret decoder rings with us and explain how it must really be understood. They no doubt are sure that I lack "nuance." "Mohammed B. breaks silence, OM probes conspiracy link," from the Dutch Expatica, with thanks to Dutch Cares:

AMSTERDAM - The suspected Islamic militant accused of murdering of filmmaker Theo van Gogh broke his silence during a preliminary hearing in the high-security Amsterdam-Osdorp courthouse on Wednesday.

Mohammed B. told Amsterdam Court he wanted to correct a false claim that public prosecutor Frits van Straelen had made in a preliminary hearing at the end of January.

The public prosecutor's office (OM) claims B.'s brother wanted to smuggle a document out of the penitentiary hospital in Scheveningen, but B. rejected this claim. "It is more nuanced," he said, without shedding further light on the incident.

The 27-year-old Dutch-Moroccan also urged the prosecutor to be "more nuanced and professional" in future, but refused to reveal anything about the killing of Van Gogh.

The court asked if B. wanted to say anything more - such as in relation to his psychiatric examination in the Pieter Baan Centre (PBC) - but B. said he had nothing further to add. "That was my story. That was it, point," he said.

Prosecutor Van Straelen suggested on Wednesday that several people were aware that B. was planning to kill Van Gogh. He underpinned his claims by eluding to bugged telephone calls, but admitted conclusive evidence has not yet been uncovered.

Van Straelen referred to investigations conducted by the security service AIVD into two alleged members of the suspected terror network Hofstadgroep, Jason W. and Ismaƫl A., both of whom were arrested last November in tense stand-off in The Hague.

In the previous pre-trial hearing on 26 January, the prosecutor said members of the Hofstadgroep - of whom 12 suspects have been arrested - regularly met B. at his house in Amsterdam-West. The night prior to Van Gogh's murder, B. also allegedly met with suspected members of the Hofstadgroep....

Sporting a long beard and wearing a black skullcap, B. arrived at the court on Wednesday on crutches; a consequence of being shot in the police shoot-out after Van Gogh was stabbed and shot in Amsterdam last November. He appeared relaxed at the start of the hearing.

B. indicated via a statement that defence lawyer Peter Plasman presented to the pre-trial in hearing in January that he wants to take responsibility for his actions, apparently a veiled confession.

And after the end of Wednesday's preliminary hearing, Plasman said he expects B. will provide a more detailed statement when the trial starts. It is scheduled to begin on 11 July.

B. is accused of murdering Van Gogh, the attempted murder of police officers, threatening MP Ayaan Hirsi Al and hindering the work of a politician. He faces life in jail....

Unfortunately, those brave people, Geert Wilders and Ayaan Hirsi Ali, also face life in prison. Geert Wilders is currently being "protected" in the jail where the Lockerbie bombers once awaited trial.

"Nuanced"? Doesn't that mean "cloudy" in French? I thought a prosecutor's job was to bring clear and comprehensible charges against a suspect--and prove them.

While I will say again that I am no admirer of Theo van Gogh and see him as no martyr, I do indeed see him as a murder victim. What's the worst that Dutch law will throw at this shmo?

And it is an utter shame that Ayaan Hirsi and Geert Wilders lose their freedom. Why can't they just have a few cops watching them; put traces on their phones to find out who's making death threats and make a few arrests?

LMAO till it hurts. That is the most quotable quote I've seen in ages.

I hope you don't mind Robert, but I just must borrow it, please don't copyright it :)

Europe is lost, it's well on the way to Eurabia.
There is a recurring special on Link TV. Home Sweet Home The subject of the documentary is a Dane, frightened and a member of those who are seeking to preserve the Danish nature of their homeland. He said that in two generations the Danes will be replaced. In the documentary they interviewed an Iranian doctor who claimed that he is a Dane. Yeh right, just like that Iranian Doctor in Not without My daughter, who was as American as apple pie in America, but an wife beating Islamist back in Iran.

All of which validates that which we already know, one cannot believe (if one is kuffar) anything that comes out of a Muslims mouth.

Muslims are forbid, under penalty of hell, to lie to save their own skin WHEN confronted and accused by another Muslim or in an Islamic court, but to save the ummah from fitnah (trial, embarassment, exposure) then lying, obfuscating, dissimulation is not only permissible but, under grave penalties, mandatory.

I've seen Muslims tell other muslims on forums, that to prevent fitnah, they will send them PM, obviously believing correctly that the ignorant kaffir had no idea what fitnah meant or implied.

Muslims have a tendency towards extreme arrogance, which will ultimately work to our advantage. They think we are too busy pursuing our hedonistic lives of sex, alcohol, drugs, materialism, and other assorted immorality to realize what they are up to.

The vulgarity of Islam is sometimes gut-wrenching but it is not difficult to understand. Despite all the attempts to intellectualize this primitive, savage manifesto of hate and war, it is a crude belief system designed by and for barbarians. Barbarians are usually uneducated savages, so Islam was designed to be transparent, easy to understand, simple and to the point. Even infidels can see right through it, if they look.

Knock off his silly skull cap, put him in prison stripes, and shave his beard and head (for lice).

Stop pussyfooting and coddling these psychos.

Kepha-

You've lost any sympathy from me for good with your earlier remarks on DW ("April 12 Holland: a Dutch politician drops his mask") about what a "coward" Van Gogh was as he was being shot to death by a maniac on the Amsterdam street where he lived, -and then had his throat cut and a knife plunged into his heart. All while unarmed. And while FRANTICALLY trying to reason with a charging lunatic. And finally, as he fell, mortally wounded, trying to appeal to some final shred of human decency within the madman. (No chance.)

I only hope you meet a similar fate, but as you are being slaughtered by some religious fanatic, you show us what a big, glorious, heroic, completely composed and serene creature you are as bullets are tearing into your flesh and a maniacal killer rushes at you with two butcher knives.

All for something you said that upset an arcane point of theocratic dogma within the killer's murderous, intolerant AND HUMORLESS creed.

I'm sure I'll be willing to chip in for a wreath.

With a slogan on it saying something like:

KEPHA WAS SO TOUGH- HIS DEATH WAS ENOUGH.

In a free society, it is not justifiable to murder people who mock your beliefs.

You mock theirs. Or return to a land where it is forbidden to think.

Kepha, it's time for you to head to Saudi Arabia.

You sound too much like a smug little mullah.

As Van Gogh's newspaper column asked:
"May I say this?"

Kepha and his ilk say: "No. It is TOO crude."

My reply:

"Go take a flying f*ck at a rolling donut!"
