PADANG, Indonesia - An Indonesian city has told teenage female Muslim students to wear head scarfs as part of an order for students to don conservative Islamic clothes, the first such directive outside the devout province of Aceh.Fauzi Bahar, mayor of Padang on the west coast of Sumatra, said the ruling applied to all schools in the city of one million people. Non-Muslims should also "adjust", he said.
The ruling takes effect next month and underscores the growing Islamisation of the world's most populous Muslim nation -- especially in outer regions where local governments have more authority under decentralisation laws....

Non-Muslims women, including U.S. military personnel are forced to adopt Muslim dress while stationed in Saudi Arabia. Non-Muslim women in Kashmir have been threatned, assaulted and killed for not wearing Muslim dress. Muslim dress in a Muslim-controlled area is not an option.
One can only imagine how schools in Indonesia will "enforce" this proclamation as they have a "uniform dress code."

Indoctrination of high school students to accept the evil Shaira laws, seems like such a small thing, wear the hajib, then further down the road, learn to accept that your husband can beat you at will, that you have no rights, and your voice in court only counts as half that of a man's.
